Sehr hellhörig im Schlafzimmerbereich, man hört sehr viel von der dort angrenzenden Wohnug ( Nachtparty, laute Gespräche), eine Lampe an jeder Bettseite wäre schön.

Terrible management. - The location is great and the apartment itself is well designed and appointed with modern furnishings and appliances and also a nice balcony and good lighting throughout the main living spaces. Sadly the cleaning and maintenance, or rather the lack thereof, leave a lot to be desired. The issues we encountered were: - broken kitchen tap. This was fixed after four days, though the management company flybnb.cz initially claimed that fixing it was "impossible", and we are yet to receive the agreed €15 compensation - broken dining chair inappropriately left in the main wardrobe instead of the service cupboard - dead battery in one of the remote light switches - worn out shower head that is coming apart, does not retain position, and with limescale affecting water flow - leaking water flow to washing machine in main bathroom - peeling paint on kitchen ceiling from some previous water leak - large stains on both sofa and armchair fabric - air extractors in both bathroom and the downstairs toilet clogged with excessive dust due to never being cleaned - limescale affecting the flow of water from the downstairs bathroom tap Whilst this is understandable wear and tear, the apartment is rented as “luxury” and proper (any?) inspection and maintenance between guest stays would have meant guests are never confronted with all of these problems.
• Bill (8/5): Ok flat but not for people with Vertigo who can’t climb stairs. - Really Good Location. Nice cafe underneath. Ok value for money. Be aware the sloping path from the lift to the flat goes over a high open air bridge with average height railings. Steps are available. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect (hairs in toilet bowl).

• Adamas (4/5): Subpar flat with a great location. - The flat is located just a short walk from the center, on a street with many restaurants and shops. The AC units worked well, there was a nice balcony, and overall, the apartment was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable enough. The flat itself failed to meet my expectations, one of the rooms was missing blinds for the ceiling windows, which I feel is something that should be a requirement. The downstairs bathroom didn't have hand towels to dry your hands. All in all, there were just some basic things that were missing for this flat to be a decent stay, and when you factor in the cost, this flat was far from great.
• Jukka (10/5): Exceptional - There is a well-working air conditioning, and the apartment was clean and in an exceptionally good condition. There were a couple of ants visible, which might mean some foodstuff would need to be kept in a box. The elevator leads to a bridge between buildings which might be an issue in a really bad weather or if you have vertigo. And there was a couple of stairs on the way to the apartment.

• Koliesnik (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything: location, condition of the apartment, that it was clean. It was also very warm in the apartment, which is important to me. It’s basically in the centre, but at the same time very quiet. Really appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms since there were 4 of us.

• Martin (10/5): Very pleasant stay in superb apartment - This is a superb apartment with an excellent location. It is very spacious, very well equipped and has a wonderful terrace that we were able to use because of nice weather. It is decorated with taste with a lot of wood and fresh colours. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen contains everything one needs, including a dish washer that functions well. On the upper floor there are two spacious bed rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom there that was clean and contains a washing machine and dryer that we used and worked very well. The apartment offers two toilets, one downstairs at the entrance and one the bathroom. It is based on the top floor of an old but well refurbished apartment building, facing the back side of the building, so one is not disturbed by the trams on the main road. It was a pleasure to sit on the terrace (which has shade from an early moment in the day) even if in the courtyard there were some works going on even in the weekend. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the barbeque that is provided on the terrace, but this is certainly to be recommended when the weather is nice. Location is superb in walking distance to the historic city centre and many handy shops are close by. The apartment was quiet, it is really a great place to spend (even longer periods of) time, both for vacation and work. Wi-Fi works very well. Getting the key (located in a locker attached to a drain pipe down the street) was clearly explained but I would not want to go through the process of finding and opening the locker when dark or in bad weather. Bring your reading glasses when you need them to read the numbers for opening the locker. It was also a challenge getting the door of the apartment open, I really was desperate at one moment and ready to call someone, when I managed to open the front door with great difficulty. The large bedroom does not have curtains, which may be a problem for some guests.

• Andrew (8/5): Nice apartment and would not hesitate to stay to here again despite the did not like items - Nice location and apartment is beautifully fitted out and fresh, The larger main bedroom does not have any window shutters like the smaller bedroom does, meaning that there is no way of closing off the light from the three roof windows. Would be great if the same function was on these windows as on the ones in the smaller bedroom; or some internal black out blinds. Could not find or locate TV remote control however it appears all channels are none uk based. Also the BBQ on the terrace had not been cleaned (for what appeared to be for quite some time)
