- Russell (10/5): CBD Canberra accomadation. - What a wonderful week we had staying with Sanaz, absolutely beautiful lady that made us feel so very much at home. The residence was absolutely spotless with absolutely everything we needed.Location location location, perfect !!!! Parking was available in basement for a very generous price which the lifts took us straight too. Anyone , as I did a little, who is worried about booking a shared apartment, don't be here ,as Sanaz was so welcoming and not at all smothering who we didn't see a lot of, but when we did we really enjoyed our chats and laughs together. Having never been to canberra before, she gave us some great advice of places to go both to look at and where the best food was. If we ever go back to Canberra, we would happily book this accommodation again in a heartbeat . Thankyou Sanaz for making our week a truly wonderful experience ... Not staying longer.....

Sanaz (Host) was also very nice and offered me the full facilities of the kitchen, should i want them. The location was great. I wouldn't have minded an extra blanket, although there was an oil heater in the room I could have used.

- Ali (1/5): I really don’t recommend this space during summer and winter times. - The location and the view. The host is extremely energy savvy. The room doesn’t have aircon and in the winter time when I was there only had a tiny heater that was not enough at all. The air conditioner in the living area was also always off making the living area unusable. I never felt comfortable and caught a cold. The cooking odours were very annoying and as soon as the host started cooking, although the room door was closed, smell came in. The bed was not soft either.

A comfortable bed, excellent storage space, views of birds on terrace, all round a top place to stay. Neither of us could open the terrace door - but we didn’t ask so it wasn’t an issue.

The view from the bedroom is lovely. If it had been summer, going out on the balcony with a coffee would have been a must!

I didn't get to use much of the facilities but my room was very clean and tidy as well as the rest of the apartment. The view from the terrace overlooking the city and background mountains was amazing. The host was very friendly and considerate to make the stay comfortable. I highly recommend the stay. Nothing!

Fabulous location for all city locations and short walks to everything. Super easy checkin and parking not an issue. Even small home like touches like body wash and shampoos were great! Right in the heart of city walk. Lovely mountain views. Amazing friendly host. So kind This isnt even a negative as we had full access to the loungeroom, Prob would have liked a TV in our room but that would be the only negative if you could even call it that.

It's like on the photos, big, spacious, clean, secure and with everything you need away from home. En Suite bathrooms are gem, kitchen is fully equipped, although we didn't have much time to stay. Balcony and the view is just breathtaking. If coming to Canberra, don't think twice. We'll be back.
