• Suchenia (10/5): - Apartament nowoczesny, przestronny, czysty. Wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty: lodówka, zamrażarka (przydaje się do mrożenia wody mineralnej), piekarnik, mikrofala. Klimatyzacja w obu sypialniach i salonie. Ekspres do kawy tylko na duże kapsułki nespresso, których nie widzieliśmy w pobliskich sklepach. Na uliczkach dookoła znajdzie się wszystko: od Lidla, po Bershkę, restauracje, bary. W każdy piątek na ulicy pod balkonem rozwijają targ z owocami i warzywami, super! Do metra niecałe 25 min., ale można podjechać autobusem. Autobus z przystanku na równoległej ulicy jedzie nad morze (podróż w weekend trwała 30 min), w niedzielę było tłoczno. 5-dniowy bilet na komunikację wszystkimi środkami od Aten po Pireus (poza dojazdem na lotnisko) tylko 8,5 euro. Świetne miejsce.

• Elise (10/5): Overall excellent stay and I would stay here again. - This was a very spacious apartment with two full baths. The balcony was also wonderful. There were air conditioning units in EVERY room, which is a major plus. The decor is very well done. It is modern, simple and pleasing. The neighborhood is authentically Athenian and there are nearby restaurants, cafes, parks and bars. The weekly vegetable market happens on this street. It was very charming and awesome to walk and buy from the vendors. Overall excellent stay. It would have been nice to have some cleaning products in the kitchen to clean up after ourselves. But this was a great stay with no negatives.

• Antonia (3/5): Great apartment, but poor communication and hygiene issues ruined the stay. - The apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and in a great neighborhood with plenty of cafés, shops, and everything you might need nearby. The interior looks exactly like the photos and the location is a big plus. However, several issues made our stay very uncomfortable. Communication with the host was poor from the start. We were told early check-in was possible, then told it wasn’t. They told us they will let us know once the cleaner was finished, but we never heard back – even though the apartment was ready earlier (we know because we waited outside for an hour and saw no one coming out of the building), and no update ever came. During our 7-day stay, we were only given two towels per person, three toilet paper rolls in total (for four girls), and one dishwasher tablet. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and no basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, or oil – which would be especially helpful for longer stays. We asked for more towels but never received them. Instead, we got one extra toilet paper roll and a small welcome kit with mini toiletries. We had to buy additional supplies ourselves – including laundry detergent to wash the towels, trash bags (since toilet paper can’t be flushed), and more. Another issue was hot water. On the first day we had it thanks to solar heating, but no one informed us that we needed to switch on the electric heater afterward. As a result, we were left without hot water on the second day. Only after we contacted the host was it explained how to turn it on – something that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Worst of all, on our last night, we found cockroaches in several parts of the apartment – in the hallway, bathroom, and even in the bedroom. Eventually, they made their way into the living room. We couldn’t sleep and ended up leaving the apartment at 5 a.m. because it was unbearable. We messaged the host and sent photos, but never received a reply. The apartment itself has a lot of potential, but the poor communication, lack of basic supplies, unclear instructions, and pest problem left us truly disappointed.
• Edwin (9/5): Excellent apartment and a fantastic visit to Athens. - Great space. Two bathrooms. A/C in every room. Excellent communication. Easy check in. Very near to supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. Nice balcony. The area felt safe. Whilst the apartment was to a very high and modern standard on the inside, the street was old and a little run down with some graffiti. It was about a 30 min walk to the tourist centre of the city. The view from the balcony was not great.

• H (9/5): A gorgeous, modern apartment, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great value for money. - The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern appliances and well equipped. We were only supplied 4 coffee pods which we couldn’t find replacements for at the local supermarket. We also had to purchase shower soap, tea, coffee, sugar, dish washing tablets and washing powder. Would have been nice if these things were supplied but minor in the scheme of things.
• Natalia (8/5): The apartment is overall great and accommodating, nice residencial area, not too far from city Center - -The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable for our family. Very clean and accommodating, large space, enough lighting, good area, no problems with street noise or any building noise. Balcony and terrace- a very nice bonus for the warm weather. -We haven’t used the ACs, but for those who ste traveling during hot days, that’s a great option. They have ACs in every room. -The beds are very comfortable and the extra bedding we asked for and extra pillows were provided at our request. We had a great sleep, which is a super treat for us. -The host provided even extra towels and a bottle of water for welcome, so that was a lovely surprise. We had enough toiletries for the whole stay. -The 4 capsules for the coffee machine was also nice to have. Thanks - lots of hangers and drawers to arrange nicely your clothes - iron board and iron is included - supermarket and nice brunch cafes and restaurants are nearby -Even if the apartment was very clean, I would suggest to refresh the carpet ( as probably there are clients that don’t take away the shoes in the house and it made it grayish) . Also, the beanbag that has bug stains should be cleaned already. - The thing I don’t like about the apartments for rent by companies is that they aren’t considerate much about the short stay travelers. I would prefer to have some things in the morning to cook with, that normally isn’t so expensive, but I cannot buy in small portions for 1-3 days like Sugar, salt, tea, some even cheap oil to cook some eggs for breakfast. And that should be a must, as you are providing an apartment with a kitchen and pots, nit a hotel room. Another thing is the dishwasher 1-2 tablets and extra rubbish disposal bags , which should be nice to have would be a benefit for both parts. - we have received quite late the apartment instructions, that is usually sent 1 day before the travel and I thought for those who don’t have access to internet, that could be an issue. - we haven’t found the written rules and tips on how to use the things in the apartment, so good I saw some reviews before on hot water and could find the press button when we have realized in the morning that there is no hot water. The answer we have received in a few hours, so that is a slow response for me. - the agent that was in communication with us kindly offered the transportation to the airport and we agreed, but we had a problem in the morning with the wrongly sent address to the driver, they sent the street name , but didn’t mention the area, so our driver was waiting for us in a different location. That could have been a big problem if we didn’t have enough time and it would have been during the day time with heavy traffic.

• Bruno (10/5): Great stay in Athens - The apartment is great. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. The two complete bathrooms is a big plus for a group of 4 people. And a final note about the AC, wich is key in Athens. It worked beautifully, and without making those uncomfortable noises.

• Veronika (10/5): new, modern, clean and comfortable apartment for a big family in quite neighborhood close to center - new apartment with a great design, lovely kitchen area, and living space is great for family gatherings. two comfortable bedrooms are separated from living space by a door which is very convenient for privacy purposes. the apartment has two bathrooms and is very well equipped with everything needed even for a long stay. the location is great. close to many restaurants and cafes, has a big AB supermarket around the corner and walking distance from Panathenaic stadium and the city center. nothing
