It's unbelievable that Booking.com keeps a SCAM on their site. Again, the property does not exist. The written address is fake. There is nothing at the map location. The phone number is fake. The first time you chat, they will ask for payment outside the platform, then they disappear. We traveled four hours to get there, and we had to return.
• Robson (10/5): Indignação com o descaso do booking. - Atendimento dos funcionários excelentes, principalmente a Lúcia super simpática e muito atenciosa com os Hóspedes. - da plataforma booking motivo : Não foi direcionado o telefone dos Hóspedes para o proprietário, ficamos sem contato do proprietário, o telefone de contato que o booking forneceu foi errado , endereço impossível de encontrar, entramos em várias ruas sem asfalto sem ponto de referência, ninguém do bairro conhecia o endereço fornecido , o booking não forneceu o bairro correto para facilitar a chegada . Nosso primeiro dia foi péssimo dia com muito estresse por não encontrar a hospedagem Meu esposo nos deixou no centro de Capivari pegou um Uber foi onde ele conseguiu encontrar a hospedagem mesmo assim ele teve que ir há 3 bairros diferentes a procura da hospedagem. Pensamos que tínhamos levado uma golpe. Tenho 2 filhos em condições especiais qdo passam por emoções fortes e estresse complica toda a saúde física e emocional deles.
