• Timeea Valentina (7/5): Complessivamente buono per una breve vacanza - La struttura è collocata in una posizione strategica, si riesce a raggiungere il centro a piedi facendosi una passeggiata evitando di prendere i mezzi. Per qualsiasi esigenza, il personale risponde subito ed è molto disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento complessivamente disponeva di tutto il necessario. Dedicherei maggiore attenzione alla pulizia.

• Marnie (9/5): Stayed for a few days with my partner and teenage son. Great location, quiet but close to shops, cafes etc and 15 min wa - Modern, clean, well equipped. Lovely balcony views .
• Anna Rita (4/5): - L'appartamento benché fosse ben recensito, motivo per il quale l'ho scelto, è stato deludente. Era sporco, con segni di sporcizia nelle plic degli interruttori, nelle porte e in particolare i muri, in particolare dietro la testata letto, che non c era, e il muro di fronte. Inoltre il divano letto non era sistemato e ho dovuto richiedere sia biancheria sia gli asciugamani, posto che eravamo in 4 e quella fornita era appena sufficiente per due. Nella veranda c erano ancora i sacchi con la biancheria sporca degli ospiti precedenti. L'unica nota positiva è che sono stati tempestivi per il rimpiazzo delle cose mancanti e per la sostituzione delle batterie del telecomando. Onestamente non mi sento di consigliarlo, salvo che non abbiano maggiore cura della pulizia E PROVVEDANO ALLA TINTEGGIATURA DEI MURI CHE SONO VERAMENTE SPORCHI, perché la posizione è buona per gli spostamenti a piedi, circa 20 minuti da Santa Maria del Fiore e la zona è tranquilla, oltre che servita da un supermercato poco distante, all'occorrenza per le necessità.

• Marta (1/5): Full of bed bugs. Disgusting. - nothing The bed and sofa were full of bed bugs. I had to leave the apartment three days before I was supposed to and spend a day and a half washing all my luggage. I still being cover of bites. I have spoken to the host and first he said they were not bed bugs (I actually saw two and the bed sheets were full of marks) and then his first solution was to change the bed sheets. Now, he has stopped replying my messages. It is an absolute shame.

• Deborah (8/5): - We had a lovely 4nights, the apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, pillows ok. The washing machine and patio was a bonus. Close to supermarket and shops. Not to far from the central Florence tourist hub, 20min walk. All in all we had a good few days. The shower cubical was a quite small, you would want to be an over large person trying to get in.

• Madjari (8/5): Very good - An easy access to the city center (20-mins straight walk), nice backyard, parking availability (paid) Uncomfortable sofa in the living room
• Elisa (6/5): Pleasant - It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood so you feel like a local. Cafes and grocery stores are nearby but the center of town (i.e. Duomo) is about a 20 minute walk. Minimal supplies are provided… be prepared to buy more toilet paper and shampoo. The dryer only works in one outlet in the kitchen. The shower door has a very tight entrance. A large person would not be able to get in it.
• Kalina (7/5): Good - I liked the neighbourhood - walking distance from historical center (around 25 minites) but at the same time very quiet. The apartment had a nice balkony looking towards inner green yard. The kitchen is quite well equiped if you are into cooking but there is no coffee making machine. The apartment is ok - it is good for 2 people, quite light and in a decent building. The bath cabin was tiny though. The apartment was lacking any decoration - just white furniture and white walls (which would reqiire a little bit of repainting imo). The worst thing were the mosquitos - they were all over the place and the windows did not have any insect stopping net. Also a minus - no hair dryer. We were 3 people and had only 2 bottles of body wash.
• Carmie (5/5): Frequent Travellers - On a good note, the washing machine was great and accommodation provide laundry powder. When we arrived there was no kettle, we questioned this and they promptly provided a new kettle. It was clean which is a positive. As per bookings, property advertised the following facilities, 24 hour front desk, con iege service and tour desk, reality is a conversation via whats app with links.  We stayed for 5 days and no cleaning services provided. You also need to take your own rubbish out of the apartment and dispose in the street,  as a guest we do not have access to the bins as you need a key code to access, so you need to look for street bins. The shower is small, so if you are a larger body size, you won't fit, just dont drop the soap. The couch is uncomfortable. The cloth line needs repair and pegs would be nice. Pillows were terrible, no substance. Up date to utensils in the kitchen would be great, a spatula for cooking and a new frypan, as the one provided, the handle appear to be damaged therefore could cause serious injury if it snaps whilst hot. Needs a paint job, bathroom needs repair and there is damage to some of the furniture, so take pictures to cover yourself if you decide to stay. Dish washing liquid is watered down, so makes it difficult to clean dishes. Does not warrant a 10 put of 10. Lucky to be a 5. Owners need to address quite a few of the above items to achieve a better score.
• Xenophon (3/5): Too small for 4 people. - In a quite good location, and was clean. Apartment is ok for up-to 2 people. Not for more.

• Xi (10/5): Exceptional - Every thing is so pleasant. This accommodation improve the experience of our travel in Florence! If you need the sofa bed, remember to tell the hosts in advance. Beside this, every thing is ok, we like it.
