• Jonk (8/5): Vier heerlijke dagen gehad in een fijn appartement. - Ligging vlakbij de Sagrada de Familia. Metro stations dichtbij. Om de hoek van de straat veel eettentjes, waar je goed kon ontbijten. Groot appartement met drie slaapkamers. Mario communiceerde prima met ons gaf veel goede tips. Vooral in de achterste slaapkamer veel geluidsoverlast van de aangrenzende buren.

Świetna lokalizacja, personel bardzo pomocny (nawet w przypadku pytań po wizycie). - Świetna lokalizacja, personel bardzo pomocna (szczególnie Alejandra), widok z balkonu - coś pięknego Mała sprawa - brak tv z dostępem do internetu. Ale nie po to się jedzie do Barcelony ;)

• Wen (10/5): Great stay in Barcelona - Great location. Clean, with washer. Lots of rooms and beds The single bed in the kids bedroom was a little wobbly and might need to be repaired or replaced.

• angélique (10/5): Parfait! - Nous avons pass3un excellent séjour ! C'est un très bel appartement, très bien situé pour visiter Barcelone! La rue est bruyante, mais on s'y attendait, car l'appartement est situé en plein centre.
• Vlado (7/5): Preis-Leistung nich angemessen - Die Lage, Ausblick Die Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten sind ziemlich weich und die Matratzen sind alt und sehr weich. Das Bad hat ein unangenehmes Geruch und die Badewanne ist zu niedrig für grossere Menschen.

• Martin (8/5): Emplacement parfait - Emplacement parfait près de tous les moyens de transport. Logement spacieux avec 3 chambres. Nous avions même accès à un parasol pour la plage. Très bon accueil de l’hôte. Malgré les 2 airs climatisés, ils ne sont pas assez puissants. Il fait donc chaud pour dormir le soir.

• Kamil (9/5): Superb - Everything was exactly what we expected. Apartament for us was clean, with enough space and very nice view from balcony (sagrada la familia) . Mario who hand us a key was amazing person who give us lot of advise where to go, where to eat, how to get, very nice person who check how we are during our stay. Location for was fantastic to traveling/walking with child (3 adults and 1 child). Definetly we will be back and highly recommend. No issue at all during our stay
• Biserka (10/5): Big apartment with great view - A big and very comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms. Our boys enjoyed having their own room. There's a small heater in every room plus AC so it was perfect.(we were there in march, so nigbts were a bit cold in Barcelona). Fully equiped kitchen with all amenities. Mercadona market is very near,it has everything and very affordable. The apartment is 10-15 mins away from La Sagrada Familia - an easy stroll away.It also takes 25-30 mins to downtown but also there are buses very near (and metro L4). Restaurants and shops are just below and it's aboit 10-15 mins to Casa Batlo and shopping street Pg. de Gracia. There's a big TV with international channels and a balcony with a great view. Toiletrees and towela were also available. Both,Mario and Alejandra were very helpful and caring and stayed available for any questions
• Chris (8/5): Very good - Mario, who met us at the apartment at about 23:30 to give us the keys, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly, and spoke perfect English. He also sent us lots and lots of useful info via WhatsApp. Great location. Good view from the balcony. Good wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Decent restaurants in the area, good things to do within walking distance and really good transport links. Empanadas Malvón is less than 10 minutes' walk and great for tasty, cheap snacks. The desserts were good too. It wasn't quite as smart / upmarket as the photos looked, and the bathroom sink unit was a bit worn. The lift was too small to fit 4 people with any bags. Although everything was very clean, the single mattresses could do with being replaced, and the single beds were slightly flimsy. I'm nitpicking really though, it was excellent value for money but we did get a heavily discounted rate for booking through the app.
• Hubert (8/5): Great location and view. - Great contact with the owner. Very helpful and well organised welcome at the apartment. Good location to see all attractions located around you. Close to the subway and good food. Iconic view from the balcony. The apartment is in an old building like most of other apartments in Barcelona, it could be slightly better isolated from the external sounds from the street and from the block.

• Liam_bruso (1/5): I would never stay here again even if it meant sleeping on the streets otherwise. - Good location. Decent view. A good size, even if the two other bedrooms are quite small. Comes with a washing machine, which is handy. Balcony is nice, but doesn't have curtains like the neighboring apartments upstairs. Four ACs - none worked. Hosts wouldn't respond to messages, had to complain through booking multiple times to get any result which was a very modest refund... This is Barcelona in August, when the average temp was 35 degrees (95 degrees Fahrenheit). That's basically a human rights violation in addition to false advertising. Terrible water pressure. The whole building is in mediocre condition and people have an annoying tendency to not close the elevator doors, which means you get the dubious pleasure of taking the stairs to and from the fifth floor at least once every couple of days. The elevator, when available is both SLOW and TINY. The floors aren't parquet (I realize this is quibbling, but stop lying in your advertisement), they're cheap pressboard - hence the repeating knothole pattern in the floor and the fact that they bubble like cheap linoleum. The furniture is not modern - it's an eclectic mix of low-grade IKEA furniture and grandma's castoffs that just really does not work together. There is nothing to recommend this place beyond the location and there are certainly much better options within that. I can't give it up above 1 star because of the AC issue. It is the only thing I really care about when I stay anywhere, and it made the whole trip pretty miserable as you cannot sleep or relax comfortably during Barcelona summers - you know, the ones even long-term residents leave the city in droves to avoid.
