- YZLynn (7/5): Can be improved! - The bed was okay not sure if the sheets are dusty as well. The view was great. The dusty tables, the cabinet smell of roaches. I think the cleanliness can be improved.

Toilet has a smell. the room with bulk bed room is a make shift room, not a real room, very small like store room. The towels and sofa are worn off, time to change. The main gate cannot be locked, only the apartment and studio door can be locked. not very safe in my opinion

- Jessie (9/5): This is the third apartment tt i have stayed in Molek Regency. This is by far the best stay with the very clean n spacio - Location is good for our purpose NA
- Soadlapan (5/5): Nice pools - Nice pool's spacious room and clean. The house have bath tub too. It's hard to check in coz need get the key another places and the security not helping at all. The house doesn't have water filters. The TV don't have sound at all!
