- Anonymous (7/5): the property clean, tidy and organised. - The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful. The property had all the essential supplies and they were in good condition. The air conditioners weren't working well so the property as speacialy second bedroom was.very hot. We lcoun'd sleep well.
- Javier (1/5): This place should not be on booking.com, we left and went to a hotel - Nothing Run down property in noisy area. Since the lock of the front door of the building is not working, front door is kept open by a rug (!!!)... On the second night we got stuck outside since someone took the rug away and the lock of the door was still not repaired...Rude owner yelling over the phone as we were stressed out and refusing to take responsibility. We left the place and filed a complaint on booking.com I've been coming to Istanbul since 2011, always renting apartments via booking,com and never had such a nasty experience.

- Andrew (9/5): Delightful apartment in Kadikoy - The flat was quiet ...even though the street below has many bars and restaurants...a couple of very good eateries just downhill from the apartment Hard to imagine a better location and the door would defeat all attempts at unauthorized entry...not that we had any sense that the locals are anything other than friendly and helpful. Bedside tables would be good , plus a few more bowls and crockery

- Andra (8/5): Very good - It's a nice and spacious flat, it has all you need - towels, bedding, toiletries, kitchen fully equipped, exactly how it's described. Pictures here are accurate. Very clean and very good location, lots of cafes and places to eat literally at your doorstep, mini market, shops, fresh produce market. Short walk to the ferry port, tram and bus station. We arrived late, we did inform the host about our arrival time and he kindly waited for us at the property to give us the key and show us the flat. Definitely recommend it!
- Неда (7/5): We enjoyed our overall stay. The host was very nice! - The Location was perfect. It was spacious. The Bathroom was very nice and had all one could need. It was a bit dated, one of the bedrooms has a very small window and there were very loud noises coming from outside. It did not have any night lights or night stands which was a bit inconvenient if one would like to read before bed.

Also, at first the wi-fi was not working but they promptly fixed it the next morning. The apartment was nice and warm. The blinds in the bedroom did not really help much and the bedroom was too bright in the morning. The walls were quite thin, we could hear the party downstairs as well as the neighbours' TV early in the morning.
