Full kitchen, living room, nice clean bathroom, separate bedroom (king size bed) with walk in closet and a room with a washer and dryer. It was like having your own apartment. There is a private entrance to the suite and every room was nicely decorated and clean. It is a basement suite but it is in a brand new house so it doesn’t feel like a basement at all. We loved it and the price was excellent. 5 stars.
