• Gauthier (6/5): on ne reviendra pas.... - très peu de couverts,pas de casserole,évier bouché......3 chaises seulement, nous étions 4. Pas de chauffage,il faisait froid, on a dormi en pulls Beaucoup de bruit en dessous jusqu'à 4h du matin

• Alain (9/5): A recommander sans hésitation - Les chambres sont spacieuses, le côté cuisine est très agréable. Malgré que ce soit sous des combles, j'ai pu me déplacer sans soucis , sachant que je mesure 1m87. Personnel très réactif sur WhatsApp, et modalités d'accès reçu avant notre arrivée sur ce même logiciel. Parking discret. Les logements sont très proches du parc des expositions et de ING Arena ( concert), 5 min à pied. Nous allons sûrement réserver pour le Made In Asia en octobre Prévoir un peu de vaisselle et ustensiles pour faire à manger. Un message a été envoyé aux responsables sur WhatsApp pour améliorer ceci.

• Sandrine (8/5): Hôtel à recommander😃 - Hôtel bien situé, au calme, proche de l'Atomium et des transports. Commerces pas loin : Aldi, Lidl. Parking derrière l'hôtel 👍 Hôte très réactif (fuite d'eau en soirée, le plombier est venu rapidement 👍) Personnel sympa. Il manque de la vaisselle, une cafetière et un tabouret car 3 pour 4 personnes, pas facile pour se restaurer. Et peut-être une raclette pour la salle de bain.
• Mélanie (7/5): Recommande pour une nuit - La proximité avec l'Arena Pas très propre malheureusement, le canapé était bancale et nous avons eu froid. Le matériel de cuisine n'était pas très fourni. Mais pour une nuit ça suffisait.
• Oliver (2/5): Enttäuschend - Lage ok, wenn man einen Besuch im Atomium plant, wenn auch nicht gleich nebenan. Auch Autobahnauffahrt nahe. Parkplatz am Hotelgelände. - Katastrophale Kommunikation. Keine Reaktion auf Mails, Anrufe nicht angenommen, kein Rückruf - Anreise daher beeinträchtigt, da einige offene Fragen in Schwebe. Code für Zutritt wurde bis zu unserem Eintreffen nicht übermittelt (man hat die ganze Zeit ein unsicheres Gefühl, ob es letztlich klappt), an der verwaisten Rezeption verlangte dann ein Schild unsere Daten (Ausweiskopie und Buchungsbestätigung) per WhatsApp. - "Das Apartment" bestand aus mehreren Einzelzimmern des Atomi-Hotels. Nur ein Schlafzimmer und die Küche hatten eine Verbindungstür, das zweite Schlafzimmer war völlig separat. Entspricht so nicht der Beschreibung. - Sitzgelegenheiten filigrane, teils billige Plastikmöbel, wacklig, nicht vertrauenswürdig um sich draufzusetzen. - Heizung (Ende Oktober!) nicht aktiv. Konnten mit Klimaanlage etwas aufwärmen, reichte aber nicht fürs Schlafzimmer. - Nur dünne Decke auf dem Bett. - Unhygienisch: Wasserkocher innen massiv verschimmelt. Wir trauten uns kein Geschirr oder Besteck zu verwenden, haben lieber mit den Fingern gegessen... - Extrem hellhörig. In der Nacht bis 2 Uhr früh massive Geräuschkulisse aus dem Stiegenhaus. Codeeingaben extrem laut zu hören, Türen, die mit Karacho ins Schloss fallen und lautes Klopfen. Alles als wäre es direkt neben dem Bett. - 15 Minuten vor Check-out Deadline funktionierten die Türcodes nicht mehr. In das Zimmer des Kindes konnten wir nicht mehr rein. Zum Glück hatten wir schon alles (hoffentlich!) im anderen Raum zusammengestellt. Zurückgelassenes hätten wir nicht mehr holen können.
• Xavier (5/5): Heureusement que l'hôtel était bien situé notamment transport à proximité. - L'emplacement et la taille du logement. La relation client/hôte qui passe par whatsapp, donc aléatoire. Le manque d'équipements : 3 chaises, 3 assiettes, 2 verres... pour 4 personnes. Poignée de porte salle de bain cassée.
• Valentin (4/5): Annonce mensongère - L’annonce mensongère, ce n’est pas un appartement mais bien 2 chambres séparées par un palier avec deux disjicode différents ! Donc avec 2 enfants en bas âge vraiment pas terrible ! Mais selon le prioritaire, c’est moi qui raconte des betise ! Chambre sale ! Évidemment j’ai des photos a l’appuis ! Poubelle encore avec des détritus dedans, boite de dérivation qui pend dans la salle de bain, de la nourriture par terre au niveau de la cuisine, congèle débordant de glace ! pas de lumière palière ! La porte d’entrée de l’hôtel qui ne ferme pas, donc qui est claqué toute la nuit ! Fumeur de joint a l’etage du dessous donc tout remonte à notre chambre, franchement au prix de la nuit c’est vraiment n’importe quoi ! Ont arrive dans un logement a 12 degrés, avec des sèches serviettes qui ne fonctionne pas dans les salles de bain, heureusement qu’il y a la clim réversible, parce que les radiateurs dans le logement ne fonctionne pas ! Des fauteuils et canapé avec les pied foutu !

Aucune possibilité de cuisine efficacement. Pour un logement 4 personnes , ne disposer que de 3 chaises rend les repas compliqués..

• Konstantinos (7/5): Good for a night or two. - It's good for 2 couples that want to stay together but have separate bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were quite comfortable. Even though it looks renovated, many things are out of place or not in proper condition. The kitchen lacked supplies, the couch and chairs were not safe to sit on and the freezer door was slightly open due to an extreme amount of ice build up...

• Marjorie & Damien (6/5): Séjour frileux mais bonne literie !! - L'emplacement proche de Bruxelles Expo est vraiment appréciable. La literie est bonne. Le coin cuisine pour déjeuner ensemble le matin. Pas de chauffage et pas de couvertures supplémentaires. Nous avons eu très froid. Problème de débit dans la douche de la chambre 33, difficile de se rincer. Aucun accueil, personnels fantômes, on doit flasher une pancarte, envoyer un SMS pour avoir les codes des chambres, heureusement que les enfants étaient là.

• Christina (6/5): Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. - Wir konnten nicht gleich erkennen, ob wir richtig sind, da das Gebäude einen Namen eines Hotel trägt.

• Thurani (6/5): Okay but there was a very bad smell. - It was spacious okay for one night. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom in the loft room number 33. It was really bad. We asked for a room change but the staff said the hotel is fully booked. Since the stay is for one night, we managed to stay by spraying air fresheners.

• Camille (4/5): Cheap flat so cheap service - The flat was clean but miss of welcoming points : only neon / spot ligths, not at least a mug for a tea or coffee, (+no tea or a coffee machine^^), i had to send my documents to receive the code when we arrive and wait when it can be anticipated during the day...(+ They change the second day : i had to wait and ask again) I conclusion : cheap flat but cheap service, if the budget is the only point, you can go.

• Shereen (5/5): Ok but needs improving - Good price compared to other options in Brussels. Plenty of space. Located close to Atomium. Family of four were spread over two separate rooms, requiring codes to enter. The codes has changed on the second day and we weren’t informed so had to contact owners who in fairness responded immediately. Kitchen was basic and had minimal equipment - no mugs or bowls. Glasses were stuck to cupboard so I question the cleanliness. The place had a slightly sour smell.

• Rinea (5/5): I will not book this place again. - I liked that it had two bathrooms for two bedrooms. I did not like that the we had problems with parking (too many cars already in the parking place) and parking was the reason to choose this property. Also we had some incidents with the noise - we could not sleep until the noise stopped.

• Luc (7/5): Good - It is very near to the atomium. Safe and free parking. The hotel seems to be still under renovation. The central heating system is not working at all. There is heating via air-conditioning, but it does not support the bathroom and bedroom. We booked for 1 room and 4 people, but they gave us 2 rooms.
• Ricardo (8/5): I would book again. Very good location. Good value. - Clean, well- located for my work trip. The place was cold the first night. The radiators were not heating up much. The mini split seems efficient, but it was in the kitchen-living room, next to the sleeping room.
