With the high Booking.Com ratings and the price comparable to 4 star options in the city we were expecting a few basics :( Where to start? 1. Heating - there wasn't any. 2. Promises to have heating resolved didn't materialise. 3. Appliances that were damaged or not working. 4. Broken dustbin. 5. A set of instructions that made one feel like you were in a boarding house. 6. General state of disrepair. 7. Odd mismatch of chipped and broken crockery. 8. Constant power trips for no apparent reason. 9. Shower faucets that keep dripping cold water. 10. No extractor fan in bathroom. 11. Corporateluxe and Airlandlords association delivered surprisingly poor service.
- Nikolina (9/5): Lovely stay! - We really enjoyed our stay! We visit London often and this was a very practical location in a beautiful part of the city, very charming quiet neighborhood. Apartment has everything you need, kitchen is super well equipped (even for longer stays, although we haven't used it). There is also a washer and a dryer, which is useful. There is a beautiful garden area as well, which I'm sure is wonderful to use when it's warmer outside!
All in all great stay! This was definitely not a dealbreaker and we would happily stay again, but the only remark we could give is regarding the bed size, it's a bit small for 2 people. However definitely manageable, especially for shorter stays:)

- Daniel (10/5): fantastic, would stay again! - great little place a short walk from Dalston Kingsland station, markets, shops, restaurants and the awesome bars and night-life of Dalston. Easy check in/out process and all facilities were great!
- Ella (7/5): Nice tidy apartment in a handy and cool location. - The apartment is on a nice quiet street but well connected with a bunch of transport options. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook some basic meals and had both an aeropress and stovetop coffee making options. It was decorated simply and neatly and is compact but had enough space for our things. We enjoyed the little outdoor area with a table for a morning coffee. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer too. We were missing a bathmat and hand towel for the bathroom and kitchen towels like a tea towel or hand towel.

Fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons. A private outdoor space with comfortable furnishings and BBQ. Perfectly peaceful space after a hectic days of work and travelling. Extractor fan for bathroom would be ideal as it’s like a sauna after showering.
