• Dickcm (5/5): Good cost/benefit - The cost/benefit of the flat may be high in case the owner or company renting do some basic renovations and a improved cleaning service.
• Joho81sk (8/5): Very good - A cozy apartment suitable also for a family with children. We appreciate the very quiet environment and the nearby parking lot with a parking price of 4.4 euros per day. We appreciate the great communication with the host.

• Claudia (5/5): Passable - The beds were really comfortable. It was not clean, the walls were dirty, the rooms don't look like in the photos, there are damages. The refrigerator smelled bad and it was dirty. The floor was dirty.
• Anna (7/5): Good - The room is big and the bed very comfortable. There is a bath tube and a coffee machine. Silent and clean apartment. The kitchen is old and not very functional, except for the dishwasher, and the equipment should be renewed (there are few plates and glasses, only two cups, no coffee cups). There are no towel rails in the bathroom. Some brief instructions would be appreciated, for example the wifi password, which has to be taken directly from the modem label. There is nothing in the main room to hang clothes or store clothes. The lamp on the bedside table was without a bulb, no socket next to the bed to charge the phone or anything else.

• Ingridy (9/5): Great apartment, I recommend! - We had a great time in this apartment, the bed and pillows were very comfy! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The blinders are not enough for the sunlight, so in the morning it gets really bright

• Rebecca (6/5): Good but not perfect - The apartment is in a pleasant area with plenty of shops and places to eat. It was light and quite big, the bedroom in particular was very large. There were four of us so four beds were made up but we were only given 2 towels in total. In the kitchen there was a similar problem with just 3 mugs, 2 plates and and other small details that would be easy to correct. They provide a coffee macchine but no capsules and when I asked if we could have some capsules they sent just 2, our stay was for 4 nights. With more attention to detail the appartment could be really excellent.
• Andreas (8/5): Very good - Very warm and cosy apartment. Maybe the best staff that let us to stay a little more cause our flight had delayed. Very comfortable for 2 people A little bit far from the city center and sightseeing.

There was no communication from the host side - I wrote 2 messages with question, and recerived no answer. The flat is clean, but loks worse than in photo.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Superb - Spaciois place. Comfortable for family. Good location in terms of connection to the centre of Vienna. All necessary shops nearby. No problem with parking. Very communicative owner/manager. Reacts quickly to the requests. At the beginning it was bit cold but quickly restored by Marcus. The fridge was too cold and the stuff inside was frozen.
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Clean spacious apartment with everything you might need during the stay. We stayed only for a couple of hours to take some rest from long travel. I would only give a suggestion to put some small amenities like showergel and coffee, since coming late in the night it is not convenient to look for a store.

• Юрченко (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartments for a family holiday. Nice and quiet area, nearby the Danube embankment, cafes, restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

• Alexa15dreams (7/5): Good - The main bed, the hot water, the view, the dishwasher, the hairdrayer, the washing machine + the iron, the communication with the stuff - it was cold in the apartment, the windows did not seem to be ermetichally closed ( we could hear and feel the wind blowing into the room) - the table in the dining area was broken - the toilet was in a different room than the rest of the bathroom, with no access to a sink and a trash can - the toilet bowl 😶 - did not find it tidy enough...we even saw a kitchen bug walking in the area - some coffee capsules would be good - for stays longer than 3 nights they should offer a clean up, garbage takeout, change of towels

• Martino (6/5): Comfy, simple apartment in Vienna - The apparent has sufficient space and was very clean. The master bedroom is large and the bed big. The neighbourhood is mostly calm and clean. The connection to the city is good. There are some nice restaurants nearby and different shops. The furnitures are a bit dated. There was no additional shampoo or shower gel, just the hand washing that probably could be used to shower. We decided to ask friends to borrow us some shower gel. I was not able to make use of the WiFi, if there was any.
