LILIA (7/5): Pratique car emplacement géographique excellent. - ⚠️ Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel. Plusieurs agences immobilières possèdent des appartements dans la même résidence, c'est pourquoi vous constaterez que des logements similaires ont des noms et prix qui diffèrent. Choisissez donc l'agence la mieux notée et la moins chère. La résidence est extrêmement bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied de Bukit Bintang. Elle est globalement propre. La pression dans la salle de bain est bonne et l'eau est chaude (ce n'est pas le cas partout à KL). La vue depuis la piscine est très jolie. L'hôte n'était pas très agréable. Il faut payer une caution de 200 MYR en cash uniquement. Il y a un distributeur au 7/11 en face de la résidence.

The elevator is super slow and needs to work on the settings.

It can take you up to 10 mins (or even more) during peak hours. One time, we had to wait for half an hour for the lift just to go down and that was around 9 or 10 in the morning.

They did not knock & it was just pure luck I was there at the time, otherwise I would have left my valuables out. When I confronted them & the hosts, I just got a 'sorry, house cleaning team'. I wasn't even aware that house cleaning was part of the deal, as it was an apartment, so if you stay there, make sure you lock up your valuables, as there is also no safe in the room, just in-case.

Yuryi (3/5): Poor - The building and rooms and pool are nice, but if you want at least a hint of service - just forget about it! It is not really a hotel, but a space run by different groups of unrelated people. The lobby is chaotic, it is impossible to leave your belongings here after check-out even for a short period of time. The Wi-Fi did not work in the room for two days, and as I did not ask the staff, it appeared only an hour before check-out. There were no clothes hangers in the closet, the hair dryer had a plug that could not plug into any of the outlets. The mirror lamp flickered with a strobe effect. Stuff hardly speaks English.

Casadio (5/5): I wish I read the reviews before booking. The place looks nice, albeit nowhere near a fancy hotel. The check in process - Its a good location, views over KL are amazing and the infinity pool marvellous A lot of things. Long and painful Check in and out process. Lack of reception, the fact that there are hidden costs up to 30% and the lack of “hotel facilities” being the property just an airbnb type of thing. Last but not list having to spend between 10-15 minutes waiting for an elevator go in and out of the building.

I was left waiting hours as I was told I had to contact my host via what'sapp and he didn't respond despite me sending numerous messages. When he finally came downstairs to check us in he demanded cash deposit and there are no forms to sign to document me handing over cash. I was then shown to a room different to the one that I booked. The room was disgusting and not cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and the tap was loose and not fixed to the basin. There is no hot water at all. The pool has literally 3 sun beds and is shared by another hotel meaning it was very crowded and had no where to sit.

I was even able to leave my bag for a week, and when I returned to the apartment at 3 AM, they were kind enough to help me get in. It was a great deal for the price, and the people were lovely. Was shown kitchen and a full apartment - what I got instead was a bed, a bathroom, a table - nothing else. I did not get what I was promised in the pictures. No hangers in the closet, no bathmat, no kitchen kettle - all had to request from host. Pillows had bed head smell, and STRONG cooking smells in evening. AND SOMEONE JUST PRESSED A FEW KEYS AND WALKED INTO MY ROOM, even though I had the keycard so there's zero security.
