• Peter (1/5): Not happy - Back sliding door was hanging off fly screen was ripped grass clipping all out back had no television which I messaged the host she said message rne not ring her than I said where's the television she said last people took it and I said I would like one she said tomorrow and never got back to me very disappointing and was dog hair all over house not happy at all will never stay again me and my family had no tv for 2 nights

• Haydon (5/5): Good location. However, house conditions could be improved. - The 4-bedroom family home was spacious. On arrival it was disappointing to see the lawns (front & back with weeds) not mowed. Also, the waste bins weren't emptied and full of rubbish. The tiles throughout the house weren't thoroughly cleaned. Therefore, shoes were needed to be worn at all times. Disappointing no dryer was available on the property. No frypan or enough cutlery or crockery for a family of 8. The photos were a bit misleading

• Emma (6/5): It was very clean but I don’t think we would stay here again. - The property was very clean and all bedding, linen was very well washed and organised. Smashed glass throughout the backyard and no hot water when we arrived. Bottle of vodka was in the linen cupboard and security tags from stolen bottles in the top of the cupboard. My partner fixed hot water and we were told we would receive a discount but never did.
