• beatrice (7/5): - L'appartement était très bien, propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement, beaucoup trop de bruit dans les rues durant les nuits de notre séjour.
• Gomez (3/5): Misleading. - The apartment itself is OK. Well equipped with everything you need. The entrance and common parts are horrendous very dirty and dingy, the stairs are dangerous specially if you carry a suitcase The entrance of the property is awful dirty and dangerous. The stairs don't have hand handles from the first floor to the second where the flat is located and are very steep The photo of the building entrance door in your site DOESN'T mach with the actual door Hadn't I see the real photo I would NEVER had chosen the apartment

• Csilla (9/5): New facilities older building - The apartment was well equipped and in good condition. Location is good, a few mins from Ponte Vecchio. Customer service easy to reach. The street is a bit noisy, but this is normal for the location of the apartment in the city. The bedroom door entrance is a bit low, those over 1.80m tall should be careful of their head!
• Sila (3/5): Poor - Apartment was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was present. Location is good, a few mins of walk to arrive to Ponte Vecchio. Bathroom was very small but clean, that was enough. The entrance.. i can not explain my first reaction when the building door opened. If you don’t want to be shocked, prepare yourself for a creepy entrance. Very old and narrow stairs, not very clean and feels very uncomfortable. Sofa was very dirty, i had to cover it with bed cover because i couldn’t sleep on in this situation.
• Seharskhan (6/5): Pleasant - The check in was really bad. Need to better work it not all tourists from abroad have a phone.
• Madalina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, very well equipped. - very unpleasant entrance, on a rather dirty street with cars parked just in front of the front door; - Stained sofa; - very weird wc: when you flush, the toilet water will just be all over the toilet seat (the pressure is probably too high); - nu towels or soap rack near/in the shower.
• Emma (5/5): ‘Rustic’ apartment that didn’t meet expectations for the price paid - Location was great - really easy to get to from the station (10 min bus ride), and a beautiful short walk to the centre. Just note that the roads around the apartment are surprisingly busy (if you’re not familiar with Florence, as we weren’t) and nosier than expected The condition of the apartment was sub-standard for the price - it was ‘rustic’ at best. The furniture was basic and in some cases very shabby (very dirty sofa for instance). The shower door didn’t close because it had been fitted the wrong way round, so you couldn’t shower without the bathroom floor getting soaked. Their shower cubicle had mould. Air conditioner was super noisy, ineffective and hard to work (maintenance came to fix one unit which didn’t seem to be working). Generally, the place should be looked after better for the prices being charged.
• Isabel (5/5): Passable - Decor was nice bed comfy enough and decent shower and furniture. Good enough location too- very near Pitti palace. Missing some things like tea towels in kitchen. Also very noisy air-con in bedroom that apparently had a silent mode but when asked how they said there wasn’t so contradicted themselves. Also bad sleep because of the very thin windows you could hear everything. Not given enough toilet paper needed more but there was no spare. Asked the staff and they tried to be helpful or seemed to but then never got any for the rest of our stay. Message responses were poor also so didn’t end up being helpful at all and didn’t want to hear about feedback and how disappointed we were they didn’t help. Decent place to stay for a couple nights comfy enough and decent location but definitely not worth the amount of money particularly if you’re not going to get the high standard of help you should get.
• Frederika (6/5): location too far from train station ,need walking about 30minutes to the train station - Clean and have kitchen utilities The house unfriendly for old people,too much stairs it cause hard to brought luggages to the room & the owner unhelpful
