• Matthew (8/5): - In the refuse area on our level there were constantly up to 10 rubbish bags which smelt. I told reception twice Once said it would be collected but not then next told only empty them every second day. Hmmmmm. This is 2025 and smelly rubbish should not be left around

• Cheryl (6/5): Lovely views but not as relaxing as it should of been - The views were amazing, some of the best views we’ve ever seen. The room was very big and spacious. We arrived an hour after checkin and the room hadn’t been serviced/cleaned from the last guest. This was rectified fairly quickly and cleaners were sent straight away. The outdoor pool needs to be heated, it was like an ice bath. The heated indoor pool is very noisy as the closed in feel makes everything echo and just not the same relaxing experience as an outdoor pool. If the outdoor pool was swimmable it would have made a world of difference to our stay. We were not able to go for a relaxing swim which is what we look forward to on our holidays. The beach was too cold and rough to swim in so we were relying on the outdoor pool. We were not alerted to the GC light rail construction directly outside the hotel that runs 24/7. Constant construction noise through the whole night. The small street the hotel is in is partially blocked off and used for the construction site offices. The mattress is very old and sinks in the middle, needs replacing.
• Donna (9/5): Fantastic spot for a relaxing holiday . - Perfect location close to the beach and great coffee as well as a great cafe and RSL. Supermarket’s close by as well as many transport options. ( Bike/ Uber/ Bus) The views along the beach to Surfers were stunning from sunrise to sunset. Roadworks at night but this was intermittent.
• Paul (5/5): Passable - Location Picking up the keys from the office a few kilometres from the place. How would we manage with two kids without the car I have no idea. Not thought through the process of picking up the keys. Old place. we stayed for a week and had allowance of two washing up tablets and one small washing machine liquid. Again not according to a family with two kids. Had to buy both.

Free car park and street parking for visitors. Super close drive to Burleigh Heads. Walking distance to Aldi. across the road from the beach. Nil

• Ann (9/5): Very pleasant loved Burleigh Surf. - Breakfast nit provided Bathroom 2nd bedroom tap leaking and sliding door not working . Main bedroom - draws had to be fixed in wardrobe and front came off of one draw when pulled open.
• Jodi (3/5): it wasn’t worth the money we paid to stay there and the partial refund we received for not being able to sleep in the ma - the location was fantastic the bed in the master bedroom was broken and needed to be replaced during our stay. the cutlery was dirty, the air conditioner had black mould on it and the sliding door to the balcony couldn’t be closed properly.

• Rhiannon (5/5): Passable - The view was amazing and the outdoor pool was great. The apartment was definitely not cleaned well, very dusty, curtains in main bedroom were in very poor condition. Also the mattress in main bedroom sagged badly in the middle causing a backache every morning.The spa in bathroom was not clean so didn't get used. The indoor pool wasn't very pleasant had a unpleasant smell. Unfortunately the only thing that was pleasant about our stay was the view and outdoor pool.

• M (9/5): I would go back. - The location was amazing. So close to the beach and a short walk from the surf club. A quiet location with a fantastic view.
• Easter (10/5): I would definitely return. - The service was great, they allowed me to change my dates at short notice. The view from the apartment is break taking. It had all the facilities eg. very spacious, kitchen, comfortable beds. outdoor and indoor pool, spa, ceiling fans, air con, games room, 20 min walk to the main centre and the beach across the road. It ticked all our boxes. Thank you. Very minor and only about the cleanliness. Build-up of thick dust at the entrance of the doors, windowsills, crumbs in the toaster, crumbs between cushions in the couches/single chair and under the shower screens in the main bathroom there is build-up of grime. It is only because this is my line of work that it's a habit but hope this is constructive feedback.
• Steven (7/5): Frustrated to have the fob not work, and have to wait for another key. - Loved the view and the location. The apartment was run down. Items in there were broken and falling apart.
