• David (1/5): - Ela cancelou a reserva uma hora antes do Check in falando que tinha problema com a água do apartamento e depois me ligou falando que era pra cancela e pagar a ela lá a vista não pelo booking depois falou que tinha outra apartamento pra mim .. eles são furada! NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM!

• Tommaso (4/5): - Posizone Letto Ho prenotato questa struttura a un prezzo iniziale di 80 €, ma dopo la prenotazione mi sono stati addebitati importi superiori, con ulteriori richieste di pagamento successive alla conferma, inclusi costi per pulizie e altre voci non chiaramente indicate nell’annuncio. Il pagamento aggiuntivo è stato richiesto tramite link esterno, mettendomi nella condizione di dover pagare a tarda sera per non restare senza alloggio. Il giorno successivo all’ingresso, durante un utilizzo normale dell’alloggio, ho riscontrato sporco evidente e stratificato (macchie incrostate, residui sotto la caffettiera, peli in bagno), condizioni non compatibili con un alloggio pulito consegnato al check-in, nonostante fosse stato richiesto un costo extra per la pulizia. Alla segnalazione del problema sono stato accusato di mentire e ritenuto responsabile dello sporco, invece di ricevere assistenza. Esperienza negativa per mancanza di trasparenza nei costi, scarsa pulizia e gestione non professionale del cliente
• Maciej (8/5): - Mieszkanie ładne, czysto, dobrze wyposażone bardzo blisko metra i autobusu, na przeciwko świetna kawiarnia i piekarnia czynna od 6-22, sklep obok, poniżej dobra restauracja, wszystko jak trzeba, kaucja zwrócona dzień po powrocie. Jeśli komuś nie przeszkadza dojazd 45 min do centrum bardzo polecam. Parter wiec trochę ciemno i bez widoków ale dla nas nie miało to znaczenia

• Maria Isabel (9/5): Un sitio para volver!!! - La amplitud de las habitaciones, el hecho de ser una casa super silenciosa, el gran tamaño de las camas y lo confortables que son. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Hemos dejado el coche en la calle por 3 días, gratis y sin ningún problema, un gran añadido se tratando de Roma, además de la cercanía de la estación del metro y de las paradas de autobuses. Hay panadería, supermercado, peluquería , restaurante y mercado muy cerca. La anfitriona es una persona atenciosa y atenta para con sus huéspedes. O sea recomiendo esta casa!!! Todo en positivo. ...

• Nicola (6/5): Ok but not really good - Nice furniture, nice paintings on the wall, big appartment, friendly people in the neighborhood It was really really cold (no heating before november), floor was really dirty (kids socks were black after a few minutes!) - we only wore shoes inside. Shower was blocked, water couldn’t run off. Owner was friendly but when I asked her before arrival why we would have to pay taxes even for the kids - no answer. We had 3 apartments during our holidays in Rome and this one was the only one without official payment documentation of the taxes and the only one we had to pay for the kids (local law says it has to be paid for guests over 16 years only) Pre-registration online via google account was necessary - I had to create an account and upload all our passports to a strange google platform (data policy?) I wouldn’t recommend the appartment with smaller kids because travel time to Rome city center takes up to 50 min - too long for little kids. And baby bed was really dirty
• Maciej (1/5): I do not recommend - The property is clean and well-connected to the airport (Ciampino – 10 minutes by taxi) and the city center (metro). Unfortunately, the negative aspects of this stay listed below prevent me from recommending this property. I do not recommend Casa Abeba a Torre Maura for several reasons: During my stay, an additional charge of 120 EUR was applied for children, even though the booking clearly stated that "The total price was calculated based on the price for the reserved number of guests (4 adults, 2 children)." This practice is misleading and not in line with fair play principles. The property required a mandatory check-in via a Google form, asking for personal data and passport scans. Furthermore, the form was not secured when first accessed, which allowed me to view the personal data of previous guests. Such practices are not GDPR-compliant and violate Booking.com's policy, which explicitly advises not to share personal data via phone, email, or chat. The property ignored my concerns, and Booking.com was unable to resolve the issue. Communication with the property was poor and rude. There were unclear instructions regarding key collection – sometimes they mentioned that check-in would be done in person, other times through an app. Check-in and check-out windows were not suitable for travel realities. I received no response to my inquiries about late check-in (after 9:00 PM) and early check-out (7:00 AM). Additionally, there was no information on the procedure in case of a delayed flight. In summary, Casa Abeba a Torre Maura fails to meet basic customer service standards, and I strongly advise against booking this property.
• Shiran (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing apartment—clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. It has everything a family needs. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and two large bedrooms with double beds. We also used the sofa bed in the living room. The living room has a large dining area, and it's equipped with a TV and air conditioning. One bedroom has air conditioning, and the other has a fan. The air conditioner in the living room cooled the room with the fan very well, so it wasn't an issue even in the August heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and four stovetops. There are all the necessary utensils and cutlery, as well as pots, pans, and more. The owner of the apartment is pleasant, kind, and helped us a lot, such as by ordering a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this place!

• Petru-florian (8/5): Exactly what we needed. - The apartment is very clean and well suited for a family of 5. We really enjoyed the kitchen and it was nice to see that the beds could be so easily moved so that the kids don't fall of ( LOL). The two bathrooms are very practical and well placed. Some small things that tend to be forgotten when packing will be found in the drawers or cabinets because Abeba tends to apartment very well. The neigbourhood is not really attractive at first sight. But given the fact that there is a kindergarten and some sort of school within a 100 meters reach I was pleasently surprised that the people at the bakery and Döner are really nice.

• Catalin (10/5): A very pleasant stay in a clean appartement - Nice host and clean appartement. Ot is positioned around 7 minutes walk to the Metro Line C. In Surroundings you can find many possibilities to shop, food, coffee, supermarket, vegetables and fruits market. nothing observable
