• Fiona (9/5): Would definitely recommend! Exactly delivered we needed for our trip - Perfect location for stadium, CBD, West End and Southbank arts hub, contained everything we needed and we made good use of the pool, gym, spa and sauna. Apartment was very clean and good communication with host. Could have used some coat hangers and only 4 towels for a family of 4 using all the facilities was a challenge.

• Liane (6/5): Would not recommend - Location was very good. Check-in was very time consuming and complicated. Not possible without mobile phone or good language command. High deposit demanded. No reception service. Apartment was moderate clean. Bed squeaked with every move. Kitchen without dishes. Couldn’t even find glasses.
• Alannah (8/5): Good overall - Location and cleanliness. Views of city high rises and river were brilliant The bed in the second bedroom was not very comfortable. It felt a bit unstable and squeaked when I moved . As a result I had interrupted sleep . The mattress should be better quality. Most hotels have good quality mattresses nowadays. A good nights sleep when travelling is a must . Aldo it was an extremely hot day . We had been travelling and were hot and tired when We arrived .There was no cold water in the fridge . How disappointing! A jug of cold water would be a nice welcome gesture . But the unit was very clean and well presented.

• Melissa (10/5): This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it is a great place - The apartment is excellent and kept very clean, great location and parking availability. Management extremely helpful Some kitchen tongs would be useful and a night light and a few extra knives and forks so that we didn't have to use the dishwasher or wash up every time.

Second room bed was squeeky & uncomfortable and bedroom has NBN & modem boxes in it which beeped loudly every 10 mins during the night until we turned it all off. No streaming services provided nor milk supplied for tea/coffee. Complicated system for key collection/drop off. Told Bond Deposit of $300 will take 10 days to refund! Expected better experience for the cost.

• Jenny (10/5): Enjoyed our stay thank you. - The location was fabulous. The apartment was great and comfortable. It was a little dirty in laundry area and the towels were very thin.

• Kylie (8/5): Close to SouthBank - Location was close to everything. Room was spacious and clean. Was a little difficult to get keys. No early check in. Wasn't sure of name of accommodation so locating car park was hard at first. Once settled in, all was ok.
• Allyson (5/5): Keys should be kept at the location where you are staying not at a different location - We were from out of town, had to pick key up from different location to where we were staying which was very confusing for us, we had no idea how to find the key ended up at a different apartment, had difficulty finding key took an extra hour of our time for looking for key and location, we were all frustrated especially being from out of town and had no idea what we were doing

Beautiful views and lovely owner to deal with Having to pick up the key elsewhere. Thought i was booking a hotel not a air bnb. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked but overall ok.
• Glenda (8/5): After the stress of arrival, it was a nice place to stay - Nice view of the city, close to South Bank, nice apartment, great view, unit was mostly clean (see my notes in didn’t like) The directions for collecting the keys were very confusing. There was no directions for the parking spot. A worker from the apartments ask if we were ok and he took my husband up to reception and found what car park was connected to the unit. There was no unit no on it, we would never of found it, it had someone’s rego no was on the wall. There was only 1 battery in the TV remote so we were looking for it and thought it might be in the lounge or under the lounge so we moved the lounge and we found 2 tablets and part of a syringe under the lounge. No battery. I Suggest the cleaners do a clean under the lounge. I was not happy about that, we had our 2,3 and 4 year old grandkids there not something (tables) you want your kids to pick up. We would not of known if 1 of them swallowed it. The pics I attached, the 1st 2 were pics of what was under the lounge just so you can see. I sent it to the person I booked it with. Just want cleaners to understand they need to be vigilant with clean. Someone has been very irresponsible with their tablets.

• Bridget (1/5): Would not recommend for families, very poor service! - We stayed for 4 nights as a family with two young children, would not recommend for families at all. Key pick up was a 10 minute walk away and documents on how to access the key were sent via drop box not in an email, it was all very confusing and difficult to walk 10 minutes with bags and kids. The apartment did not cater for families, there was only 4 plates, bowls, forks etc, one set of keys, no cleaning items left in the apartment, the vacuum didn’t work, no bucket for a mop, only one soap for three sinks! no bags for the bins, with two young children I asked for a dustpan and broom which they delivered the next day. Upon check out we received no details on how to leave the apartment, we took out the bins, put on the dishwasher on and used the dustpan and broom before we left, we left at 5am and the kids had left their breakfast & bowl in the sink. We later received a note saying we left the apartment very bad condition and their cleaner needed to spend an extra 1.5 hours cleaning the apartment and we were charged for damages, I honestly was gobsmacked, they sent us a few very close-up photos of the floor, stove, and sink. After 4 days with kids and no cleaning products I don’t understand how they expected the apartment to be left. The whole experience was very poor, very inexperienced owners who really should list the property on air bnb not bookings.com.
• Brad (7/5): Good - 2 bedroom and location. The balcony had an overpowering odour, looked and smelt like dog wee on the balcony tiles and the sliding door frame. Was very unpleasant to sit out on the balcony. Smell also made its way into the apartment.
• Terrie (6/5): Bad service - Clean. Good position Getting the key was a nightmare!! Emails not sent to me to clarify where to pick up. Ridiculous. Mobile phones turned off as i was trying to talk to someone where to get the key..As email was clear. Was not professionally done. Terrible service! Will not be doing it again.
