• michael (7/5): Great place to stay, everyone had a blast, just replace the mattresses. - I thought the location was great. Mainly because I found it to be a very quiet neighborhood. I hardly saw anyone pass by or anything. I also felt very safe in the neighborhood. I sometimes left the door unlocked by accident during the day while we were inside, and never felt worried. The pool was nice, but it rained, so we didn't really enjoy it. That's not the property's fault. I liked how all the rooms were located, a fun house with a big living room. Nice kitchen and modern kitchen. Plenty of room for parking, it's gated, and you fit about 3, maybe 4 cars if they are compact, or outside the property you can park too. A few things I didn't like. My biggest complaint was the mattresses. The main bedroom, the bunk bed room, and the room with the queen bed. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had horrible mattresses. This was a staycation, and the thought of going home to sleep crossed my mind, but I went and picked up a roll-up mattress from home and put it on the floor. I kindly ask the owner to replace all the mattresses in the house for future guests. Also, the bunk bed makes way too much noise and is slightly elevated in the center of the bottom bunk, which needs to be replaced as well. Besides that, a heated pool would be nice, but not a must-have; a gas grill would be nice too, instead of charcoal, but not a must-have either. The stoves top some of them don't work that well, but mine at home don't work too well either, so I'm used to it.
• Bridget (10/5): Excellent!!!! - I love the most about this property was the bathrooms. They are so nice so clean. The shower is amazing. The whole house was actually great but I have a really serious issue with bathrooms and this bathroom was so perfect to me. The beds were comfortable Soft. He had Ralph Lauren pillows and they felt so good.lol There isn’t anything that I can think about that I did not like about this property actually if I ever come back to Miami, I will probably look for this property again.

• Nicole (6/5): Good stay, great time - The large open space. The rooms were nice size. The pool was perfect to hangout in. The location was safe and comfortable. There were burn marks on the rug in the front room. The back door was hard to open. The gate into the back yard was falling off the hinges. The rooms were warm at night unless you left the door open. There weren’t enough towels for all of us.

• Holly (9/5): Superb - Me and my family enjoyed the space. It accommodated all 6 of us very comfortably. It was great to have tv's in every room. I feel like toilet paper and some other essential things should be provided.

No seasons for cooking, no wash rags to wash your body, no extra trash bags and the fact there is a person staying there although their room is only assembled from the outside it was just uncomfortable knowing someone else was there while you are renting the house

• Natacha (1/5): NEVER HAVE I EVER!! - I liked that the kitchen was up to date and had plenty of storage Absolutely horrible! There were spiders everywhere! Both alive and dead! Crawling in the tub all inside the bathroom. All throughout the kitchen area and everywhere! came down to escape Hurricane Milton, got inside and was crying to a Booking.com rep on the phone 30 minutes later. The amount of money I paid, why should I bathe with spiders? I'm scared of critters. The place hadn't been cleaned for a while. Ants everywhere as well. They come out at night. No dust pan for u to sweep. Leave one crumb and the ants will swarm. A dead roach in the dishwasher. I have pics and videos. Crumbs in the beds. Bootleg "cleaning crew" came the next day while I was working, speaking to clients on the phone, kids were eating, trying to figure out what to clean. It was not a professional clean. This was a 10 minute slap clean that you'd do before your friends come over. A 4 bedroom house-ONLY 2 towels. A pool, no washer/dryer. My kids broke out and were itching all over. Were they from bed bugs, the pool...idk... Don't know how long the pool water hasn't been cleaned. Arrived in the middle of the night with no porch light on to figure out the buttons to press on the lock box. My first worst experience on booking. The only good thing was the little avocado tree that gifted me some of it's fruit. Aside from that, not worth it. Host, please hire a property manager. Hire pest control. Change the sheets. Hire a professional cleaning company. Doesn't need major construction but you can smooth out some areas. The host wasn't rude, the bootleg cleaning crew they were polite but everything was unacceptable. We escaped Milton yes, electricity, yes. But for what I paid-for what I expected, this was a let down.

Super clean , and any question I asked they answered immediately ! I couldn’t find any extra trash bags to throw away the little trash I had left !!
