• Arda (9/5): clean and good location - The hosts were great. we'd love to stay again. Great location for entertainments. All attractions were in walking distance. very clean apartment and full kitchen. The only part we did not feel comfortable was that it was located next to the bus stop at evenings we left the windows open for fresh air and some times it would get noisy at night during bus arrivals and departures. But maybe in summer and winter that may not be the case.
• Danielle Haywood (9/5): Great one bedroom apartment - The unit was a good size, with everything we needed and the location was handy to Ganville Island. The blinds don't block out the street lights at night when trying to sleep.

• Mark (9/5): Convenient apartment in downtown Vancouver suitable for longer stays - Very nice 1-bedroom apartment at the end of Granville Street. Appreciated being able to cook and do laundry while staying, as well as the extra food stuff available (salt, olive oil, coffee pods etc). Apartment well furnished overall (many towels, laundry powder etc). Vivian was very accommodating as I was set to arrive at the property late and my flight was delayed, making me reach the flat at nearly 1am. Nevertheless, she was able to let me in the property remotely and the next day I was able to collect the keys from the nearby 7/11 with no issues. Felt like a "home away from home". Some noise from the neighbours and the street below (as well as the homeless, but they are everywhere in Vancouver), which is not the owner's fault.

• Adrienne (6/5): - The facilities were very good, the unit was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient as we could walk or bus to main attractions Noise from neighbouring businesses continued till 4am on the Sunday morning. This could be reduced if the air conditioning unit was fitted in a way that allowed the double glazed window to close properly.

• Hervé (6/5): - L’appartement est très bien situé dans Vancouver, proche du centre-ville, 500 mètres de la station de métro Yaltown. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Le quartier a du être un ancien lieu culturel riche de théâtres et cinémas, ce qui n’est plus le cas aujourd’hui. En effet, les lieux sont fermés et laissés à l’abandon, une population de personnes sans abris s’est installée dans cette partie de la rue de Granville. Concernant l’appartement, il est très bruyant. L’installation d’un bloc de climatisation empêche de fermer une fenêtre, ce qui occasionne un bruit permanent de la rue, encore plus le vendredi soir ! Le bruit de la rue est permanent. Il faudrait investir dans une climatisation intérieure et renforcer le double vitrage et des rideaux occultants.
• Jorge (8/5): Vancouver para creer - Apartamento totalmente equipado (lavadora incluida, lavaplatos, cafetera...) Muy limpio y detallista (cápsulas de café abundantes, aceite y especias...) Cama muy cómoda. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check in. En el barrio había bastantes homeless y drogadictos, lo cual no es culpa del alojamiento, pero es algo a tener en cuenta.

Very friendly staff member allowed us to leave our luggage prior to check in. Air conditioning - very loud. Had to turn off when watching TV.

• larry a (8/5): דירה נעימה - הדירה היתה נקייה ומסודרת, עם מטבח מאובזר היטב, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. כמו כן היתה תקשורת טובה עם בעל הנכס באמצעות הודעות הם גם אפשרו לנו להשאיר את התיקים בדירה עד מאוחר ועזרו לנו לטפל בנושא.. המיטה נוחה. קודם כל, מתברר שבקנדה כשהם אומרים שיש מיזוג אויר הכוונה למצנן. הוא עושה הרבה רעש ואי אפשר לישון כאשר הוא עובד. אז יוצא שבלילה קצת מחניק בדירה . יש מאוורר אבל גם למעט חלון אחד קטן, אי אפשר לפתוח חלונות כדי להכניס אויר מבחוץ. לגבי הסביבה, ציפיתי להיות בשכונה נעימה וצעירה. בפועל די מלוכלך ויש גם הרבה דרי רחוב שיושבים למטה. לא נעים.
• Alice (10/5): Fantastic experience - Everything was perfect! Location next to bus, stores and restaurants. Close to downtown. Comfortable bed, newly furnished condo with A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher and everything for cooking. Price was very reasonable. Only street parking.

• Kim (8/5): Accomodation was good for the price as Vancouver is expensive - Vivian was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage late The accommodation is good however our taxi driver warned us about the area (homelessness). We had no problems and found this was mostly a few blocks up near the nightclubs. You can avoid this entirely by walking on parallel roads if you choose. Locations was great for us to walk everywhere.

• Frances (6/5): Apartment was fine but the air con unit wasn't good enough - Good position in the city and it was easy for us to get to the places we wanted. Used the laundry facilities. We selected this one as it said it had air con but in reality it had an add on unit that was insufficient to cool the whole of the apartment. This stretch of the street seemed to have a number of unsavoury characters who were around 24/7.

• Marc (9/5): Great spot - Good location, spacious apartment, clear instructions for check in, good wifi No aircon so it was quite hot. And the only window we could open was tiny. I am not sure the sheets for the sofa bed were clean… they smelled a but weird
• Adrian (8/5): Great value - It had good amenities inside the unit. It had a comfy couch with good air conditioning. Living room area was nice and well lit. Bedroom was dark with only a lamp to light it. The fridge was not working but had a mini fridge to compensate.

• Ulrike (9/5): Superb - The place has everything one needs and can ask for! We enjoyed our stay! The area in downtown Vancouver seems to have a lot of homeless people and a lot of people with drug addictions. We arrived at night and had never been there before so we were surprised by that. Also there were a lot of police cars around but we saw in the morning that there is a police station next door - so that explains it and makes one feel safe again.
• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent, Vivian was super lovely, check in process and key pick up was really easy. Was lovely to have some complimentary toiletries. The bed was quite hard and the floors had bits of debris on them.

• Sofia (8/5): Perfect for an active vacation - Centrally located to local attractions, had all the needed facilities. We accidentally broke a coffee table which we felt horrible about but the host was understanding and cooperative. Apartment also had laundry which was very useful! Granville st has gotten very seedy with a lot of drug users around the property, which can’t be truly controlled but good to be aware of. The only real downside is shower water is set to a certain heat maximum which should be higher. Would have loved to have taken a hot hot shower after a day of being up in the mountains.
