Sultana (6/5): It was ideal location wise, and it was ok in terms of facilities. - The location was very good, it was very close to the metro, which was very convenient. The pillows and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, and we could not turn on the ac because as soon as the ac was turned on, the electricity went out.

Guest (8/5): Comfortable and well equipped! - The equipment were new and clean The humidity. You could see molds everywhere especially the elastic part of washing machine is almost black. Also we couldn’t open the window. But no problem for short stay.

Suzanne (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, close to the train station and the bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive to our needs. The kitchen was small and needed more pots. However, we made it work for the two of us.

Georgi (6/5): Pleasant - Location was convenient - near a metro station or possibly a walk from the city centre. There was a good store nearby. Had a bed and a foldable couch, so two separate beds, a nice dining area, cutlery. Was warm, once the host unlocked the thermostat. There was a washing machine, which helps if travelling with a child. It was below ground, with little light coming in - we hadn't noticed that when looking at the property before reserving. There were windows, but they were at street level (though in a quiet private parking area) and high up in the room. If booking in summer, it could be an issue that there was not an air conditioner, though being underground and away from sunlight, that may not be a problem at all. Bathroom was a bit tight, but more importantly, when showering, running the hot water in the kitchenette would make the shower water completely cold, so some synchronization was necessary :) It was difficult to ventilate the place, especially if doing laundry, and it got a bit damp.

Christine (9/5): Superb - Location. Close to Metro station and 13 minute walk from Termini in a very quiet area. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Host was quick to respond to any queries. Check in was straightforward. No complaints really.
