• Helen (10/5): Great Cabin - Quiet cabin to relax and recharge. Joelle was fantastic, couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. Gave advice to see and do local sights,a wealth of knowledge. Loved the daily visitors, horse, alpacas, Roos etc N/A
• Raphael (10/5): - Very clean and small cosy place in a very beautiful peaceful location. Great place to stay especially if you are planning to go to the snowy mountains during winter. Not too far from facilities and shops so not a hassle to stock up. Exceeded our expectations and will definitely have this place in mind on our next trip in the future N/A

• Rose-Anna (10/5): - The view from the cabin was fantastic. It was hard to look away from the beauty of the surroundings. It is such a private retreat, but half of the cabin had no curtains. On the good side, if you're an early riser, you can enjoy the sunrise and view. The ego friendly toilet was interesting.

• Beth (9/5): Rejuvenating time. A place to recharge the batteries. - A wonderfully relaxing cabin set in the middle of a paddock with glorious views and night skies. Very well set up. A special place to relax and take in the beauty of your surroundings on the comfortable verandah. A couple of small issues were promptly addressed and fixed by Joelle our wonderful, welcoming host! A great place close to all the attractions of the "Snowies" but also a place where you can relax and rejuvenate. Purely personal preference is that my partner and I usually sleep in a queen bed and it took a bit of getting used to the double bed. The bed itself was very comfortable as were the pillows.

• Paul (9/5): Get away from it all! - A lovely and well-appointed property. Quiet, comfortable and ideal for a get-away-from-it-all chilled out vacation. We enjoyed sitting out under the stars as well as snuggling down inside when it got a bit colder!
• Renae (10/5): Relaxing place to switch off - Amazing cabin. So relaxing and isolated for a nice time to switch off, relax and enjoy the natural surrounds. Fantastic sunsets and lovely attentive owners who clearly care about the environment and their guests. Great base for exploring Thredbo and Mt Kosciusko. Would love to go back some day! I found it a little hard to find. Could I suggest a sign or marker by the gate to make it easier to locate?

• Brooke (9/5): Superb - We loved the farm and the animals that came to see us and we loved the shack and the facilities inside. We loved being surrounded by the kangaroos, wallabies, horse and alpacas and sheep The bed was a little small and a bit uncomfortable for us and the deck outside- the bar was a bit high because when we sat down on the sofa lounge we couldn’t see the view as well.

• Prosenjit (8/5): Very good - Amazing location. Spectacular views all around!! Genuine effort to a sustainable eco friendly living space and not just for publicity. Personally, I would have preferred NOT to have wifi as it gives kids an alternative to enjoying the nature at its glory.
• Clare (10/5): Perfect weekend away for those who like a quiet, private retreat close to the hustle and bustle of J - Lovely cottage, completely private, on a lovely bit of land. Loved the birdlife, the ease of access to the snow and the eco-friendly facilities.

We never tired of the view of Monaro High Country or the sky at night. During the day, we had birds and kangaroos for company, as well as the owners' four alpacas. Joelle was the perfect host who made sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to couples looking for some quiet time in the country.
