Our family had a wonderful early Christmas gathering and stay. Only 'one- split system air con to service such a big home that had a hot flat roof. Not enough air conditioning in summer.
The bedrooms have no aircon or ceiling fans. Was hot and stuffy in the bedrooms day and night.
They did have weak and dated pedestal fans in the rooms that didn't make much difference to the heat encountered. It was hard to sleep comfortably.
We will come back though in cooler months.. :)
- Pieter (8/5): Everything was very good and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with family. It was clean and all was well maintained. - Peaceful and very relaxing. One aircon in the living room not enough for the summer days. We were 12 people staying, the kettle is very small and only boils water for 3-4 cups at a time. A bigger BBQ would also be nice to cook food faster for 12 people.

Stunning views, well thought out design of property, excellent responsive hosts.
We really did feel away from it all 🙂 WiFi wasn't as great as we are used to but no problem for us - in fact as a family hol just encourages you to take in your surroundings. Only mentioning it as might be relevant for anyone who relies on it for work etc..
