• Fabrizio (9/5): Ottimo - Appartamento ben curato, pulito e ben organizzato. Staff molto gentile, persone perbene e disponibili. Ottima posizione, vicino a stazione centrale per spostamenti con metro, supermercati, farmacie e negozi di ogni tipo. In zona tante pasticcerie e locali dove mangiare ottime sfogliatelle e babà. Il palazzo è datato e senza ascensore.

• HISHAM (1/5): Very bad experience, and misrepresentation by the admin focal point - N/A Changing the property focal point, the lady doesn’t speak English and her attitude is not good with clients. Also there were no elevator in the building, no lightings while we were using the stairs, totally darkness.

• Regine (8/5): Great stay. - Super comfy, had everything you need for a short stay. The staff were really kind. Our two girls loved their bedroom with the pull out beds. HUGE bathroom. Very close to station. Nothing.
• Laetitia (10/5): - L'emplacement : proche de la gare, du métro, du centre, et de toutes les commodités. Ne pas se fier à la 1ere impression quand on arrive devant la porte de l'immeuble ou dans les parties communes. L'immeuble date de 1889. Et semble d'époque mais l'intérieur de l'appartement est neuf, propre et très fonctionnel. Peut être l'étendoir à linge au balcon.... Un peu compliqué quand on a le vertige.
• Jennifer (9/5): Would definitely recommend the owner was very helpful and attentive to messages too 😊 - It was clean very organised and had everything I needed for my stay. The air con in the bedroom was bliss! Little touches such as having washing liquid for the washing machine was very much appreciated too! A really great place to stay. It is a bit far out if you don’t want to walk. It didn’t bother me as I like walking but it was a good 30 minutes away from the main sights. However a cab was only€13
• Tracey (1/5): Poorly located in run down area - wouldn’t recommend - Air conditioning worked Awful location- through an awful door in a street which was clearly run down. Stairs up 3 flights - dirty/no lighting. Beds uncomfortable, pillows awful, second bedroom had no air conditioning so couldn’t sleep in it. Tried sofa bed- awful- thin mattress and could feel springs. Washing outside kitchen window - no view. Owner told us to keep balcony doors closed so animals couldn’t get in! Doors didn’t shut properly so could hear street noise. Some crockery was dirty. Hand held shower made it difficult to have a shower.
• Brian (7/5): Good, location, affordable, but not suited to elderly folk with the bathroom design - The proximity to the station, supermarket and decent restaurants. The apartment was spacious, and the owners provided a lovely assortment of goodies for our arrival. Most places haven't provided that. Both of us being in our late 60s we missed the ability to simply step into a shower recess. Here not only did we have to climb over the bath edge and stand in the bath to shower, the bath edge is exceptionally wide. Making it even more cumbersome of folk our age.

• Pernille (6/5): Troublesome stay, delayed host and no breakfast though included in the price - Comfortable and clean. Central location. It was a struggle to open the gate door, and hard to see anything as the street was dark. The lady who welcomed us was late and didn't speak English which made it hard to understand the instructions as no written information was given. The price included breakfast but there was nothing. It turned out we should have been given some tickets to a local cafe to get the breakfast. Would have been nice to know as we only got that info after we checked out and mentioned the lack of breakfast. With this in mind, the overall 6/10 is generous and only because of clean and comfortable rooms.

Melissa met us in time, she was nice and brief. The area might feel a bit unsafe at night but it's been without problems. It had its own charm. There is noise in the evening/at night but it's only natural, if you prefer total quiet you should find a country house or something. The train station is very close and a big plus. Ahh if you have time just go eat at l'Antica pizzeria da Michele, it IS worth the hype. This has been a very nice stay for us for a very good price! • Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment, very clean and spacious, well equipped and decorated! The owners are very friendly, there is complementary coffee and the location is very close to the train station and historic center. There is also a good market close by.
