- Pascale (5/5): Well situated flat but dirty and not well maintained - The flat was very convenient with 2 separated bedrooms and very well situated in milano The flat was not ready when we checked in. We need to call the reception and it took 3 hours to have our flat available. (By the way we did not arrive too early).Despite a quick cleaning the flat was still dirty and I have to clean the floor on my own. There is no curtain inside the bathroom and the shutter was not functioning which makes possible for every body to see you naked inside the bathroom. We had to put a towel on the window.... We had contact with the hiring company and booking asking for a refund in order to be able to book a hotel but no answer was given to our request. Inside the bathroom the socket for towel radiotor was cover by stick and not working and there was still an item inside a glass not cleaned... Definitely a very bad experience
