• Christopher (7/5): Over all great place just a few small issues - Great location and room A1 Fob stopped working couldn’t access the room late at night then couldn’t access the room for several hours the next day wile they sorted it

Nice and spacious apartment Small repairs needed eg bathroom handle was broken. Shower head could be better for such an amazingly big shower.

• Matthieu (7/5): - Excellent emplacement et vue superbe (20ème étage). Appartement bien sécurisé avec un agent en permanence. logement pas assez propre. Des taches sur la moquette et le canapé. Un chaise cassée rangée dans le placard, une assiette cassée. Lorqu'il y a du vent, appartement bruyant et qui claque. 1 heure pour récupérer les clés car elles n'étaient pas là ou elles devaient être. Il a fallu contacter le site via booking.

• Kim (9/5): Immaculate and comfortable apartment in great location. - The location is great with a view over the park and close to lots of amenities including train station if needed. Well equipped apartment, which was very clean. (No kitchen knife or peeler - no sharps I suppose). Beautiful view to the city as well. Good security. Convenient to cafes and IGA. Overall very good - I would use it again as I now know my way around. Cheers. The Basement carpark was a bit difficult to figure out at first but I got there to the right parking space in the end. Easier to navigate once I knew my way around. Check out was also something to figure out - needed to be able to park the car somewhere outside to return the keys to Ezymart, as you can't use the lift or exit the carpark without the fob to scan.
• Andrew (8/5): Very happy with the quality of accommodation and would recommend to others. - Location and cleanliness of apartment. A whistling sound could be heard originating from the apartment door while it was windy outside.
• Kelly (4/5): If you want a hygienic facility with a responsive host, choose a different property! - Good location, modern apartment The doona was stained with blood and body fluid and the host was reluctant to replace it with a clean one. Disgusting! We had to sleep in our winter clothes with a thin sheet for multiple nights. We also had no internet for the first two days when I needed to work. Appliances were high quality up-market models, but there is no manual to operate the complex functions. Don’t be fooled thinking you can dry your laundry, the dryer function on the all in one system is terrible.
• Madhu (7/5): Good - Location There was no soap in body wash and hand wash containers, it was just the water. We booked for 3 adults and we had linen for 2. Not happy with that.

• Verity (5/5): Average - - great location - clean - poor quality pillows and towels - not enough towels for number of guests - couldn’t have a proper shower as the drain didn’t work so water sat in the bottom of shower and eventually flooded through to the bathroom. Took hours for the water to finally drain. - dirty bath mat - wifi didn’t work - no instructions for washing machine or information about the apartment in general
• Nerys (7/5): Excellent location, but needs more and better quality linen and attention to maintenance and cleaning. - Excellent location Shower drain needed clean as shower overflowed into bathroom, towels and bathmat were wet on arrival and washer/drier did not dry. Mop needs changing as smells and makes floor smell. Insufficient linen and terrible pillows.

• Maralyn (7/5): Great location, great restaurant. Would be handy to have 2 towels when there are 3 people. - Location was great. We were visiting for a grandson’s school concert at the Tennis centre. Plus a day visit to the city by train. The restaurant on ground level was great, food and service great. That we booked for 3 adults and only 2 towels were provided. The car parking was extremely difficult to navigate, given the instructions say go to level b1. The only indication you are on level b1 is when you enter the lift area, difficult to do in your car. The swipe disk on key worked perfectly in lift but did not always work at front doors, we had to wait for someone to leave so that we could enter.

• Shwetz (9/5): Superb - Absolutely loved the place and location. Brilliant area, cafe downstairs was amazing as well. Very smooth operation and the responsiveness of the Host was 10/10! Will definitely recommend this to my frnds and might book again 🙂. Nothing.
• Beswick (10/5): Modern clean close to Olympic park and surrounds - The apartment was incredibly clean with everything you need in one place. Awesome views seeing the city skyline and harbour bridge. Everything modern, it’s the second time I’ve stayed in this high rise last time different apartment. Nothing everything spot on
