• Sara (8/5): Location is amazing. Bring your own pillow. - The location was unreal and the view was incredible The pillows were the worst I’ve ever had. The cleaning staff were great, but the host is unresponsive and after multiple request for a tax invoice I never heard back.

• Sara (4/5): The place was adequate but would not return. - The view was nice of the city scape and lake Ontario There was a heavy smoke smell within the apartment interior and place was supposed to be nonsmoking. Minimal added niceties.Minimal instructions. Thermostat changes not easy. Attempted to ventilate place better due to smell and one of the guests with moderate to severe asthma.Sterile fell to the decor. No one to really contact despite receiving a few notes from a person named Diane. Rached out to no avail.

• Susan (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Vey clean and comfortable. All basics provided. We found the appartment too warm. Communication not the best, didnt get email advising how to access key. Coffee machine didnt work.
• April (10/5): Excellent central location amazing views especially at nighttime - Excellent location directly opposite the CN tower, easy to pick up and drop off keys. Clear and direct instructions from host. Was able to easily use the gym/steam room facilities too.

Great location - practically under CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, a lot of nice restaurants nearby, and the apartment itself is located in a beautiful, modern building and has everything you need... In addition, this view of the city skyline from every room! Oh my god 😍 I can't help but mention that the customer service is also at the highest level - Diana was very nice and helpful! 🙂

• Manuel (10/5): Very relaxing vacation in the middle of Toronto and walking distance to most attractions. - Locstion, location, location and free parking! It would be nice if access key to elevator is included so we don’t have to go to lobby to ask for access.
• Nicole (8/5): Excellent Location! Excellent Stay! Excellent Price! - It was in an excellent location, just a brief walk to the Rogers Centre Couldn’t have been better. I wish we could have stayed longer to use the hot tub and pool. Loved that we had private parking which made our stay even more carefree! Felt so great having a nice place to stay for the night with all accommodations included! The property had a minor smell upon entry. I’m not 100% of what it was, but it was a scent that was very distinct. It does fade away and doesn’t affect your stay. The shower head in the master bedroom could use replacing, it had very low pressure for rinsing and washing. The parking lot is a very tight squeeze. If you have a large vehicle with no assistive parking technology it may be very hard to squeeze into the designated spot.

• Delores (7/5): Great stay and amazing location - Amazing location if you are going to the Roger’s Center. Walk out the front door and across the street! Also there is a Starbucks downstairs. Beds were comfortable and the condo is a nice size for 3-4 people. No hand towels or waste baskets in the bathrooms.

• Kirsten (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, view and the apartment it self. I couldn't contact the host at all when I had questions and problems. I couldn't connect with the owner when I had questions when checking in. There was no shower gel or soap for shower but the phone calls were not answered and the messages were not responded either. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Lack of communication with the host when we had issues with getting in to the building and lights within the apartment. Even though they sent a message to say get in touch if we had any question. Ther was no fob with the keys therefore had to ask the reception staff everytime we entered the building to let us in. They weren't friendly or approachable.
