• Christine (6/5): Convenient and basic stay for big families - The location is perfect! Very convenient. There are plenty of rooms which is great for big families There were some leaking in the rooms. Thought the kitchen sink was in an odd position though, making it hard to wash things
• Charlotte (9/5): - Excellent location right next to the markets. And then a short walk in different directions for other attractions. The apartment had lots of bedrooms, most with wee ensuites, perfect for a group of friends. A good kitchen space with plenty of cutlery and crockery. The lounge was a bit compact, and there were stairs to haul our suitcases up. And being on a busy street meant road noise for the front bedrooms. But these were only minor inconveniences for an overall great place to stay. We would book again!

• David (5/5): Great location but needs an update and some repairs. - Property is very well located. The constant smell of cannabis around the entrance, unsure where coming from. The rooms are very cold without any central heating and the tumble dryer doesn’t work.
• Leanne (10/5): - The location and rooms to fit our family The showers as water got out and had to keep cleaning the floors. The floor was always wet.
• Patnaik (10/5): 100% recommend - Every little thing was taken care of. From blankets and pillows to spices, tea and seasoning. There’s nothing more one could ask for! Nothing to dislike about it. Would’ve been nicer if the individual room heaters worked better. But the quilts were so good you don’t essentially need a heater!

• Ann-maree (8/5): GREAT LOCATION - Well stocked kitchen, clean facilities, proximity to Melbourne CBD, comfortable bedding Lounge area is quite small for a large group to come together. We only had 5 people so it worked ok, but if we had the original 10 people this would have been very challenging.

• Chandana (9/5): Perfectly located and great value - Our group of 10 had an excellent experience at this apartment which is centrally located, close to the museum and other Melbourne attractions and great restaurants. It had a great view of the market and downtown area. There are plenty of rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners / managers were good to work with and kind when my kids misplaced remotes. Air conditioning in the living room / kitchen combined with fans worked well to keep unit cool even during a heat wave. Great unit and I would stay again The smaller bathrooms and sinks in room do take some getting used to but were perfectly manageable. Minor things to improve on would be softer pillows perhaps and making sure bedding configuration is accurate on the various booking sites.

• Kristy (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place to stay, amazing location and staff too. Great atmosphere and plenty of space for a big group with spare room.
• Nguyen (10/5): Exceptional - The unit is conveniently located next to a tram line which made going into the heart of the CBD a breeze. There are all sorts of cutlery and utensils stored for use. There is a dishwasher, as well as laundry and dryer to set you up for all sorts of cleaning throughout the unit. Nothing, definitely a great place to book when staying with a large group of friends.
• Kishor (8/5): It was pleasure stay - Centrally located, easy access to communite n market. Too loud noise from next door bar.
• Makayla (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed here with a group of friends and it was absolutely perfect. There's so much thought put into it, everything was very comfortable and very convenient location! The only criticism we have is that the showers soak the little private bathrooms.
• Robert (8/5): Everyone in the group (including the children) were pleased with the facilities. - Very good location for getting around Melbourne on the trams, and the proximity to Queen Victoria Market as well as other places to eat. Lack of cheap local long stay parking facilities, though that is to be expected regarding the location, as well as the somewhat noisy surroundings, which is also to be expected of being located on a main thoroughfare and adjacent to a number of hostelries.
