• Inesa (10/5): Great for a group of friends visiting London - Very spacious and well located apartment. The rooms are very large and comfortable! Plenty of coffee! The biggest drawback was the common space, which was very small and no table with chairs for all of us to sit at for breakfast or dinner

• Teresa (10/5): Clean & Comfortable stay - What a cute (and very spacious) apartment!! We absolutely loved the location. The apartment was quite comfortable and everyone enjoyed having a bed to themselves, especially after a long flight. The added touch of packaged slippers per person was really lovely, and a welcome treat for the feet after big days of walking around & exploring London. The hosts were excellent to communicate with and instructions were very clear. Everything was fabulous. Nothing to complain about!

• Francesca (8/5): Ottimo punto base per visitare Londra - Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione di Gloucester Road. L’appartamento è grande e confortevole con a disposizione grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le ciabattine con set di asciugamani per ogni ospite e la presenza di adattatori per le prese e ombrelli all’occorrenza. Host molto disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste e presente per qualsiasi esigenza. Purtroppo la cucina è piccola per ospitare un gruppo di una decina di persone. Sono presenti due bagni di cui solo uno provvisto di doccia, ma con un po’ di organizzazione non è risultato un problema.

• Sarah (10/5): Brilliant location, excellent accommodation, fab base for the museums - Loved the location, absolutely brilliant place to explore the museums and wider area. Apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of local places to eat, easy access to tube and bus network. Nothing really! Couldn’t find a dustpan or oven gloves but not big deals!
• Nora (8/5): Super Unterkunft für London Städtetrip - Sehr gut gelegen, direkt bei der Metrostation. Für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Die Kommunikation war immer Top und alles leicht zu finden. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und alles war sehr sauber. Alles ist etwas veraltet und die Fenster sehr ringhörig zur Strasse hin. Ausser die Bäder, die sind neuer. Aber für London dennoch eine sehr gute Unterkunft, würde wieder dort buchen...

• Stephen (3/5): - The location was convenient The accommodation is supposed to be for 9 guests and the description clearly states 2 bathrooms with bath, what we had was one bathroom with shower (no lock on the door), and one toilet which needed the internal bolt to keep the door shut. We were going to a wedding - imagine the chaos of trying to get ready in the morning. The tiny lounge was not suitable for 9 guests - one 2 seater sofa and 2 upright chairs, with the TV stuck on the wall (no floor space) in an unwatchable location. Basically the lounge was actually a tiny study/hallway. The kitchen worktop /table could only seat 3 people at best, so you are restricted to eating off trays in your bedroom! There was only 1 set of door keys - not practical for 9 people needed to go out separately. The door shelf in the fridge was broken which meant milk bottles would fall onto the floor if not opened very slowly. When we messaged the 'owner' we were told the bath was changed to a shower earlier in the year - I reiterated the description of 2 bathrooms with bath and got no reply.

The place was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. Above all, the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

• Sheena (9/5): Convenient Location Minutes from the Underground - Very conveniently located right next to the Gloucester Road tube station in the heart of Kensington. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Larger beds and a nicely equipped kitchen. Gorgeous windows, high ceilings, very charming. The host was responsive through whatsapp. The host offered mid-week cleaning/linen service, but we declined. Very noisy. On a main road to/from London that has traffic all night, so front bedrooms were very loud. There was an alarm constantly beeping in the foyer of the building, we eventually figured out how to silence it. The host had to enter the property a few times for fire alarms, assuming that was the issue. The wifi was terrible, but mid-stay the host installed an extender and then it was perfect for the rest of the stay.

El Wifi no iba, se lo comentamos al propietario y no hizo nada al respecto. Desde el primer día sonaba por la noche un sonido de alarma desagradable en todo el edificio, provenía del cuadro de luces de nuestro apartamento, se lo comentamos al propietario y no hizo nada, no nos dejó dormir bien en las noches. Pagamos casi 1300€ por 5 noches, en temporada baja, del 23 al 27 de septiembre, creo que el propietario debería de haber puesto empeño en solucionar los problemas. Cuando lo vimos en persona al entregar las llaves, simplemente sonrió y nos deseó buena vuelta. No se disculpó en ningún momento por los problemas que le habíamos comentado durante toda la estancia.

My family loved the amenities, transport was super convenient, and food was easy with Sainsbury’s just 10 minutes away for halal meat and Waitrose and Tesco only steps from the door. Comfortable, hassle free, and we couldn’t be happier. Nothing.

• Zuzanna (8/5): Pobyt był intensywny ale udany. - Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Centrum, dosłownie minuta do stacji metra (w pierwszej strefie). Bliskość wielu sklepów czy restauracji. Przystanki autobusowe linii dziennych i nocnych. Cztery spore sypialnie. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, m. in. żelazko, pralka czy zmywarka. Nieszczelne okna i nieprzyjemny zapach w jednym z pokoi. Okna w kuchni nie można było otworzyć. W jednym pokoju był bardzo duży grzyb na suficie i ścianie (został zamalowany): powodował nieprzyjemny zapach i reakcję alergiczną.
• Maeve (7/5): It was value for money for a short stay. - The location was excellent and it was reasonably priced. I texted the landlord to see if we could check in a little earlier than 3 and they said that would be fine. We got there a little after 2:30 and the cleaners had just arrived. It was 4:30 before the apartment was free. The blurb says two bathrooms. In fact there is one full bathroom and a second toilet. There was one towel for each room and no hand towels at all. We were only there for one night so the lack of a decent sitting area was not an issue but could be if you were there for longer and if there was more than 4 people.

El piso amplio, muy limpio, con un baño con ducha y el otro con WC y un pequeño lavabo. Cierto que no tiene comedor como tal, pero hay una mesa en la cocina y un sofá y un par de silloncitos en la salita con la TV. Pero para nosotros no fue problema Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes del check in, y también pudimos guardarlo el día de la salida. Alguna cosilla de mantenimiento, como ventanas, pero vamos, nada de importancia En general muy muy bien

They offer luggage storage which was great as one family of our group arrived very early. Also kindly allowed an early check in. All in all a great place to stay for friends or family groups

• Pip (7/5): Great location, but not great for a good night sleep - The location was really great. Nice big bedrooms. The road noise in the front bedrooms was almost unbearable for us. The back bedrooms were quieter. The curtains didn't close properly, and didn't block much light so it was very bright all night. There wasn't a lounge area, so for our group of 7 there wasn't a big enough space for us all to sit and enjoy a meal together, or chat. The dining area is in the kitchen, and only had 4 stools. Due to the fast food restaurants nearby, we had to keep the windows closed, as the deep fryer smells were strong. There was no bedding left for the pull out couch bed, but it was delivered promptly on request. The pull out couch had bad stains on the mattress.

Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, big fridge. Right beside the tube station, hop on hop off bus stop, food shops and great small restaurants / pubs. Comfortable beds, nice clean white bed linen and towels. The windows aren’t great and with the noise from the street at night it was hard to sleep however that’s what you get in the middle of a city ! With a group of girls, a mirror in the 2nd WC would have been good (but not essential). The pros greatly outweigh the cons, so highly recommended.

The apartment was huge and perfect for our group of 9 - the rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stop. Communication with hosts was easy and directions and details to access keys given by email.

• Rebecca (10/5): Excellent property, in a great location. - The apartment is located in a great location with the Gloucester Road tube around the corner, plus a high street with a Waitrose and Tesco Express, cafes and takeaways. The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, the washing machine was good to have, the kitchen had a coffee machine with variety of pods provided. The bedrooms are large, the beds seem bigger than double beds. The slippers provided were a nice touch. We are a family of ten from Australia, if you need more than one key message the property. We would definitely stay again. Nothing

• Massimo (7/5): Good - Big bedrooms, large kitchen well-equipped. Windows' sealing must be fixed all bedrooms were drafty and so a bit cold and the noise from the road was high. One bathroom is very, very small.

Firstly we asked for an early check-in and the Property Manager told me he will let us know but we did not get an answer about that. Secondly we got the access informations at 5 pm, even though the check in time is at 3 pm.

• Bruce (10/5): This was a great place for our family. - The location of this apartment was great as it was right around the corner from a subway (tube) station as well as many places to eat. The place more than met our needs as a family of 8 plus a baby. The owner was very accommodating with our arrival and departure time. Having a more detailed description of how to find the key once we arrived at the property would have been very helpful.

• Nicki (5/5): Great location, Apartment B would benefit from decorating. - Stayed in flat B. The location was ideal as very close to the tube and several grocery and fast food places. All four bedrooms were extremely spacious. Beds very comfy and pillows too which makes a welcome change. Supplied some essentials which were appreciated. No key in keysafe upon arrival. Let in by a (friendly) man who I assume to be a resident of the building after he had a telephone conversation with the owners. Very large cracks all around the property, in desperate need of decorating, hanging chandelier which looked like it could fall at any given moment. The overall aesthetic didn't make for a good first impression. You have to turn the tap marked C to get hot water and te tap marked H to get cold water when getting a shower. The communal areas are extremely small for a property that sleeps upto 10 people, only seating for four people. On our first night the upstairs neighbours got back at 3am and were very noisy although we appreciate this is not the fault of the owners.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent Accommodation & Location - The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly need. The location is brilliant. Just around the corner from Gloucester Road tube station on the Piccadilly line. There is a 24 hour Tesco express, Waitrose, Boots and a couple of Eateries. Host was so helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Nothing. Could not fault the property.

Not much info/assistance upon arrival. - Excellent location as advertised, very close to the station Host wasn’t the most helpful. While they did reply, we didn’t get much information upon our arrival. We had to ask for find a shop for Wi-Fi to confirm checkin, had to message about bins etc. what would have been nice is some info upon our arrival.

There were no wine glasses in the flat. Very disappointing! The property could have done with quite a bit re-decorating, although it didn't affect our comfort.

The walls are very thin, but I'm guessing that this how they build the houses there. The neighbors above, drop something at 4AM and woke up all the apartment...bellow.
• Jennifer (9/5): Great accommodation, close to amenities and attractions, comfortable and clean, a perfect base for your stay - It was spacious, lovely sized rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, lovely kitchen with every appliance you could need, can’t location, close to the tube station, only a short walk from the natural history museum , Harrods and Knightsbridge, great Restaurants nearby. we will definitely stay here again The shower/ bath was high to step into, the toilet very close to the wall, however, there was another toilet that could be used so this wasn’t a big fault it was still great value for money.

We just had to walk to explore london but you can also use the station that is around the corner or any other public transport that you might need. Thank you😃 The rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy.
