• Antonio (9/5): Eccellente - Camera nuova, accogliente e soprattutto molto pulita. La posizione è davvero strategica e rende tutto ancora più speciale: il B&B si trova proprio sotto il Castel dell’Ovo, in un’atmosfera romantica e suggestiva. Posto veramente bello, consigliatissimo!

• Stefano (6/5): Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel periodo di capodanno. - La posizione e il contorno paesaggistico che si presenta in questo piccolo Borgo Marinaro a Napoli ti rimangono nel cuore. La tranquillità e l’atmosfera che si creano, soprattutto verso sera, sono veramente uniche ed impagabili. Dobbiamo riconoscere che il ristorante (si trova sotto rispetto al B&B) è stato un punto di forza: ambiente piacevole, buona qualità del cibo , personale attento e una cura dei dettagli decisamente superiore. Proprio questo contrasto fa emergere ancora di più come la parte ristorativa riceva maggiore attenzione rispetto agli spazi del B&B. Speriamo che queste osservazioni possano essere utili ai gestori per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti anche per quanto riguarda il soggiorno, perché il potenziale non manca. Una delle prime cose che ci ha colpito negativamente é stata la reale dimensione della camera che non coincideva minimamente a quella proposta sul sito durante la prenotazione (fatta eccezione per il bagno che rispecchiava quello descritto) e di come mancassero alcuni servizi importanti come la cassaforte. La colazione è risultata molto deludente: consiste esclusivamente in una brioche e una bevanda a scelta presso un bar convenzionato di fronte. L’offerta è estremamente limitata, manca completamente la parte salata e può risultare inadatta a chi non può o non desidera consumare solo dolci. Inoltre, considerando che ci si trova a Napoli, ci si aspetterebbe una colazione dolce più varia e curata, cosa che purtroppo non avviene. La pulizia della stanza l’abbiamo avuta a giorni alternati (non era specificato sul sito del B&B) e in un’occasione la ragazza addetta alle pulizie non si è presentata. In quell’episodio non siamo stati avvisati in alcun modo, nonostante al momento della prenotazione venga richiesto un recapito telefonico proprio per eventuali comunicazioni con gli ospiti. Quando siamo scesi a chiedere spiegazioni, la proprietaria ci ha riferito di non sapere come contattarci, cosa che ci ha lasciati piuttosto perplessi, considerando che i nostri contatti erano stati forniti. Questo ha dato l’impressione di una gestione poco attenta e di una mancanza di comunicazione verso chi soggiorna nella struttura.

• Eduardo (9/5): - Ubicación: un lugar especial para estar en Nápoles. Los propietarios y el personal encantadores. El desayuno en el bar contiguo, excesivamente simple: café y cornetto.

They would have known they would not be open so why bother with the offer. Should have given us a reduced rate given breakfast was included in price but not supplied.

Il check out era chiuso ore 10 am, il bar convenzionato per la colazione inclusa era chiusa. Quindi nessuna possibilità di chiamare un taxi in loco per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria Chiavi lasciate sul tavolo fuori della struttura. Iniziata bene finita molto male

I only miss a desk in the room, which was probably a bit small for two people travelling for work. Anyway we were able to manage it, by limiting our working hours at pc and enjoying much more the outdoor.

Śniadania to dużo powiedziane. Cornetto (najczęściej crema -bez możliwości wyboru) i cappuccino. Sprzątanie pokoju w trudnym do odgadnięcia harmonogramie, włosy pod daską klozetową i na podłodze. Właściciel uprzejmy, ale raczej bez potrzeby kontaktu, właścicielka nieprzystępna.

• Cyber (8/5): Very good - Great location, superb decoration and fantastic restaurant. If you are in Naples look no further you ll be in the right place. Location is perfect . Parking .... or better lack of it but nothing a 5 min walk can t solve.

Price was good reflected by maybe bit more basic, but still good spacious room, most importantly bathroom was also spacious and very nice. You can't drive to peninsula, up to hotel, as peninsula is private land with no car access. Well actually it didn't bother me.

• Simone (9/5): Excellent accommodation in a beautiful part of Napoli. - The property is in an excellent and safe location. So many places to eat and I love being so close to the sea. The area is my most favourite area of Napoli. Check in was easy, staff are very friendly, the room was immaculate, so clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We did not have breakfast as we had an early flight but breakfast is opposite the accommodation at a local bar. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Napoli. I could not close the curtain fully so the lighting outside did wake me up, next time I would take an eye mask.

I was told this is the typical cafe-style breakfast in Napoli area, but it is the breakfast of the loosers: zero protein, zero fibers, zero nutrients: only one croissant and one expresso. The expresso is good!

• Echeverri (6/5): is far away from train stations and far from downtown if you want live the Napoli - If you are carrying your own bags, you may consider this place because you have to carry your bags from the street to the B&B in a very difficult pavement, taxis are not allowed to enter. Then you have to carry your bags upstairs. Also, if are more than 2 , this is not the place, we were 4 and we were packed like cigarettes. Nice location, good restaurant from same owners. Do not expect to be a hotel , this is more like Airbnb

I left place because of that. The owners did not even want to talk about this remark and they were not polite. It doesn't worth money. The only good thing is location because it is close to the city center.

• Sarah (7/5): Cute & Clean with Great Location - This property has a spectacular location. If you are used to exploring cities on foot you will be able to walk to most of the cities sites. Also there are several dining options right downstairs. The room was very clean, bright, and comfortable with a couch for relaxing off the bed. No breakfast provided. Upon check in I was not advised on where breakfast would be served although from previous posts about the property I had the impression it was downstairs at the bar near the check in area. There was signage in the room advising of the hours of breakfast so I thought it would be all straight forward. Unfortunately in the morning, at the specified times, this area was locked up and there was no sign of any staff around. This was the same again the next morning. Since I had long busy days planned away from the property I was not able to chat with staff. Several days later I expressed my concerns via the booking.com messaging where I was advised that breakfast was meant to be taken in one of the restaurants across the street. Unfortunately I had no way of knowing this and the property was not willing to make any adjustment (albeit after checkout) for the service not provided. Given the numerous other comments expressing disappointment with the breakfast its self this property may be better served to adjust their rates and just not offer the morning meal.

• Massimo (7/5): Good location, fair price - Very central. Room was quite and silent. Breakfast it was in a bar, very limited, just a croissant and a cappuccino with an orange juice. Storage of luggage was just in the middle of the restaurant, felt not too safe, but in the end no issue. I would recommend the propriety to install black out blinds, the curtains that are present are just not sufficient to guarantee darkness.
