- ambre (6/5): - très proche du centre tout en restant calme assez spacieux immeuble propre chambres et salons sympas tout le mobilier est visiblement usé (cassé par d’anciens locataires j’imagine ) l’accueil a été fait en retard alors qu’il avait été fait une demande en amont d’être accueillies afin de pouvoir déposer des bagages
- Amelia (4/5): I never have to go through so much time and effort for a booking and the deposit still not refunded - TI have been charged $200 Euro for deposit as I was not told before. They told the refund will be done 1 week or 10 days after my stay but I still do not get my refund yet today ( Jul 9, 2025). I have been contact them so many time but still no answer yet. Also I try to go through booking.com but no response too.

- Anna (7/5): Good - Location is great and you can find farmacy, grocery store near. Also it is just 10-15 minutes from Batllo Gaudi house. The number of rooms and a lot of space in the apartment. There were dishwasher, washing machine. First of all you need to know that there is security deposit 300€ and if you want to return it back you need to take out the garbage. It is very strange, because in the price of the apartment included cleaning 120€. Cleaning was very poor and I needed to clean every surface with wet wipes to start use it. Also, all appliances were in the bad condition. The refrigerator had dents on the exterior and cracks inside. The kettle was rusty and had a broken lid, and there was visible mold inside the air conditioners. All plumbing needs to be changed. In the bathroom I found this rug with a lot of black mold!

Apartment is OK but very old building, looks tired Very expensive for what it turned out to be. The apartment is OK and clean but very dated, could do with some painting, and everything provided was the cheapest of the cheap: horrible quality towels and sheets, beds only had a very thin sheet and no duvets, cheap toiletries, cheap toilet paper, no tea towel, no courtesy teas or coffees, no extras like milk or bread that are often provided in other similarly priced apartments. I expected more for the high price we paid.
- Ferguson (10/5): Loved our stay! - Apartment was in a great location and perfect for our number of people. Host was very understanding and helpful! When I was looking for accomadation in barcalona it seemed difficult to find one that wasn't so strict and seemed like we would be thrown out for laughing even alittle too loud. Had a blast as a group of friends and would 100% come back! Nothing bad to mention!

- Ak (8/5): A good compromise between central and noisy - The central location of the apartment (not too far from main metro stations, restaurants and places to visit). Also, to mention that it is located in the gay neighbourhood of Barcelona, which is safe but good to know for people who may not be comfortable with. On our side, we stayed with young children, and we did not feel disturbed. We really enjoyed our stay here. Being central also means accepting noise. The building is at intersections between Carrer Casanova (main streeet) and Carrer Muntaner, thus quite noisy (night and day)

Loads of Room, everything you could need in the kitchen and place in general. Property was comfortable and clean. Fit us 5 easily.

- Yoel (8/5): Very good - 10 min walk from metro stations. Quiet and very clean. Has a garage parking not very wide. We loved the location .we loved the appartment and although there was little mallfunctions we got over it and enjoy our stay . there was 2 bathrooms which was necessary for our family ⁷6th The maintenance needs an improvement.the bathroom door was stuck and the electrical power went off and on during our stay when we operated the electric gas . The owner did reply and sent someone to fix the doors and electric . The next day the electric power went off again the ac not working in one of the bedrooms .
