• Ines (6/5): - L'emplacement était fabuleux. Le quartier est tranquille et sécuritaire. L'appartement est très grand et fidèle aux photos. Le nombre de pièces est adéquat pour 7-8 personnes. Les hôtes savaient que nous étions 7, mais il y a 5 chaises dans la cuisine... J'ai demandé des chaises pliantes, on m'a dit demander à l'équipe et je n'ai jamais eu de suivi. Si je loue un appartement et non un hôtel, c'est pour y manger un peu... Deux personnes debout pour manger, ou qui ne mangent pas en même temps que les autres, ça n'est pas adéquat. Le lave-vaisselle ne lave pas bien la vaisselle, le congélateur est tellement plein de givre qu'il ne ferme plus et fond sur le plancher. J'ai demandé des pastilles à lave-vaisselle supplémentaire (avant de constater que je devais laver la vaisselle à la main...) et plus de savon à lave-vaisselle. On m'a répondu que ce qui se trouvait dans l'appartement était un kit de bienvenue. Au Canada, quand on loue un appartement, on a ce qu'il faut pour ne pas être obligés de faire les courses et ramener des pastilles à lave-vaisselle dans ses valises... ou les laisser sur place, évidemment. Je comprends qu'en Europe ce soit différent, mais je n'apprécie pas cette pratique. Aussi, nous étions là pour 5 nuits, mais il y avait une seule serviette par personne, pas de débarbouillette, etc. Disons que l'équipement était assez minimaliste à bien des égards. Pour le prix, c'était très décevant.

• Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay, would 100% stay again. The property was beautiful and exactly as described. The host was also incredibly attentive and accommodating!
• Natalie (1/5): Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Maintenance - Location The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, but everything else fell far below expectations. The rooms did not match the photos shown on the Booking.com listing, which was a huge disappointment. On the first day, the sink in one of the bedrooms was leaking. By the second day, things got worse when we used the washing machine and ended up with two inches of water flooding the floor. We acted quickly to prevent water from leaking to the neighbors below by using every towel in the apartment to clean it up. I immediately contacted the landlord, sent photos of the flooding, and requested clean towels. She promised to bring some but never did. We ended up having to purchase towels ourselves the next day, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. Considering the price we paid for this apartment, the service and maintenance were appalling. This stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. The lack of service and upkeep ruined our experience, and it was far from the standard we expected.
