- Samantha (5/5): Due to not being able to shower and properly enjoy some facilities, along with the noticeably dirty windows, I feel the - We really liked the home itself and the location. The rooms were generously sized, making the space feel comfortable and open. The kitchen was impressively well equipped, stocked with a wide range of plates, cutlery, glasses, and cookware - everything we needed for preparing and enjoying meals. Upon arrival, we followed all provided instructions, including turning on the hot water. Despite waiting, there was no hot water, though we initially assumed it was just slow to heat. Unfortunately, this meant we couldn’t shower before heading to a birthday celebration. Saturday morning, we woke to find the water still cold. We reported the issue, but felt our concerns weren’t taken seriously until we were asked to send a photo providing the hot water system had been switched on. Again, we were unable to shower before heading out to explore the region. We were informed that an electrician would attend the property in the afternoon, but there was no courtesy call to confirm the issue had been resolved. This left me checking my phone throughout the day, which affected my plans and overall experience. In my opinion if the property is booked, the hot water system should be turned on and checked prior to guests arrival. Additionally, the games draw was disorganised, and the lounge windows were noticeably dirty.
