• Hart (8/5): We enjoyed this place. - Lovely building. Amazing location. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good communication. The lounge is a sofa bed and not comfortable to sit on. Needs a comfortable sitting area. No bedside tables.

Es muy silencioso y luminoso En el sofá-cama se duerme mal y las almohadas se desparraman. La puerta de acceso a la habitación es de cristal y entra la luz de la ventana de la cocina. No pude descansar bien una vez amanecia

• esperanza (10/5): Espectacular - Todo, el estudio es bastante amplio, muy funcional, bien ubicado y realmente precioso. Tuvieron un detalle de agradecer , al preguntarles si tenían tostadora, nos informaron q no pero q nos la facilitarían, y a la llegada teníamos una nueva en la cocina. Que sólo estuvimos 4 días, nos hubiésemos quedado más tiempo disfrutando del estudio y de la preciosa ciudad

Room was very clean all the things you may need, Iron, hairdryer etc. Would definitely book and stay again. Everything was great, location, room, communication etc. Liked everything.

• Luana (8/5): Very good - Great location, very central and close to everything. The apartment was clean and communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. A few small things in the bathroom could use some maintenance (shower and sink), but overall we had a very good stay. Would definitely recommend!
• Samuele (6/5): Can be improved in some aspects... - Well-kept apartment (but impersonal and rigid communication) The apartment is well maintained and in a great location (ideal for exploring the historic center). However, the overall experience was affected by impersonal and rather inflexible communication. To be clear, I have no issue with an extra fee being charged for early check-in. But in my case, I had clearly stated that my arrival would fall within the hour just before the official check-in time. As a guest, it would have been appreciated to receive the self check-in instructions a bit earlier (rather than being told to wait strictly until 3:00 PM). The extra charge was insisted upon right up to the last minute, only to then be denied. To add to that, the access codes were sent a few minutes after the scheduled time (a small delay, yes, but one that felt almost intentional considering we hadn’t agreed to pay the surcharge). The overall issue was the feeling of communicating exclusively through automated messages, which stripped the interaction of any sense of warmth or real hospitality. This extended to the recommendations provided, which were punctual and technically helpful, but focused mainly on international cuisines (like sushi) and places very close to the apartment (more for convenience than for cultural or culinary relevance). As visitors, we would have appreciated suggestions that reflect the local identity and help immerse ourselves in the city’s atmosphere. Lastly, the check-out instructions included some rather unusual (though technically optional) suggestions: placing used linens in the washing machine, starting the dishwasher, and even repositioning any furniture that had been moved. For the record, we didn’t move a thing (but it did feel a bit surreal). We were on a leisure trip, not hired to do home staging. All in all, the apartment is practical and nicely kept (but what’s missing is the human touch that turns a stay from “just fine” into something truly memorable).

My husband just loved his 6 nights on Elisky Krasnohorske! Thanks a million Sometimes we could hear some noise close to our main door in our beautiful bedroom as some cleaning people would wake us up around 6:45 am! and some people dragging some garbage

• Ka (8/5): I would suggest the host consider making changes in response to my feedback. Action works better than words. If the host - The interior design and the location. The apartment is clean. The host was rather stingy, she provided only 2 coffee capsules and one tea bag and only 2 small bottles of shower gel for showering and hair washing for my 7 days’ stay. I also don’t like the host has put up too many restrictions and rules. No shoes are allowed in the apartment (it was mentioned in the description that the apartment was carpeted but in reality it was not). She also requested the guest to put the bed linen into the washing machine and to put moved furniture back to its original position before check out. I have rented houses or apartments for work or for holiday multiple times in the past and it was the first time I encountered such rules and request. I am there on holiday and I believe the host has included cleaning cost in the daily rental rate, then why should the host asks her guests to do all these?

The location is excellentin the old town and close the river There are two flights of stairs in order to get to the elevator so it's unsuitable for people who have problems walking. There's a bit of a smell coming from the sewage after using the toilets. We stayed for 5 nights and only got 2 capsules of coffee for two people. other than that everything was perfect!

Asked for so many personal information to be filled in on a website in advance, otherwise said reservation might be canceled. No possibility to Checkin early or leave the bags behind unless you pay extra fee. Found a pillow and blanket (not very clean) in a kitchen cupboard. One of the pillows was quite smelly, didn't feel that clean

• Christine (8/5): Great location! - Great location! Very close to town square and small supermarket. Easy walking distance to most attractions including Wenceslas Square and bridges. Washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron and board, clothes rack. After unpacking we went for a walk then returned to apartment to find front door wide open. Apparently there was a water leak from boiler and downstairs neighbour had called owner. Repairman was booked for 11 am next day. Owner offered for us to vacate (we paid over five months in advance and it was a long weekend so would be impossible to find alternative hotel). So he showed us how to turn off water at mains tap in the wall. We filled water bottles, kettle and saucepan then turned off mains. So no shower that night or next morning after very long train journey. It was fixed next day. There is a lift but you also have three flights of stairs as well. One coffee cup for two people. Lucky I carry a travel mug. Owner offered to bring extra cup and additional coffee capsules to use the next day. Only two capsules provided for two people for a five day stay. Only green tea provided. No smoke detectors or fire alarms.
