The view from the apartment is great, and the facilities inside are modern and well-maintained. Staying here feels very much like being at home.

Kamis (3/5): wrong flat address on Bookibg.com, wrong pictures, inappropriate host welcome and response - Location and quiet building I want to express my disappointment with the changes to the apartment upon arrival. The description of the first one, Cassini 31, outlined different facilities. In the Belvedere apartment, several promised amenities were missing. There was no coffee machine, no ironing facilities, and only two washing machine tablets were provided. This led to an unexpected inconvenience, as we had to take our clothes to a laundromat for washing and ironing, incurring extra cost and effort. Additionally, the balcony couldn't be used as no furniture was provided. The arrival and welcome did not meet the minimum standard. I had to walk a mile to a poorly described address to collect the key, which was followed by several calls to find the exact location for key collection. Then, when trying to access the Cassini flat, we were given the wrong key set and had to call again to discover that the booking had suddenly been changed to another building and flat, which was a completely unexpected and frustrating turn of events that significantly disrupted our plans.
Newman (8/5): Fab apartment - The location. Spacious and luv the 2½ baths. Great to be so close to a mall. Enjoyed shopping. Simon was very helpful and communicative. Initially, only 1 fob. Sorted out quickly. Noise from train if window was open.
