- Brandy (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. The apartment was, clean and exactly as advertised and walking distance from the places I needed to get to for the days I was there. The host was very friendly and easy to contact with questions. I was glad to have a washer and dryer in the suite as I was travelling prior to my stay in Toronto. Honestly, a balcony would have been nice, but I was there to enjoy the city nearby, so it wasn't really important. I'm not complaining at all!

Also the communications with property manager were excellent, checking in at each stage and available for and concerns or questions. Even though we were on a busy street, the condo was quiet (street noise did not penetrate). Couldn’t adjust the temperature - too warm and couldn’t adjust. Thankfully there was a fan available.
