- Sabrina (1/5): Não Recomendo - Se não fosse pela assistência da Booking, eu tinha ficado na rua. Péssima anfitriã, Não recomendo. Estava com uma viagem marcada e reservei essa acomodação com 5 meses de antecedência. E ao chegar na cidade, anfitriã não atendeu minhas ligações e mandou apenas uma msg informando que houve overbooking. Mas como assim eu que estava agendado a 5 meses atrás não tive a preferência. Além de agir com má fé, só deixou para avisar quando cheguei na cidade e ainda me tratou com ignorância como se eu estivesse errada. Se houve esse problema na acomodação pq ela deixou p avisar em cima da hora se já estava reservada a meses?, e ainda foi cobrado o valor integral no meu cartão. Minha viagem quase foi por água a baixo e teve muito stress. Tive que recorrer ao suporte da Booking e eles prontamente ajudaram em encontrar outro local e me deram um crédito, pois devido ao evento ocorrendo na cidade tudo estava muito caro e sem vagas. Acabei ficando num lugar distante do que estaria antes. RESUMINDO: NÃO INDICO ESSA ACOMODAÇÃO P NINGUÉM E MUITO MENOS A ANFITRIÃ. NÃO PASSA CONFIANÇA NENHUMA.
