• Christopher (5/5): Perfect location but disappointed. - The location is perfect, 15 mins walk from the West End. It does have most essentials, washing machine, cooker, microwave etc but I didn't use. I was hesitant to leave a negative review, but I do feel I would have been better staying at the nearby Hilton Hotel for the additional cost. The photos on Booking.com are not fully representative of the apartment. In particular, the listing shows decorative items such as plants and books, which were largely absent during my stay. I also had difficulty locating the iron and ironing board, as the storage area beside the desk was filled with miscellaneous furniture and items, making it hard to access or identify what was inside. There were also signs that the property could benefit from some maintenance, including peeling wallpaper on the walls and ceiling. In addition, there was noticeable traffic noise in the mornings due to the central location. On a positive note, the location is excellent. I hope the owner considers investing in some updates and improvements, as the property has potential.
• Szende (7/5): - Nagyon keskeny lépcsőház, szerintem egy nagyobb bőrönddel nehéz felmenni az emeletre. Víz nyomása nagyon kicsi. Nincs a ruháknak és a dolgaidnak még polc sem. 1 darab szék van négy embernek. Hiába a felszerelt konyha, nem lehet reggelizni sem ülve.

This place is definitely a home away from home vibe Our host David was very nice and friendly, big shout out to him Free WiFi, spare keys, telly, both an on sight dishwasher and washing machine for our clothes, hairdryer, and iron Very satisfied

• Jorge (9/5): Fantástico apartamento muy céntrico - La ubicación es fantástica y el apartamento tenía de todo (lavadora,lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, tostadora...) y los productos para poder utilizarlos. Además de las 4 plantas a subir caminando por una escalera estrecha, la presión de la ducha era un poco baja y el lavabo estaba agrietado con un agujero. Pero por lo demás, estaba genial.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Quintessential London loft; bright, warm and central to everything you could need. - Fabulous location! Despite being tiny, it comfortably accommodated 4 of us and a lot of luggage. The washer came in handy. The beds were comfy, quality towels and linen. Plenty of supplies, so we needed nothing. The owner was very responsible and helpful (and very nice)! These are not complaints at all - we knew what we were signing up for. But being a 4th storey loft, the water pressure was pretty low. Also, it is up a LOT of windy stairs. We didn’t mind at all but do be prepared if you’re signing up. The bonus is that we woke up to London’s rooftops!!
• Derek Kawiti (8/5): London secure haven! - Brilliant location very close to all amenities and shopping. Very private and safe was great to decompress after a very long flight. Great kitchen and lounge area. Would have benefited from having roof access as there is fire access only. A small kitchen table and chairs would have completed the picture for me.
• Helmut (7/5): The internet issue took away a good experience for the property. - A very good location. The bathroom looked a bit tired and there was almost no water pressure in the shower. Internet access was often disrupted and the wi-fi was not strong to allow work on the computer. (It was basically only possible to check emails. )
• Michal (4/5): - Great location, it was clean and easy to check in The shower is terrible, no water pressure. The house has windows that can't be covered so the light wakes you up in the morning. The bedroom door does not close, so there is no privacy. The staircase is very very difficult to climb, especially with large suitcases.
• Daniel (9/5): Great location and neighborhood, surrunded by various restorantsa and pubs - After we made a booking, we have received from owner all relevant instructions in a file (how to find accomodation, proces of check in/out, possible means of transportation in London, several tips what to visit, shopping nearby, ... Accomodation is on 4th floor, with steep steps. It is physically demanding if you need to return in appartment multiple times during a day.

• 鐿婷 (10/5): Cozy loft on top floor without lift - Location convenient for bus, easy get to attractions at London. Space clean and cozy, it’s just fit max for 4 person. Supplies function well except the lamp near kitchen. It’s all same as the photos on website. The stairs narrow and it’s on the 4th floor as mention by the host, unless you don’t have to move any suitcases. Lamp on the wall near kitchen can’t function. Radiator at the room can be turn on but can’t control the heat as 1-5. Should prepare some chairs too.
• Denisse (7/5): Good - Location. When we arrived at night, there was not hot water, and trust me, it was cold outside. It was late, so owner wouldn't respond until the next morning. Then I had to follow a series of steps in the boiler machine to get the hot water on. Internet was on and off.

• Paul (6/5): Great location, but you may need a sherpa for the stairs - Fantastic location. Pubs and restaurants on Red Lion Street, and great places on Lamb Conduit Street. Covent Garden only 10 mins walk. Kings Cross a 20 minute walk, if you so choose. Didn't need to use the kitchen, but it was fully kitted out. Everyone will mention the stairs!! I live in a loft apartment at home, so I'm used to stairs, but the final 15 or so, inside the actual apartment, are extremely tight, small, and steep. Very dodgy coming back down them, with little to hold on to. The front door has patrons from the Enterprise pub clustered around. They were extremely polite. Beware of empties left on the step as you leave. Very poor ventilation during very warm weather. The glass in the roof made the apartment like a greenhouse. Only one of the two vellum windows opened. One tower fan was found in a cupboard but this just acted like a hairdryer, moving warm air around. Lucky dip with he hot water in the shower. Sometimes hot, sometimes not.

• Heidi (9/5): Superb - Great little loft, clean with modern furnishings. Nice bathroom, not old, good water pressure and good heating when cold. Perfect location in Holborn. Super lovely chic little quintessentially London neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and access to public transportation. Narrow winding carpeted staircase walk up only.

• Floriane (10/5): Very nice place lots of light - Very luminous, situated in a key place we could go see play 15min of walk from the flat. Nicely equipped, fresh towels included. It really is a sunny loft and we loved it Lots of windows not blind for most of them, we loved the light but if you need total darkness to sleep bring an eye mask. The stairs are very steep, so don't bring big luggage
• Chesny (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really nice and cozy, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, it's clean as much as it can be - the apartment is very well taken care of, but some parts are already warren down a bit (alos, the water presure is extremely low). Note that the apartment is on highest flour, with steep steps. The contact/communication with owner was great. Before arrival we got a great informative mail from him about all important aspects of wisiting London, he is also helpfull and fast responder on msgs through booking app.

• Danny2277 (8/5): Nice apartment in the heart of London - Good location 6/7 Min walking distance from the closest underground stations (Holborn and Chancery Lane) and close to the British Museum. Nice apartment fully furnished basically nothing is missing. Great availability of the owner. A bit tight for 4 people. Really difficult to reach the fourth floor with no elevator and those narrow and steep steps even without suitcases and even more difficult with luggages.

• Andrea (10/5): Cozy Loft In The Center Of London - The Location is PERFECT ! In the hearth of London , close to the Subway ( red line ) Holborn . It’s 10 minutes away by walk from Coven Garden . The place is clean and very cozy ! The loft was at the 4th floor with almost tiny 70steps and but we know it in advance and for us wasn’t a problem ! David, the owner, was very friendly and east to reach by text . I highly suggest this place ! I just suggest a shelf in the shower and should be checked the temperature of the heating that was too hot.

• Melissa (9/5): We had a nice vacation - It's the perfect location to explore London. You are surrounded by endless museums if you are into that as we are. The loft is exactly as pictured. The stairs are a killer. We are not used to that many stairs in LA.
