• Agata (8/5): good value for money - It’s a very spacious and quiet apartment, three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. We received two sets of entrance keys. Beds were comfortable, we had a good sleep. The apartment is a little bit dated. Bathrooms need general deep cleaning.

If this had been explained or mentioned during check-in, it could have been avoided and would help the apartment receive even better reviews.

Дом и атмосфера: Здание — настоящая жемчужина! Чувствуется дух благородной Италии 50-х, сохраненный в идеальной чистоте. Массивные деревянные двери в парадной, элегантный лифт, ощущение тихого достоинства — складывается впечатление, что здесь жили люди с безупречным вкусом. Подъезд подобен маленькому музею. Квартира: Пространство просторное, светлое и очень уютное. Виды из окон просто завораживают. Все продумано для жизни: отличный Wi-Fi, безупречная система отопления и бесперебойная горячая вода. Отдельный восторг — наличие не только стиральной, но и сушильной машины, что для путешественников настоящий luxury. Кухня: Прекрасно оборудована для приготовления любых блюд. Качественная техника и вид, под которым завтракаешь с особенным удовольствием. Спальни: Очень комфортные кровати с качественным бельем, что гарантировало отличный сон. Расположение: Идеальный, спокойный и респектабельный район. В пешей доступности множество отличных ресторанов, баров (с рейтингом 5+) и магазинов. До музеев Ватикана — рукой подать. Небольшая ремарка: Единственное, что могло бы быть удобнее — диван в гостиной, но это лишь мелкий нюанс на фоне всех достоинств. Итог: Мы безмерно благодарны хозяевам за возможность пожить в таком особенном месте. Это тот случай, когда жилье становится частью приятных воспоминаний о поездке. Рекомендуем всем, кто ценит аутентичность, характер и высокий уровень комфорта. В дополнение к ранее отмеченным моментам, хочу уточнить детали по обстановке: 1. В гостиной диван неудобен для комфортного отдыха. 2. На кухне отсутствует вытяжка над варочной панелью, что затрудняет готовку. 3. Один из стульев к кухонному столу сломан. 4. В ванной комнате не оказалось базовых средств для душа (шампунь, гель для душа). Возможно, это была случайная оплошность. 5. Также было бы очень практично установить в прихожей вешалку или плечики для верхней одежды, особенно в холодный сезон.

• José Pablo (10/5): - The location was so good, with a walking distance of 15 minutes from the Vatican. It was located in a residential neighbourhood so the people and apartment was quiet and calm. Also supermarket and shops were located close to the apartment.

Bezproblemowy odbiór i zwrot kluczy, meldowanie online. Całe mieszkanie czyste. Dość często brak ciepłej wody w łazience, ogólnie meble mogłyby być troszkę nowsze, szczególnie w pierwszym pokoju od wejścia (ale za tę cenę może nie powinnam narzekać, nie jest to najważniejsze).

• Adriana (8/5): - Locatia este frumoasa, camerele mari, living si bucatarie foarte spatioase si luminoase. Sunt 3 camere cu paturi double si 2 bai. Un dormitor are baie proprie, iar celelalte 2 dormitoare au o baie comuna, pozitionata intre ele, adica se intra in baie din fiecare camera. Locatia este la aprox 20 min de mers pe jos de Vatican. Totul este curat, lenjerie, prosoape, paturi confortabile. Calitate pret foarte bun. Recomand Exista o singura cheie la apartament. Am solicitat inca o cheie, iar proprietarul ne-a promis ca ne-o va aduce a doua zi, dar acest lucuru nu s-a intamplat. Pe tot sejurul am ramas cu o cheie pentru 6 persoane, ceea ce a fost incomod. Apa de la dus nu are presiune si se raceste foarte repede.

The house is spacious and easily accessible, requiring fewer than ten steps, and an elevator is available. The property is equipped with both a washer and a dryer. The place could use a few more essentials, such as bath tissues. The owner was very responsive and provided extra items, though bath tissues were still missing. Using the washer, dryer, and kettle together occasionally caused a power outage and loss of hot water, which took some effort to resolve.

• Hodaya (10/5): !We had a great stay at the apartment. Thank you - The apartment was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well-prepared for our arrival. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, which were extremely useful. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, Lorenzo made sure we could enter and leave our luggage—the apartment was already ready for us. The check-in process was online, easy, and very quick. Lorenzo was attentive and available both before and during our stay, always responding quickly to any request, and he even helped us arrange transportation to the airport early Sunday morning. The apartment is walking distance from the Vatican but not from the other main sites. There is a metro a few minutes walk away and bus station near the apartment. .We were missing a dishwasher but it wasn't critical

• Zsolt (8/5): Nagyon kellemes - Szállásadó korrekt, minden úgy volt, ahogy tájékoztatott. Csak pár jó tanács: legbelső tusolóban ereszt a kézi tusoló csöve, ezért abban nagyon alacsony volt a nyomás. Pár konyharuha praktikus lenne a mosogatáshoz.

• Bjorn (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Fußläufig erreicht man sämtliche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Tiber Fluss und den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten muss man etwa 25 Minuten laufen, aber es ist es wert. Besonders toll der alte Aufzug aus 1930er-Jahre. Etwas geräuschempfliches Gebäude da älteres Baujahr. Parkmöglichkeiten mit eigenem Auto begrenzt gut.

Separate kitchen and living spaces, good air conditioning in all the rooms, kitchen with everything we needed to have breakfasts and the odd dinner for kids after a long day out exploring Rome. The front door entrance had a power outage one day, but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment.

The host also let us check in early as the room was ready before the check-in time, which we were very grateful of. There were 3 main incidents that really made our stay a little bit of a discomfort. Firstly, there were 2 bathrooms in the apartment but one of them has a broken shower so we had to share 1 bathroom between 6 people to shower….. this is a nuissance. I tried messaging the owner/admin but they did not respond — they responded to other queries but for this one, they remained silent. 2. When we were checking out, there were 2 cleaners there. One of them (who is a lady) was very rude. We accidentally left some rubbish in the apartment (but was placed nicely in a bag and it was not messy all over the place) as we weren’t aware that we were supposed to take the plastic bin out (but also, isn’t this what the cleaning fee is for?). Instead of telling us nicely, she shouted loudly in Italian and did not stop for at least 10 minutes. Rude. We did not want to prolong the situation so we took the plastic bins right away but as we were doing that, the lady cleaner kept shouting so we just left the premise. We understood and happy to comply with the rules, but we did not tolerate the hostility. 3. Seriously lacking in amenities. Not enough toilet papers and soaps. There were soaps wrapped individually in 5ml plastic bags but they were not enough for 6 people who were staying for 3 nights.

• Liew (8/5): The apartment is spacious and overall, we had a pleasant stay. - The apartment is spacious, we have a pleasant stay. The host is responsive. However, it comes with very limited amenities. My family and I stayed for four days, but only two toilet rolls were provided. When we requested additional toilet paper, we were told we had to wait until the next day as it was a Sunday. While we understand some limitations on weekends, it would have been more convenient if basic necessities like toilet paper were adequately stocked in advance.

• Jan (8/5): Spacy and well located apartment in safe area. - Spacy and well located apartment with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is ideal for friends. All necessary shops and restaurants are very close. The equipment is really basic. USB bed lamps without possibility to use, no dishwasher and old armchairs which are not very comfortable. Water, basic spices and oil would be appreciated, but we were really missing possibility to separate trash.

• Nedyalko (7/5): Good - - location is amazing - room size is good - had a washer and a dryer which was very convenient - the bathrooms weren't very clean - the shower head and hose was broken - you can't really use the kitchen as if you use even one of the hot plates the electricity gets cut off as the grid gets overloaded. A very unpleasant cooking experience when you have 2 hungry children at home. - the washing machine and dryer were extremely dirty. I had to spend 10 euro and 60 minutes to clean them up - there was no dish soap, soap and sponges - there wasn't enough toilet paper - there weren't any extra sheets provided

Further from the main sights than I've have liked - it didn't help that the nearest metro stop was closed when I stayed, so was forced to get used to the buses.

• Kristiana (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment - Very spacious apartment - bigger than we expected, and fully furnished with everything you might need. It is nicely decorated and clean. Checking in and out was very easy. Location is very nice - you can walk to the Vatican or catch the bus for a short ride. There are a few bus stops very close to the apartment, making it easy to reach the city in short time too. Grocery shops and cafes close by. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and made our trip to Rome even more enjoyable.

• Dolores (8/5): Very spacious and good location - The apartment itself is fabulous, lots of room for everyone, it's very close to the Vatican City and proper Italian restaurants, also it had a PIM supermarket just 5 mins walking. It has all the needs for arrival, kitchen utensils and all (except blender) Pics are not updated, they show a bath which was one of the main reasons we chose this one, since we have 2 babies, so it was uncomfortable to wash them. They only had showers. Lift is one of the old ones with window doors so our push chair didn't fit, therefore we had to dismantle the whole thing every time we went in or out. As a suggestion I'd leave a toaster and blender in the apartment.

• Swinkels (7/5): We have experienced a fantastic week. - The 2 bathrooms, big living room, kitchen and sleeping rooms. Beautiful apartment with elevator and good WiFi. The food/drink tableware was not all present for 6 people and that is not practical. And for such a large apartment, a dishwasher would be a good improvement.
• Nagakanni (9/5): Superb - Liked everything about the apartment and Valerio was very friendly and helpful with all our request. Lorenzo too helped to arrange a transport to airport. The check in and che k our was very easy n glad we booked this apartment. Will definitely come back again! The only issue was the electricity keep tripping whenever we use more than one points at the same time like boiling water and the hair dryer. That's was the only issues we had and if that was fixed I would have given 10/10.

• June (6/5): The overall stay was OK but the persons who manages the apartment should be more responsive and the person sent to resol - It was spacious and located in a good are The first night went we went to the apartment. We arrived almost 3.00 am and wasn’t told that the entry way was located on another street and not where the building number was located. We rang the room number given and the phone was answered by a very annoyed person who threatened to call the police on us. Also, when we were finally able to get into the apartment, the power went off about 20 minutes after we arrived so we had no lights nor air conditioning. No one responded to our calls or message, and the power wasn’t turned back in until midday leaving us in the dark, got apartment on our first night; it was very dark and uncomfortably hot. The apartment also had mosquitoes flying around and the electric power kept tripping so they came and disconnected the refrigerator, so we didn’t have a freezer for the entire stay.
