Guest Reviews
- Guillem (8/5): Comfortable and clean apartment - The apartment is comfortable for 3 or 4 people, the living area is cosy and everything is extremely clean and well prepared for a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy and the owner accommodated our arrival and departure times perfectly. The location is not central, and in our case we had to travel by car sharing services, which were available in the area around the apartment. Some spaces are tight (the kitchen and the single room and its bathroom).
- Nelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gina (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment suited my family's requirements very well. We are a family of four with two teenage boys, and we all enjoyed the space that this accommodation provided. The second bathroom is small and fortunately we didn't need to use it. My husband and boys are all over 6' tall and just didn't fit.
- James (3/5): Terrible. Do not rent this apartment. - The property was functional. The problem was very serious. I was using the shower when the door slipped off the track and shattered glass everywhere. I was simply closing the door normally. After being showered with glass, the owner insisted that I pay for the shower door being off the tracks. Needless to say a very unpleasant experience. It would have been much less risky staying at a hotel.
- Inès (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (9/5): Superb - Perfect for a family stay with older teens who require their own spaces. Comfortable and quiet for our October break. Short walk to Garbatella metro station to get to all the major sights Rome has to offer.
Carrefour and Gros Sarcoph supermarkets within 10 minute walk for good selection of food and drink items. Don't be put off by the old decor in the communal stair and hall. I was initially but it is typical of older buildings.
- Lotocki (9/5): Good - Squeaky doors. Air conditioner only cools well living room. Fans in the hot weather do not help in bedrooms.
But far from metro especially in the hot summer day. It was clean and bright.
- Jarkas (8/5): Very good -
- Giulia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicky (10/5): Great convenient place to stay while visiting Rome - Very clean, good wi fi. Good location for travelling to Rome and the airport
- Kirsten (8/5): Good value for a family stay in Rome - The property manager was very nice and accommodating. While the apartment had A/C, it was limited to a living room unit with minimal air circulation to the other rooms. We asked the PM for a fan and was quick to accommodate our request.
Our family loved the balcony. We made use of the washer which was very convenient.
The apartment would easily be a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Would have loved to have access to a larger drying rack for the laundry. I happened to have a clothes line and pins (because we were going on a cruise) so I was able to create more hanging space.
We inadvertently shut off the refrigerator because we didn’t realize the appliances were connected to an electrical switch. Perhaps that is typical for Rome/European residences, but we were not aware. We had leftover food in the fridge that spoiled because of this. We recommend that those switches are labeled for clarity.
Our 3rd child slept on the yellow chair that converted to bed. It was fine for his age but would be less so for a teen or older.
- Tsvetan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gajevic (9/5): Superb -
