Rabih (7/5): - The appartment was great, good view, clean, the host was very helpful. It seems that the whole building is rented out for tourists. There are around 45 floors. It was hectic every time I needed to use the elevator, with lots of people, and the elevator stopping on many floors was exhausting. Many times the elevator stops and no people are waiting. Also the infinity pool, a lot of noisy children and adults all over. If you want to book the place to relax, this is not the place. People thought it was the Olympics pool on the rooftop hahah it was like a circus. Also, the lobby was always full of people sitting on the couches almost the whole day which was too much if you want a relaxed trip. Other than that the place was nice.

Cameron (4/5): Reasonably spacious but room was not adequately cleaned. - Fantastic Infinity pool with spectacular views Unclean with very little provided. No tea bags or coffee for instance. The lists are over crowded , often had to wait 10 minutes or more to get down.
Norain (8/5): Ensure amenities/facilities are in best working condition. - The apartment is clean and neat. The staff on duty are quick to attend to our inquiries and came on two occasions where there were issues with the washing machine and checking out was a breeze. Location wise is excellent! The air-conditioner in the bigger room was faulty and was given a standing fan to circulate the air. We're offered another room but when you checked in at 1 am in the morning everyone was tired and wanted to settled in immediately. Should have offered the good room in the first place 🤔 Noted the toilet sink accessible to the bigger room were slow to drained down. Have a scheduled maintenance check on the the property to ensure the amenities/facilities are in excellent working condition.

There was no room service and you had to WhatsApp the ‘host’ for fresh towels etc. They require a 200 MR cash deposit which isn’t mentioned on booking.com Overall, a strange experience.

Faiezah (8/5): Great stay - It was a booking for 3 bedrooms, but were thrilled to find another bed provided in the living room. There were 3 adults and 2 kids, but good enough for another 2 adults to fit. Facilities were great as well. Eateries outside within close proximity. Many 24hr shops including laundry service. Bukit Bintang, TRX within walking distance. One of the rooms (master room) bed was very itchy, we suspected bed bugs. Thankfully we had d extra bed given. It gets pretty bad with traffic during peak hours (cars not moving). We drove so parking wasnt cheap as well (RM40-50) for overnight. There was a typical drain stench in the lobby way but thankfully not in the rooms.

Maisarah (4/5): Disappointing - location at the centre of Bukit Bintang the parking rate is so expensive, my sister came to stay overnight and need to pay for RM68 for less than 24hrs parking. the host do not advice thoroughly regarding the parking charges. avoid coming to this area using car, use public transport of possible, its easier and save your money rather than paying the overcharged parking rate.
Nedim (5/5): Passable - Host wanted to cancel our trip in the morning we arrived to Kuala Lumpur. He messaged me on WhatsApp directly saying that he has to cancel. We didn't cancel since it wasn't possible to cancel for free. We arrived to the location and we called host but we didn't meet him. We had to find another option for our stay when we already were on location. We were lucky and found good option at the end but experience with this host was really bad and stressful. I think it is some kind od scam to cancel on the 1st day.

Sometimes we would be going up, reach 10 floors from our room and it would start going back down yo ground again rather than up to our room. The pool had a lot of young children in it. We couldn’t relax or swim
Piët (2/5): What a waste - Absolutely nothing. The reviews must be all fake. We spoke to several people and all shared the same opinion. The only benefit: close to Star Hill and Pavillion. The property is one big chaos and mess, inside out. Not even half of what is promised on the web site was available in the room. It took 20 minutes to be able to use the elevator. The check in was chaotic, three different people asking the same questions and copies of passport etc. TV no channels at all, only you tube and pay tv. I think we travel quite a bit and this is the worst we have experienced. We checked out early and booked our favorite place Lanson Ceylon. We hoped with Axon to have found a property closer to Pavillion and Star Hill, but this property was pure punishment.
