• Ran (3/5): Service is bad , not clean - Food is good , the hotel is seemly new For me, the most important thing in a hotel is the service, and here it was the worst I’ve ever experienced in Cyprus. Here is what happened: • The staff: The bellboy refused to help with my bags as soon as he realized he wasn't getting a tip. • Dining room: The staff says "no" to everything you ask for by default. Only after I argued that I got the same thing yesterday did they finally bring it. • "All-Inclusive" is a joke: You don't get bottled water or fruit shakes. I've been to many hotels in Cyprus, and I’ve never seen an "all-inclusive" that doesn't include these basic things. • Dirty rooms: The room was not clean. I found coffee stains on the floor when I arrived, and the bathroom was full of ants. • Late check-out: I paid 80 euros for a late check-out, but they took away my "All-Inclusive" access. In other hotels, it’s included. • Misleading: There is no Padel court at the hotel, even though they make it seem like there is. It's actually the "Chrysomare" hotel under a different name. Everything about the service here was disappointing. Despite the new building and the food, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Obiekt rezerwowany jeszcze przed rozpoczęciem konfliktu na Bliskim Wschodzie, po eskalacji kontaktowałem się w sprawie odwolania, przełożenia - hotel zero odzewu, centrum pomocy też próbowało - nie odpisywali. Oczywiście mieli prawo, kupowałem bezzwrotną ofertę bo innej nie mieli, ale największy szok po dotarciu do hotelu. Pomyśleli że skoro próbowałem odwołać a oni nie odpiszą to nie przylecę z dziećmi. Nie mieli mnie na liście gości- rezerwacja opłacona w całości za dwa pokoje ! Udało się załatwić inne pokoje po wysyłaniu potwierdzeń, ale stres niesamowity. Najgorsze jednak było później, przez cały pobyt odgórnie nas traktowano. Snack bar porażka - wydzielane porcje z wyrzutami ( dzieci chciały więcej niż jednego małego loda w ciągu dnia , ale bały się prosić bo Pan już miał problem jak wydawał te lody). Finalnie wyjechaliśmy dzień wcześniej. Nie chce zostawić wrażenia, że wszystko było źle. Po prostu jak masz dzieci to wybierz inny hotel .

Pirmas įspūdis- prilipinta guma prie lovos spintelės, kambarį aptvarkydavo kas 2 dienas. Kambario šaldytuvas tuščias, pasirūpinti vandeniu patiems. Vanduo iš krano negeriamas, po dušu maudantis chloro kvapas. Vanduo viešbutyje mokamas. Kokteiliai skanūs, viskis itin neskanus, alus irgi nelabai, visi kiti gėrimai yra mokami: stiprūs gėrimai nuo 7€. Viešbutis labai gražus, labai didelis, yra vaikų žaidimo kambarys kuriame užsiima su vaikais. Šalia viešbučio yra parduotuvė, nuo mišinukų iki maisto, buvo itin patogu apsipirkti iki pilnos laimės. Griežta taisyklė- checkout 11:00, ir nukerpa apyranke. Visi gėrimai ir paslaugos tampa mokamos. Vakarienė po checkout 45€ žmogui. Pietums duoda voucheri nemokamai. Yra snack bar, tačiau itin sausas maistas, burgeris - mėsa ir bandelė. Tačiau yra skanių šaldytų chicken nuggets vaikams. Taip pat duoda ledų. Restorano mastas labai skanus, tik pasirinkimas mažokas. Gultų pakankamai daug, vietos prie vidaus ir lauko baseino pakankamai. Vidaus baseinas šildomas!

• James (9/5): Perfect for a relaxing stay. - The bed was lovely and comfortable, the gym was good, the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Friendly staff. The spa staff were excellent: Angal and Gregory and the Hungarian lady at the reception. Being required to wear wrist bands at all times was not comfortable and caused skin irritation.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Gorąco polecam ten hotel. - Wszystkim, którzy nie mogą znaleźć tego hotelu na mapach, chcę powiedzieć, że jest to Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort. Hotel znajduję się przy plaży, jest elegancki, pokoje nowoczesne z balkonami i widokiem na morze. Hotel posiada baseny zewnętrzne oraz duży basen wewnętrzny z bardzo ciepłą wodą, do tego sauny, siłownia i spa. Jedzenie przepyszne, urozmaicone i duże ilości. Desery smaczne i dopracowane pod względem estetycznym. W opcji all inclusive możliwość korzystania z alkoholi w 3 barach, drinki bardzo smaczne i z całkiem wystarczającą ilością alkoholu. Personel bardzo pomocny i miły. Po przyjeździe pozwolono nam zameldować się przed czasem. W pobliżu hotelu znajdują się przystanki autobusowe, skąd można dojechać do większości atrakcji. Jeśli będę w Ayia Napa w przyszłości to chciałabym zatrzymać się w tym hotelu. Długi okres oczekiwania na odpowiedź na e-maile. Zapytałam o możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Wysłałam inne zapytanie do hotelu i otrzymałam odpowiedź po 2 dniach.

Ļoti ērta gulta Suite numurā, skats no balkona 🤩Silts iekštelpu baseins, iespēja izmantot saunu, trenažieru zāli, spa procedūras par papildus samaksu. Gribētos siltāku baseinu ārā, bet tā laikam būtu liela ekstra marta mēnesī jebkurā Kipras viesnīcā.

Szampan, wino i owoce w prezencie od hotelu. 👍 Posiłki świeże , jedzenie różnorodne, duży wybór, smaczne desery , pyszne pomarańcze … wino , drinki w opcji all inclusive dobrej jakości 🍸🍷. Pokoje czyste z wygodnym łóżkiem, cudownym widokiem na morze. Początek marca, pogoda słoneczna lecz wietrznie .Codziennie wymienione ręczniki, pościel. Wieczorem muzyka na żywo, basen wewnętrzny ciepły. Siłownia, Pan Grzegorz polski masażysta 👍 Dobre miejsce na spacery, relaks w promieniach słońca .Miłym, niespotykanym gestem hotelowym okazał się dodatkowy darmowy obiad w dniu wymeldowania( mieliśmy lot wieczorem a hotel zadbał o to byśmy nie wyruszyli głodni w podróż) Serdecznie dziękujemy za wszystko . Polecamy hotel Chrysomare całym sercem . Nie można się przyczepić do niczego .
• Martyna (9/5): Good value for money if you come in low season - The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Good choice for families. Suites are specious, comfortable and stylish. Everyone who works there was very helpful and kind. The distance to city center is perfect - close enough for a walk and far enough to have a calm atmosphere. Nice gym and kids club. I booked the suite that was supposed to be "living room + bedroom with -+ 60 meters square". They checked me regular double room and i don't think it was a mistake bc they continue to convince me that this is what i booked and they can just add additional bed there. Very disappointing approach to a customer that pays DOUBLE for a suite instead of a room. They also tried to convince me that its better to stay in smaller room for the view... and suite had even better one. After all my strugle they moved us to suite. Secondly. There is a serious problem in cleaning. I stayed at floor 4 and the daily cleaning was very bad quality. Food was not as good at during my stay in 2025. Something changed there.
• Magdalena (5/5): - Mieliśmy fajny pokój z pięknym widokiem. Okolica też super, spacer można dojść do najpiękniejszej plaży w okolicy-nissi. 1. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z brakiem butelki wody/napojów w pokoju. 2. Podczas sprzątania brak uzupełnienia przyborów min. Płatków do twarzy, patyczków do uszu itp. 3. Mały wybór jedzenia 4. W opcji all inclusive możesz wejść raz na śniadanie lunch i obiad. Jeśli zjedliśmy śniadanie o 7 rano to o 10 nie mogliśmy już przyjść na deser.

Brak jasnego oznaczenia z czego można korzystać w barze w opcji all. Niedobra kawa zarówno na śniadaniu jak i w barze. Brak małych łyżeczek do deserów.

• Frank (1/5): Vorsicht! Fake Hotel! das Hotel ist in Wirklichkeit das Chrysomare Beach Hotel! - Das Hotel existiert so nicht wie hier bei Booking.com suggeriert wird. Es handelt sich um das Chrysomare Beach Hotel, welches bei Holidaycheck nur 76% Kundenbewertung hat!

• Anna (10/5): Idealny, na pewno wrócę! - Bardzo dobre jedzenie, przemiła obsługa, idealnie położny hotel z własną plaża. Jakość alkoholi do drinków fatalna.
• Elisabeta (2/5): Nu la nivelul asteptarilor - Hotelul arată bine la exterior și are spații generoase, dar experiența nu a fost la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un sejur plătit ca all-inclusive și cu vedere directă la piscină. Am solicitat și am plătit cameră cu vedere la piscină. Prima cameră primită era laterală. Nu vedeam piscina. La recepție au insistat că este „cea mai frumoasă cameră”, deși nu corespundea rezervării. A doua cameră, în capătul opus, avea aceeași vedere laterală. A treia cameră la fel. Abia a patra cameră oferită a respectat ceea ce plătisem. În camera primită, curățenia era superficială. Pe terasă era praf și urme după ploaie, iar în interior era păr pe podea. Al treilea pat adus pentru a treia persoană era rupt la bază, cu materialul zdrențuit. Lenjeria nu avea calitatea așteptată pentru un hotel de cinci stele. Nu exista apă în cameră, deși în alte hoteluri de aceeași categorie primesc apă zilnic. La restaurant am fost informată că am doar mic dejun, deși rezervarea era all-inclusive. Situația s-a remediat, dar a fost încă un incident care nu ar trebui să apară la această categorie de servicii. Oferta de băuturi era slabă. Nu existau sucuri naturale. Sucurile erau contrafăcute sau de calitate slabă. Apa și băuturile răcoritoare erau la dozator, nu îmbuteliate. Per total, deși hotelul are spații mari și un aspect exterior de cinci stele, serviciile nu ating standardul corespunzător. Sejurul a fost scurt, dar a început cu probleme și cu o serie de situații care nu se aliniază unui hotel promovat ca fiind de cinci stele.

• IOANA -OCTAVIA (10/5): - Totul a fost perfect. Mancare bună și variata, personal foarte amabil. Camere mari, confortabile cu vedete spre mare. Un mare plus centrul spa, în care te poți relaxa dacă soarele apune devreme cum a fost în noiembrie. Multumim pentru ca ne-ati oferit o vacanta minunata.
• Mia (9/5): - Der var en smukt og rigtig lækkert hotel, utrolig hjælpsomme personale. Rigtig god service og lækre omgivelser. Vi elskede at være der og det var tæt på alt. Virkelig lækkert 😃👏👍 Ja det var det forkerte navn på hotellet. Den taxa vi havde bestilt vidste ikke hvor hotellet lå. Så da vi tjekker ind på Cyrosmare siger de vi skal bo der. Men kun med morgen mad. Men vi havde betalt for alle inclusive, de var virkelig hjælpsomme, men det havde heller aldrig hørt om Healthy stay- panel pool og fitness. Så måske skal i rette det.

• decebal stelian (10/5): - Un hotel cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur perfect! Amplasat la malul marii cu o priveliște foarte frumoasă Daca apa din piscina exterioara era mai calda! Menționez ca am fost cazați la sfârșitul lunii octombrie început de noiembrie! Dar exista piscina interioară cu apa foarte calda si apa marii era foarte ok!
• Khalid (8/5): - L’emplacement, la propreté de l’hôtel, décoration de l’hôtel, équipement… Le ménage mal fait dans les chambres, le personnel un peu froid
• Tomsics (10/5): - Ár érték arányban a legjobb hely, egy év alatt négyszer voltunk itt, mindenki kedves, segítökész. A kinti medencéket egy ilyen luxus szálloda fűthetné egy kicsit.
