- A (1/5): Terrible experience - Nothings It was a terrible experience. The room was overflowing with the personal belongings of long-term guests, leaving no room to walk, and there was a foul odor. The bathroom was also filthy. The bed was unsanitary, and I got itchy all over. I think there were bed bugs. It felt like a hostel for migrant workers. The hostel knew that the electricity would be cut off every morning, but they didn't tell me this when I checked in. In the morning, there was a strange man sleeping in the bed below me, and there had been a violent incident in another room, which resulted in multiple police calls. There was a man sleeping in a bed that wasn't his own. There was also someone in my room who was on the phone for over an hour in the middle of the night, and that person continued making calls early in the morning. This hostel is filled with people who have absolutely no respect for other guests. There are not enough lockers, and the risk of your luggage being stolen is very high. I recommend finding another place to stay.

- Amirali (1/5): - Nothing. Very disappointing stay. While I was outside, staff searched through my personal belongings without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. The room was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Even worse, the owner seemed to appoint a random guest as the reception staff , a person named Sharbat who barely spoke English and had no idea how to deal with guests. Poor management, no respect for privacy, and an unprofessional environment. I would not recommend staying here.

- Маркиза (10/5): - Хостел очень понравился. Везде чисто, тихо и спокойно, в комнатах тепло и уютно. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, плита и чайник, в ванных тоже чистота. У администратора можно взять фен. Отдельное спасибо замечательным администраторам — всегда готовы помочь и быстро решить любой вопрос вопрос. Осталась очень довольна.
- Ryoichi (1/5): 宿に到着したと同時に、予約をキャンセルするように指示された。 - 共和国広場から近いため、アクセスしやすいです。 宿に着いた途端、宿のスタッフから、予約時と同じ値段でドミトリーの下の段にしてやるから、この場でキャンセルするようにと指示されました。本来は、シングルベッドで予約してました。それをキャンセルさせられ、臭くて汚い二段ベッドの部屋に追いやられました。憶測でしかないですが、オーバーブッキングになったため、文句を言わなさそうな奴を標的にしたのだと思います。腸が煮え繰り返る思いがしました。

- ying (8/5): 高性价比 - 1、位置很好，距离机场大巴和共和广场只有几分钟距离，几乎可以步行去任何地方。 2、附近很多大型超市，很多餐厅，可以找到各种价位的食物。 3、工作人员很好沟通，愿意帮助客人解决一切问题。 1、我们住在4人间，有个女孩每天在房间里吃味道强烈的食物，应该规定不能在房间里面吃有味道的食物。 2、还是这个女孩，总是在晚上我准备休息的时候，和男性视频电话，她的相机一直对着我的床和脸。如果可以准备一个隔挡物，我会感觉舒适一些。在我向酒店前台反应之后，他们迅速地找女孩沟通了。但是第二天，这种行为还在继续。

Прекрасное расположение в самом центре Еревана: всё рядом, удобно добираться в любую точку города, при этом внутри тихо и спокойно. Очень чисто, уютно, продумано до мелочей — видно, что здесь действительно заботятся о гостях. Отдельную и самую большую благодарность хочу выразить администраторам ❤️ Это невероятно умные, доброжелательные, внимательные и отзывчивые люди. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать, поддержать, решить любой вопрос — и делают это искренне, с теплом и уважением. Создаётся ощущение, что ты не просто гость, а желанный человек, о котором действительно заботятся. В хостеле царит спокойная, безопасная и очень комфортная атмосфера. Здесь легко чувствовать себя как дома — особенно если ты один в новом городе. Спасибо Areva Hostel & Apartment за уют, заботу и человеческое отношение. Очень рекомендую и с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова 🤍

- Max (5/5): - - Struttura situata in zona abbastanza centrale - cucina disponibile con tutti gli accessori, quindi è una cosa positiva - gentilezza del personale, si sono messi a disposizione. - riscaldamenti, forse anche troppo riscaldamento - prezzo economico - cosa molto positiva sono le tende nel letto, per maggiore privacy. La struttura è molto disordinata, il dormitorio era molto affollato, il carrello dove mettere vestiti/giubbini era quasi al centro stanza con accumuli di vestiti e roba varia, molto caotico e grezzo. Il stanza del dormitorio (quello da 10 letti) mi è sembrato essere un accampamento, credo che C'erano anche persone che vivevano lì da molto tempo. Nonostante fosse la prima settimana di dicembre Faceva molto caldo in stanza per via dei termosifoni, stavo morendo, la temperatura del termosifone era elevata, ho dovuto aprire la finestra e spegnere il termosifone, sudavo, anche perché non passava ossigeno, manca aria, aria viziata. La struttura ha solo 2 bagni, quindi si troverà quasi sempre occupato, bisognerà sempre aspettare. La doccia non aveva bagno schiuma. Non ci sono chiavi della stanza, quindi in struttura può entrare chiunque . Il Locker era difettato, per chiuderlo bene bisognava farlo in un certo modo. La struttura è piccola quindi non ci sono spazi dove poter stare più tranquilli, è una sorta di appartamento adibito ad ostello.

- Natalia (7/5): Хорошее соотношение цена/качество и удобное расположение в центре города - Удобное расположение в центре города,близость и пешая доступность до всех основных достопримечательностей и метро/автобусных остановок Чистота и ежедневная уборка помещений Наличие розеток для зарядки,тумбочек под ключ,где можно оставить вещи Вежливые,внимательные администраторы Совмещенные санузлы (душ и туалет в одной комнате) и их всего 2 на всё количество номеров и гостей (номеров 5 или 6, количество проживающих -около 20 .. этого мало на такой объем и лучше сделать раздельный санузел) Кухня граничит с женским номером. Если громкоговорящие гости решают в кухне не только поесть,но и поговорить в 23-24ч. ночи или рано утром, то в номере всё слышно (не поспать) В общем холле во время нашего пребывания в ночное время постоянно сидел американский гость с работающим на звуке ноутбуком (без наушников),замечания ему не делали

Рядом — множество магазинов на все случаи жизни. Есть кухня, стиральная и сушильная машины, кофейный автомат, минимаркет. Чисто — уборка делается ежедневно. Уютные номера с отдельными тумбочками и кондиционерами. Чуткий, отзывчивый персонал. В общем, заглядывайте — и оставайтесь!

Для такой стоимости уровень комфорта оказался низким: в номере было не очень чисто, уборка проводилась поверхностно. Общий санузел часто занят, к тому же не отличается чистотой. Качество ремонта — среднее, кухня запущена и требует внимания. Кроме того, сильно слышно, как под домом проходит метро — шум мешает отдыхать. В целом, номер не оправдал ожиданий и явно переоценены.

- Samuel (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Positive: Bathroom was clean and the location is very central in Yerevan Negative: Parking is a total nightmare, almost impossible even though on Booking it says parking is provided on property. The receptionist was nice but unfortunately didn’t speak a single word of Armenian, Russian, or even English. It would’ve been nice if he used Google translate to help but seemed confused when we didn’t speak his language. (It was honestly funny to us) Our biggest complaint is that our room had a window unable to be closed that was connected to the dorm room next to us. Which meant that we heard every single noise throughout the night and when a light was turned on, shined directly into our room. Honestly, would not recommend this place unless you have to or for one night maybe.

I stent them mssj they accepted it..but when I came they kept me waiting, asking extra money..it was a coshmar. at 06 hr. finally I was able to sleep...American black guy and Russian people are running this hostel.. there are couple hundreds hostels in yerevan...don't go and waste your money ..don't let nervous breakdown happen to you..Booking is also guilty because of address issue..the address 5 nalbantyan isn't correct address. I lost 2 hrs to find this address at 04 hrs..when I came at hostel. black guy yelled me why I am coming 04 hrs because he is sleeping..!.
- Cristina (6/5): Struttura buona, ma personalmente esperienza negativa - Accoglienza e posizione. Discreta pulizia. Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con il piumino del letto. Non so per quale motivo, ma era pieno di elettricità statica. Appena mi muovevo sentivo e vedevo le scosse luminose. Ho dovuto togliere tutto dal letto e dormire su un’asciugamano coperta con un’altra asciugamano. Non ho trovato nessuno a cui poter far presente il problema essendo notte, ma neanche al mattino seguente era presente nessuno. Altra nota negativa, lo staff dovrebbe avvisare gli altri compagni di stanza di non toccare i letti ancora vuoti (ma qui si tratta anche di educazione e buon senso che spesso mancano). Quando sono arrivata, una delle mie compagne di stanza aveva preso il mio cuscino e me lo ha restituito ormai utilizzato.

- Jonas (1/5): - Das einzige positive Kriterium, welches ich der Unterkunft zuschreiben kann, ist die perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt und dort hinzugelangen. Zuerst möchte ich betonen, dass der 10er Schlafsaal viel zu klein ist. Man kann sich dort kaum bewegen, weil niemand weiß, wo das Gepäck hingestellt werden soll. Ich hatte den Großteil meiner Sachen auf meinem Bett liegen. Zudem merkt man beim Doppelbett jede einzelne Bewegung seines Nachbarn. Hinzu kommt, dass niemand die Ruhezeiten einhält. Nach dem Aufsuchen des Personals konnte daran nichts geändert werden. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich und teilweise unseriös. Hinzu kommt, dass die Klospühlung über mehrere Tage nicht funktioniert hat.

- Владимир (10/5): - Отличное расположение — практически в центре города. Рядом — многие ереванские достопримечательности, множество магазинов, станция метро. Чисто, уютно, тихо, спокойно. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины, кофейный автомат. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Персонал всегда готов прийти на помощь.
- Paula (5/5): Wouldn't recommend - Beds with curtains Kitchen Way too many beds squeezed in the dorm room, a few lockers were broken, it was quite loud and super smelly, even though AC was turned on. Also the AC was running 24/7 but windows were open a lot during the way which is a bit unnecessary. The common area was okay but not very comfy in my opinion. After the positive reviews here we were quite suprised by the place but then we saw that they give you a free drink for a review which explains a lot I guess. Wouldn't go there again.

- mansy (4/5): - The staff are nice It's not clean, furniture and door making noise and only 2 bathrooms for the whole facility and was dirty, very noisy place, only for one night if I had to.

- Wen (1/5): RUDE Russian staff! 无礼俄罗斯员工! - All-Russian owner/staff: very rude, aggressive and racist. Worst hostel! 老板和员工都是俄罗斯人，很不礼貌，还很凶，而且带有种族歧视。住过的最差旅馆。
- Дмитрий (10/5): - Замечательный хостел, администратор был очень вежлив. Кухня и санузлы очень чистые, свежий ремонт. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Хостел расположен в очень хорошо и тихом месте. Отдельно хочу отметить чистоту и удобство кроватей. Рекомендую.

- Lana (6/5): - it was generally good aside from the heat issue our private room was very very hot and the fans provided do very little to help, we were caked in sweat the whole time
- Júlia (10/5): - Staying in the hostel should be included in Tripadvisor. Had the best two days of my 10day stay in Armenia. The people staying there are the best respresentatives of pure hospitability, generousity and kindness that Armenia is so famous for. Cant wait to return there again.

- Leidy (9/5): - La camera familiare ampia, comoda con AC. Los staff gentile e accogliente. La posizione centrale e tranquilla. Puòi andare a tutte le attrazioni turistiche a piedi e goderti di yerevan. Gli altri ospiti facevano tanto rumore fino a tardi e non ci lasciarono dormire😢. Più attenzione a questo per i prossimi ospiti 😉
