• Ahmed (3/5): The photos displayed on the website did not accurately reflect the reality of the property, which may lead to disappoint - The venue was outstanding in every way, offering breathtaking surroundings, impeccable charm, and a sense of serenity that made it feel like a true haven While the location itself was pleasant, I did notice some areas that could benefit from improvement. The overall cleanliness of the apartments did not fully meet expectations, and there was an unpleasant odor in certain spaces. The toilets, in particular, appeared quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment, as well as more consistent maintenance. Their condition unfortunately gave the impression of a public facility rather than a private guest space. Additionally, the rooms lacked convenient sleeping lights, and the air conditioning did not function as effectively as hoped. Addressing these aspects would greatly enhance the comfort and overall guest experience

• Nurhakim (2/5): the room is nice but it is not “KLCC view”, the agent slow refund deposit, and the parking needs to add on rm20. also in - the room was okay. got 2 bedroom. not really clean. it is not “KLCC view”. stop lying to customer. the parking is very tricky and i need to pay more to the agent (rm20) for the parking. but it said in the message it is included with the room. and the agent really takes time to refund my deposit almost 3 days (i need to ask for the deposit 4-5times for him to refund) , in app it said rm85 with tax and so on also got discount from app. but when u arrive the agent said its rm120 per night. really confusing. bad service, bad staff. it is not even a “KLCC view” stop tricking customer. learn from your mistakes pls

There's a lot of baby cockroach inside the toilet, at the kitchen and living room. Floor oily. Limited lift and too many guest using it, so very crowded and need to wait for a long time, not suitable for baby.

• Muhammad Dzafir (1/5): Worst apartment I have stayed anywhere - Located very close to KLCC Terrible condition. Not clean. Sticky floor. Toilets are not clean and smelly. Broken furnitures kept in the closet. Stayed on 17th floor. Need to park your car on the 8th floor. Very slow lift because so many units in the building. The bed and pillows were too soft and will definitely hurt your back. They may have different units but please do not stay in this one on 17 floor. Deceiving pictures. I have told the person taking care of the unit that I will need to write all these reviews because i felt cheated by the overprice rate.

• Dr Zatul Iffah (1/5): ⚠️ Very unprofessional and stressful experience – avoid this property. - none I booked this property back in February 2025 via Booking.com. The booking was confirmed and non-refundable, with a check-in date of 1 January 2026. Shockingly, the host only contacted me ONE DAY before check-in, claiming the price was “wrong” and repeatedly pressured me to cancel the booking. After waiting almost 11 months, they suddenly refused to honour the confirmed reservation unless I cancelled. This is completely unacceptable. Any pricing issue should have been resolved months earlier, not dumped on the guest at the last minute. The communication was unprofessional, stressful, and felt like an attempt to force me to take responsibility for the host’s mistake. I booked fairly through Booking.com, following their listed price and confirmation. Despite the booking being confirmed, the host later said they would not give me the room unless I cancelled. This is unacceptable and feels like an attempt to force the guest to fix the host’s own pricing mistake. Communication was rude, unprofessional, and threatening, shifting responsibility entirely to the guest instead of resolving it properly through Booking.com. This caused unnecessary stress on the day of check-in. ❌ Contacted only 1 day before check-in ❌ Price manipulation after confirmation ❌ Pressure to cancel a non-refundable booking ❌ Refusal to honour a confirmed reservation ❌ Very poor customer service ❌ Extremely poor and unprofessional handling Booking.com should seriously investigate this listing. I do NOT recommend Sky Suites KLCC by Arman. This experience caused unnecessary stress and ruined trust. I strongly do not recommend Sky Suites KLCC by Arman.

The unit that we stayed had a very smelly toilet (B16-3A) Tried to wash many times but still the smell.does not fade. No cloths hooked to hang cloths and towel in both toilet. No rubber bathroom mat in both toilet ( need to put it to avoid slip and fall since both toilet tiles is very slippery. We booked ( almost 3.months before new Year) and wrote that we.request for KLCC.view but we did not get what we request for. We only been notified by Admin named ATIK few hours before we checked in. The message that we received, we booked "city view" instead of "KLCC view" whereas the one that admin screen shot saying that it's KLCC view also stated "city view" in booking.com Please take a look again and be more specific in the details stated in booking.com unit details.
