• Juanita (7/5): Fabulous location, but can be noisy - The location was perfect. The host was very amenable The noise - can’t be helped, but I felt the back bedroom should be offered as it’s much quieter there. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and no washing up liquid to clean plates, glasses etc

Easy access to room and has elevator Extremely noisy at night with no soundproofing. Beds are uncomfortable Layout of apartment could be a lot better Needs an updated smart TV with Netflix

• Vavrečanová (1/5): Avoid the unhelpful owner and uncomfortable flat - The location was good, but there is a lot of noise from the street. AVOID THIS PLACE just because of the inconsiderate and incompetent owner. He lives in Milan and will not help you, no matter what happens! There is no information about how to get into the apartment. You have to ring the intercom, but no one answers! We called the owner, and it took about 10 minutes before he finally picked up, but he couldn’t open the door for us. He told us to ring every bell in the building, but it was Sunday, so no one was in. He said he would resolve it, but we were forced to wait 2 hours outside on the street with heavy bags. We had elderly parents with us, and the owner told us not to walk away from the door in case someone opened it! He asked a friend to come open the door, but it turned out she didn’t have the keys either, and all we had to do was ask in the shop next door! The owner deliberately let us wait 2 hours without telling us that. The Wi-Fi password was nowhere to be found, and the owner stopped replying to our messages. The flat is filled with useless, uncomfortable, and stained furniture. It’s the type of flat where you store things after your grandma dies because you have no space at home. Everything was used, torn, stained, and broken. The bathroom is very small and full of dirty cleaning supplies that fall on you every time you enter. You are forced to sign a contract requiring recycling, but there are no recycling bins and no instructions. One day it rained heavily, and the water came into our bed. Again, the owner didn’t respond to our messages. You are also forced to pay a 90 euro cleaning fee, but when we entered, the apartment had DIRTY FLOORS. There is a lot of street noise because the windows are absolute rubbish; they do not close properly, and even if they do, there are holes in the paneling. The back bedroom has a normal window, but when you open it, a horrendous smell comes in. The roof window does not open at all, because the remote was broken. There are mosquitoes everywhere, even though the windows were closed!
• Aman (3/5): Good location but lacks basics such as cleanliness and internet. Expect to wait about an hour on a busy street with your - Location While the location was convenient, we experienced several serious issues that made the stay uncomfortable and not as described in the listing: 1. Delayed access – We (me, my wife and our 2 year old daughter) were unable to enter the property at the scheduled check-in time. The host didn’t have any connectivity to the buildings intercom which led us to wait for 45 mins (7:42-8:25PM) outside the building. We could get in when a resident opened to door to go out and we had to tailgate. 2. No Wi-Fi – Despite expecting internet access, there was none available during our stay. We reached out to the host multiple times but he continued to provide incorrect wifi details up until the second day of stay. The internet didn’t work even when correct details were received on second day. We incurred premium roaming charges to use our home country’s data plan. Thankfully a neighbouring business were kind enough to share their wifi details and we were able to use the internet in one of the rooms on last day. 3. Coffee machine missing – Despite of this being advertised on the accommodation listing, there was no coffee machine in the apartment. 4. Incomplete bedding – One of the bedrooms was missing bedsheets and pillow covers. 5. Poor hygiene – Stained couches in living room , stained beddings. Additionally, used cleaning materials (mop, etc.) were stored inside the already small washroom. 6. Washroom lock – No key was provided for the washroom door and the door does not lock, which reduced privacy. These conditions fall short of the standards advertised on Booking.com and significantly impacted our experience. We considered checking out early but no other options were available and booking.com did not help hence decided to stay.

• Andrew (8/5): Great location, poor check in experience. - Incredible location, very spacious, nice views from both balconies It took us almost an hour to get in. We arrived at 3pm and the host was unable to get the door to open remotely. Since nobody managed this property onsite we had to wait until he was able to have a friend open the door. Additionally the WiFi was very slow.

• Teresa (8/5): It was a great location and provided a good home base. - The location was amazing. Right between the Duomo and the Ufizzi. It was very helpful to have the washing machine. Having the elevator was great It was very hot when we arrived and took a while to cool down. After that it was okay.
• Guimard (10/5): Appartement idéal pour découvrir Florence - Très bel appartement. Emplacement absolument parfait pour découvrir Florence. Arrivée très facile. Hôte répondant très facilement aux demandes. Très propre. Bien équipé La qualité de couchage du canapé lit. Du bruit venant de la rue dans une des chambres et le salon mais c’est la contre partie de la localisation exceptionnelle. Une des chambres est totalement épargnée par le bruit.
