Es gab zwei Badezimmer, was einen enormen Vorteil bei mehreren Gästen bringt. Es wirkte alles schön saniert und die Materialien und Einrichtung (Bad, Küche, Betten) waren hochwertig! Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

• Anna (9/5): Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. - Die Wohnung war schön, sauber , ruhig und perfekt gelegen, um alle Unternehmungen im Zentrum zu Fuß zu machen. Zwar haben wir kein Personal gesehen, aber die Kommunikation mit Rania war sehr gut.
• Chi (8/5): - Great location, easy access to restaurants and all the sightseeing places There is quite strong smell of heavy oil coming from the restaurant downstairs, it is okay-ish if you keep the windows shut but cannot stay on the balcony because of it
• Erin (10/5): A lovely place from which to experience modern and ancient Greece - The location was amazing - access to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and the Plaka! The area has many conveniences and restaurants, especially vegan! The space was wonderful for 5 adults.

• Phil (10/5): A brilliant short stay in Athens in a fantastic apartment-would highly recommend. - Fantastic location, very comfortable and well appointed. The keyless entry was very convenient. The host was very communicative and made the check in process very easy.
• Jeanne (9/5): - Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Basic kitchen had what we needed to reheat food. The clothes washing machine and drying rack is a big bonus. We liked the phone code opener, when it worked. Location to the Acrópolis and museum was perfect. When we had an issue opening the outside door with the phone app (some sort of glitch on the developer's end). Walking pretty far to find the alternative key in the lockbox was an inconvenient pain. Especially since the original directions were quite incorrect. But it all ended ok, the app was fixed and we left the key for the property manager in the apartment.

• Sarah F. (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a family - The location is fabulous. We were a few blocks from the Acropolis and metro station. Everything was extremely convenient and walkable. I loved that this was the perfect size for our family of 5. And having two bathrooms was a wonderful perk. There is a luggage storage place right around the corner along with a market to buy groceries, so you won't have to eat out every day. The air conditioning worked really well--we were here in August when it was very hot outside. Laundry machine worked well, and we were able to dry our clothes on the rack on the patio. We all felt very safe. I wish the key situation was a little easier. We didn't know which button to push to activate the wifi open door lock. That could have been a little simpler. We've used another similar door lock and had much better results.

Location. 2mins walk to acropolis museum, 10mins walk to acropolis. 1-2mins walk to metro station, and hop-on hop-off city sightseeing bus stop just opposite the building. You can easily find a taxi in the street even at 4-5am. Have 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. And they provide everything you may need as like a homestay. Nothing. All seems perfect for us.

We never met the owners as they left us a key but they were highly attentive and even went out of their way to get us a cot for the baby (seems they bought it especially for us!). We loved the small things that make you feel welcome, a bottle of wine, lots of mineral water bottles in the fridge, coffee capsules. Thank you for the hospitality!

• S (8/5): The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic. - It's right behind the Acropolis museum and all other places of interest are within walking distance. It's very close to the street filled with eateries and restaurants. Supermarket is 5 minute walk away. Apartment is spacious and having 2 bathrooms was very convenient for us. The instructions for the access/drop off of the key were clear and precise. WiFi in the property didn't work. We contacted the owner who said it would be fixed in a day or so but wasn't. It would have been nice to have some bin bags to store the rubbish in.
• Nikola (8/5): Very good - The location is great, near Acropolis, in a nice neighbourhood. The apartment is ok, a little old, but well maintained. There is no parking. You can park on the street, but it is difficult to find a place.

From the perfect location, with close proximity to Acropolis and the museum, the local authentic shipping streets in Plaka, the MRT station, and so on, to the cleanliness and well-maintained amenities of the property, I just feel blessed that I have chosen this property. If I need to be nit-picking, I would wish to have a supermarket near to the property 😅

• Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - Great clean flat, very well equipped, comfortable beds, and located right next to metro and points of interest. A little noisy on the side of bedroom/living room but it didn’t disturb us too much.
• Mckee (8/5): Very good - The unit was very spacious, easy to get to with a lift as we were on the third floor. Very close to the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis. There were lots of dining venues within a very short walking distance. There was a Deli close by and a grocery store just a short walk away. Our only complaint was that the mattresses could do with updating.
• Bruce (10/5): We had a great stay at a perfect location in Athens for our trip. - The apartment was a great choice for us. It was right across the street from the new Acropolis Museum and easy walking distance to the Acropolis and other sites, The host responded to us quickly when we asked about nearby grocery stores, restaurant suggestions which were just around the corner from the apartment and suggested a beach for us to go to. We were very pleased with the apartment and all the help from the host. Since we were two couples, it would have been nice to have two keys but we never asked for them so they may have been available. Otherwise, there weren't any things we didn't like.

You are right behind the Acropolis Museum and short walking distance to everything you need: Restaurants, shopping, attractions, Plaka, and public transportation including the Metro. The apartment was clean and a perfect size for four adults. Overall, this was a great place for our family trip. The only thing that was a little odd was the location of the key to get in, but the directions were perfect and we found it right away.

I didn't like that I noticed that some things were not right, like the chair that was unscrewed, so I screwed it back myself, and I thought that the owner knew that, considering that he "accused" us for the kettle that we didn't use, recommendation to all future guests that as soon as you enter, spend everything and record it so that he can't cheat you.
