• Aliki (10/5): AMAZING, PERFECT LOCATION - Amazing property! I am so happy my husband and I found this little gem! The apartment had everything we wanted and more…exceeded all expectations. The views are incredible - window and terrace. The location is absolutely perfect, just minutes walking to Trevi fountain. The bed was super comfortable, too! Arianna is a sweet host and easy to reach! We communicated via WhatsApp and she was always available. Highly recommend this apartment! I wish we could back and stay longer to enjoy it even more… There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. But I would just recommend a few sugar packets for the morning espresso.

• Divya (9/5): Great stay, with one caveat - The location can't be beat--very central but yet quiet, which is amazing since Rome seems to be crazy crowded even in the shoulder season. The balcony was really nice to have. The bed was pretty comfortable. It was great to have the little kitchen to do some light cooking/food prep. The host provided a large bottle of free water which was a nice touch too. The small washing machine was helpful, too. The cooking pots/pans-- they appear to be nonstick, but the cooking utensils are all steel. So the pans, especially the one we needed, were badly scratched up and a big disappointment after I had already bought food to cook. I had no other option and hated cooking in a pot that was likely leaching chemicals and such into my food. I messaged the host, and she was aware, saying she thought someone used a knife in it. As a host, if a customer messes up your place or ruins a pot, file a complaint, get compensation, etc, but don't let your future customers suffer because of it. Stainless steel pans do not cost much and would be a much better improvement over what's there. I wish I knew before, as I wouldn't have bought food to cook there, or would've booked some place else. Such a small thing that could've improved our stay greatly. There are some small ants in/around the sugar and coffee machine, and sometimes near the kitchen sink--not a big deal, but I did throw away my coffee when I realized an ant fell into it from the sugar container.

Jakbym kiedyśwrocil do Rzymu to nocleg tylko w tym - Jest to bardzo przytulny, bardzo przyjemny i co najważniejsze czysty apartament. Taras do którego ten apartament ma dostęp jest idealny na poranną kawkę i wieczorny odpoczynek. Lokalizacja jest genialna bardzo blisko centrum, parę kroków od fontanny do trevi i zaledwie parę metrów do stacji metra co jest bardzo wygodne. Niestety nie udało mi się osobiście poznać właścicielki ale kontakt z nią był łatwy i przyjemny, zawsze pomocna i dostępna o każdej porze. Jedyny lekki minus to ciśnienie wody w prysznicu ale to w Rzymie raczej bardzo częste. Poza tym jednym mankamentem zupełnie nie ma się do czego przyczepić

• Son (10/5): - 1. 주요 관광지까지 도보로 가능하고, 바티칸까지 한번에 가는 지하철이 숙소 5분 이내 거리에 있어서 위치상으로 완벽했어요. 2. 무엇보다 주인이 너무나 친절했고, 숙박 중간중간 무엇이 필요한지 체크해주고 완벽하게 도와줬어요. 연락도 잘되고 피드백도 빨랐어요. 3. 새로 만든 숙소는 아니었지만, 아늑하고 관리를 열심히 한 티가 나는 공간이었어요. 4. 숙소 근처에 제 기준 최고 맛집이 있네요^^; (Taverna Boccaccio - 미리 예약하는 것이 좋아요) 샤워기 물 수압이 약한데 그것은 건물이 오래된 탓일거라 생각해요. 하지만 샤워 중간에 뜨거운 물이 끊기거나 하지는 않았어요.

Arianna, the host, communicated perfectly, both in giving clear instructions on how to enter the residence and during the stay to check that everything was OK. The balcony is very beautiful and adds charm to the flat, especially on sunny days. The underground station is very close, as are the Trevi Fountain and several restaurants. It's not that I didn't like it, but it's a detail that needs to be mentioned: the building has a very small lift, which fits one person, or at most two small people, and the flat is on the fourth floor.

• Matan (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better — steps away from the bus station and metro, with a short ride to all the major attractions. Some places, like the Trevi Fountain, were even within a short walking distance. The area is full of great restaurants and charming streets to explore. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our time in Rome. What really made our stay exceptional was the host — incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive which made our trip even better. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located place with a fantastic host! No hangers in the bathroom

Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony – są ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, żelazko z małą deską do prasowania, lodówka, mikrofalówka i czajnik elektryczny. Właściciele pomyśleli nawet o takich rzeczach jak parasolki na deszcz czy plasterki na obtarcia. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze, co latem jest naprawdę ważne. Kontakt z właścicielami był świetny – widać, że zależy im na komforcie gości. Serdecznie polecam ten obiekt!
• Anouk (10/5): Wonderful, uncomplicated stay in great location - I cannot praise this place enough. I travel quite frequently, and my stay here was one of the most pleasent experiences I've had so far. Arianna, the host, is an absolute angel, communication was easy and she is so very forthcoming. The place is easy to find, there is an elevator (one person only, but still!), the flat was very clean and had everything you need. Metro and bus station are close by, and you can reach everything on foot if you're fond of walking. Arianna helped me with my luggage before check-in and after check-out. When I return to Rome, I will most definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.

The host was very nice and intrested in everything. She was so helpful . She was very interested and she always asked if we are satisfied with the apartment. There are very good restaurants near the apartment. The air conditioner works well but because the weather was very cold it took time to work properly.

It is walking distance to many of the main tourist sites and it is just off the Piazza Barberini, which has its own Bernini fountain and is a minute from Galleria Barberini. There is a Metro station a at the Piazza and many buses go from there into the main tourist areas. The apartment is small but well arranged and with all the expected facilities. The host was very helpful and answered any queries and gave tourist advice on WhatsApp almost immediately.

• Tim (9/5): Charming apartment in central Rome - The apartment was centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a short stay (we particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine). The interior was tasteful, impeccably clean, and the loggia/balcony was a great place to start the day with coffee/breakfast, take an afternoon break or unwind with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring the city. And Arianna was a considerate and thoughtful host, kind but also professional (in a good way). For us, it was a much better Rome Experience than staying in any hotel (no matter how stylish) would have been. There was nothing we didn't like. Just a suggestion: a few more kitchen accessories, like a pepper mill, some herbs, spices etc. would be a bonus.

The landlord and his wife take good care of us! We will arrive at noon. The room is ready and we can check in early. This is very important to us. Thank them very much. If you want to live near Piazza Barberini, don't miss this one.

• Elizabeth (9/5): We felt right at home there. Would stay again ! - The property was In a location. Convenient to everything. We loved having the large balcony for drinks and cafe. We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable. The best part for me was having all the necessities available to cook a meal or two in the home and best part there is a fresh produce and other essentials right at the foot of our stairs. I loved going to get fresh fruit and veggies from him. The hosts were so sweet and kind I can’t say that I don’t like anything about apartment. It serves our needs
• Josephine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was small but had everything you might need for a short stay. I loved having a balcony to relax on in the afternoons. It was conveniently located near a metro, bus line, and the Trevi area of Paris, making it very easy to navigate the city. The owner was welcoming and kept in touch to check on us throughout our stay. She was really helpful in arranging our checkout and taxi to the airport, which was a relief on our chaotic last day in Paris. The bathroom is teeny tiny, but we know this going in, so it didn't come as a surprise and wasn't really an issue.

There were many thoughtful touches in the apartment and Arianna was very helpful. We particularly appreciated having the kitchen for the ability to cook our own food.
• Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent. Hostess was super responsive to all of our inquiries and extra helpful when needed. Truly, the Hostess is the best part of this apartment. There was nothing I didn't like. A few tiny hiccups were quickly navigated. For instance, the building had maintenance for an issue that required the electricity to be turned off. When it came back on, it tripped the breakers in the apartment, so when we returned from an excursion, it was dark. Our hostess immediately responded and told us where the box was: we flipped the fuses back on, and we were back in business.

• Ali (10/5): Exceptional - For anyone wanting to visit the usual tourist attractions of Rome, this apartment’s location can’t be beat. It is within a 25-minute walk of almost everything. A well-supplied pharmacy, 2 grocery stores, several good restaurants, a taxi stand and the metro are all within 5 minutes’ walk. And despite its proximity to countless restaurants and shops, it is on a quiet side street. There is a small elevator, so getting luggage to the 4th floor is not a problem. The clean, well-equipped living space was perfect for two of us: one sleeping in the bedroom, one on the sofa bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is small but well-designed—especially appreciated the effective fan. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a refrigerator, which many comparable apartments were lacking. The bonus for us was the balcony. After a long day sight-seeing, it was wonderful to be able to sit outside in a tranquil neighborhood (and it was the perfect place to hang laundry!) Arianna and Davide are terrific hosts, responding immediately to any inquiry, and offering to help in any way they can. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Along with myself, my wife, and our six-year-old daughter also accompanied us. Upon entering the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The accommodation was also incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided were modern and well-equipped, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. Overall, I cannot praise this apartment enough. The apartment was perfectly suited to our needs, providing us with the comfort and space we required. Our little one was delighted with the apartment and thrilled with the proximity to all the attractions. Thanks to its excellent location, we were able to explore the city and enjoy every moment without too much effort. This was definitely the perfect choice for our family adventure in Rome. Arianna's professionalism, combined with the excellent location and comfortable accommodation, made our stay in Rome truly memorable. • Evangelia (4/5): The accommodation was the worst part of our trip. - The location was very convenient, walking distance to all major sights. The accommodation was a disappointment, very old with basic furnishings, especially in relation to the cost. For the same price one could find a 4-star-hotel with breakfast.
• Anastasia (10/5): Great location, quiet at night, easy access to everything - Highly recommend this place! Really great location, next to metro, lots of busses going just about everywhere and there is a Taxi stand nearby as well. Many attractions and restaurants also reachable on foot. Highly recommend "Alimentari Antonaci" just downstairs on the corner for breakfast takeaways and the cafe just opposite from that for croissants in all flavours. We stayed in winter and the heating was keeping us warm. In the morning there is lots of sun coming through the living room window. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we need. The small lift was a big plus! We loved our stay here and the host was very attentive, friendly and easy to communicate with. We could leave our bags in the apartment after check-out to make use of the last day in Rome! Not really a negative, since we were out exploring during the day, there were renovations going on in the apartment across the street, but there was no noise during the evening/night at all.

• Anne-maree (9/5): Superb - The communication was excellent - Arianna was attentive and very helpful- she even booked our taxi for us when we were leaving I know ventilation in these old buildings can be difficult but the mould in the bathroom worried me -I found it hard to feel clean!
• Srdan (9/5): To recommend - Location was primarily reason for choosing this property - walking distance from Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona and Pantheon while nearest Metro station (Piazza Barberini) was few minutes away. Although prices were crazy all over in Rome, this was excellent price/value ratio. Apartment was exactly as seen on pictures - very clean, tidy, plenty of light and well equipped with nice balcony. Positioned on 4th floor with elevator, very small but functional. Third bed was sofa in the living room, quite comfortable. For me was very important to get a keys from a person instead picking them up from the box. Thus you can always get some advice regarding restaurants, shops and transportation.
• Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful - Arianna was a great and lovely host. The place is beautiful, super clean, the balcony is cute and spacious, nice bathroom with great shower pressure, fridge has a cooler which we very much appreciated. It was super hot in August when we went so the 2 a/c in the apartment were great. It’s also really well located, it made it was super easy to tour around the city and see the main places and we did almost everything by walking. We were 3 people and stayed for 3 nights. I would totally stay here again! Nothing!
• Pernille (9/5): Perfect location, good standard, super host! - The location was amazing for city walking/shopping and the large terrace was perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a long day! The general standard was a lot higher than other places we stayed, and a fully equipped kitchen makes this a great choice for longer stays. The hos was an absolute dream, providing excellent information, answering quickly, and helping us store our luggage all day. Extra bed was a bit uncomfortable/hard for an adult, and entrance door code system for the building did not work half of the time.

• Anonymous (9/5): Beautiful apartment, safe and clean! - The location made it easy to walk to many shops, restaurants, and sights. It was clean and plenty of room for 3 people. Very cute and comfortable. The owner made sure we had help, David, throughout the stay. He offered to get us taxis as needed. They also left a birthday gift for a member of the family. The elevator is crazy tiny but really helped to get my mom up and down (4th floor). The locked outer door and the apartment door are very secure as well. The apartment has everything you need too. The shower is up 2 steep steps with no hand rail. This was very difficult for my mom that cannot walk easily. I would suggest a solid hand rail or something that can be used to hold on to being added. It was also difficult to get a taxi from the location, however, once I mentioned that to David, he was willing to get us one whenever we needed.

• Anonymous (10/5): Convenient and comfortable! - Very lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony! Convenient and comfortable. Great location! We can walk to almost all the tourist sites. Many bars, snacks and shops nearby. The hostess is very warm and friendly and help to delay the check-out time. She keeps close touch with us and make us feel like home. There are also kitchen appliances and we can microwave some simple food and use the fridge to have iced coke! It is a perfect place for a family! Nothing.

• David (10/5): Location, Location, Location. - The location is second to none, you are right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Colosseum to mention just a few, Supermarkets and places to eat are also just outside the door. The property has everything you will need and was very clean and the balcony is great to have a coffee or glass of wine and seems to have the sun all day. Arianna was a great host and was always easy to chat with if needed, she even arranged our taxi on the morning of departure. While being on the 4th floor is great for the view it also means you will want to use the lift which will fit 2 slim people at most, getting your luggage up and down will require some thought. No power sockets in the bedroom was a bit of a hassle also.
• Shumin (10/5): Exceptional - This is a clean and quiet one bedroom apartment. It is situated in a very convenient location. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the very next door is our favorite restaurant. The owner, Arianna, is super nice. She let us store our luggage in the morning before our checkin time on the day we arrived, as well as after our checkout time on the day we left since our train was at 6PM. She brought our heavy suitcases to our room when the apartment was ready for us. She also brought our luggage to us at the front door when we were leaving for the train station. She reserved a taxi for us that saved us time and effort. The beds/pillows are not that comfortable.

• Marel (10/5): Stunning apartment in the center of Rome - Gorgeous and comfortable apartment that was equipped with everything we could have needed and more, with a stunning terrace overlooking a quiet street. The location is perfect, just a few minutes form the Trevi fountain and short walk form the Spanish steps. Also, the metro and bus stations are located nearby. The host, Arianna, was very sweet and helpful and made us feel very welcomed.
• Vasiliki (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, very clean and well organized by Arianna. I would highly recommend it!
