• Elena (10/5): We loved this appartment. - The room was very clean, a lot of space, good shower and good location in the city center. It’s close to many restaurants. Nothing.

Desde el comienzo hubo problemas para pagar, el link para pagar con tarjeta no funcionaba, realizamos el giro atraves de un banco con comiciones muy alta, nos comunicamos via mail y WhatsApp sin otra solución, cuando estábamos embarcando recién nos dieron un link para clientes internacionales, terminamos pagando mucho mas dado la comision por la transferencia que fue de 100 dólares. No realizan limpieza de la habitación, no cuentan con ascensor, se escucha el ruido del corredor lo cual nos molesto toda la noche y el personal es un muchacho en un sillón que no contesta ni los buenos días, Santiago es una ciudad hermosa y creeo que por el mismo precio hay opciones mucho mejores.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - I liked the ease of communication. Albert was very responsive to questions and was very accommodating. The room was very quiet; the window was facing a very small courtyard. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were less so. We arrived early, so we were able to store our luggage. The location was excellent. It felt very secure, with a lot of restaurants nearby. The house itself felt very secure as well. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed to have all the necessary equipment. I didn't appreciate that 3 hrs before the check-in, our room was downgraded to a different room less than half the size. However, after a complaint, we were offered a room somewhat similar to the one we booked. The room was modern and comfortable. The kitchen was dirty. There were greasy fingerprints all over the microwave. The stove top was dirty, and the cutlery had dried food on it. The house does not have an elevator, but our apartment was on the second floor. There was shower gel in the shower, but there was no soap to wash your hands with.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - The flat is very modern and nice close to many pubs and restaurants of the Lastarria neighbourhood. The floor was not very clean, also the sheets had some stains The whole building is very noisy. You can hear if someone rings the bell at the main entrance or people talking in the hall, so it is not for light sleepers (although this may be a general finding in most of the accommodations in Chile).

Apartment is clean and has everything you need, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe. Excellent value. I highly recommend. N/A
