• brigit (1/5): - La limpieza, estaba sucio las sábanas con pelos, moho y manchas rojas. Olía a fregona sucia el apartamento y no había sábanas para el sofá cama ni toallas suficientes para todos

• Kathleen (1/5): Wrong building dirty apartment - I arrived tired from traveling at the address given only to be told that I didn't have a reservation. Thanks to a kind stranger I was able to reach the host who reassured me that the building i was in was just as nice. The Secrt condos is artistic and well maintained. However, the apartment I was staying in was dirty. Upon arrival I had to clean the kitchen and decided not to sleep in the dirty sheets and blankets on the bed. I also opted out of using the kitchen because it too, was ill equipped and dirty. I don't know what was going on with the host but hopefully it was a one time occurrence. I feel like I had to be honest because I use the reviews to make decisions.
• bazzi (4/5): Mala experiencia - La cama era cómoda No era departamento que reserve, lo cual el dueño me avisó cuando yo le hablé al llegar a San José. El me dio otro departamento como opción pero no tenía AC, acepté porque no hacía calor y ya no tenía tiempo de buscar otro lugar. Al llegar allá el edificio era lindo, el departamento igual, pero no funcionaba el wifi, la tele, ni su control. Al informarle a Pablo, el no sabía de aquello, cosa que me resulta raro ya que arrienda ese lugar y debería estar al tanto de lo que funciona y no. Fue amable al responder, pero no estaba 100% atento al problema. Cuando intentó solucionarlo no lo logró y entiendo que quizás se vaya la señal (en el lobby funcionaba el wifi ) y no está dentro de sus manos que funcione, pero la solución que me dio era cambiarme de departamento pero cobrarme mucho más, siendo que tampoco era mi culpa que el otro departamento no haya estado disponible, ni que no funcionase el wifi, entonces por qué yo debía pagar más por algo que tampoco estaba dentro de lo que yo debía controlar? Siendo que el como dueño debería ser capaz de entregar una solución. El wifi es una de las cosas importantes al estar en otro país, entonces como no funcionaba ni el wifi ni la tele tuve que mirar al techo. El baño tenía un olor raro y faltaban algunas partes de la cortina en el living. Por lo demás la cama era cómoda, tenía una terraza que es un área común, lo que me pareció bonito. También posee secador de pelo y agua caliente más tirada para tibia. Lamentable me dejó bastante decepcionada la estadía ya que uno paga por un buen servicio, lo cual no tuve.

• Dania (10/5): Studio ideal en San José - Nos gustó que está muy céntrico, cerca de todo lo que necesitas en San José, museos, parques, atractivos turísticos. Muchos restaurantes y lugares bonitos. Pablo es super atento con todos los detalles, siempre se aseguró que tuviésemos todo lo que necesitamos y el personal que trabaja en el lugar también son muy bella gente. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

• Cristhian Giovanny (8/5): Agradable lugar pero no fue el que se contrató. - El apartamento estaba bien, pequeño pero con lo necesario. Que no era el edificio por el cual se hizo la reserva... nos quedamos como a 1 o 2 km del los apartamento Start, el alojamiento fue en Secrt Sabana.

• Matiiapa (6/5): I recommend the building we stayed in, it’s very nice. - So the apartment we stayed at was not the apartment or even the same building as the apartment in the pictures BUT the building we stayed in (SECRT Sabana) was very very nice and the apartment we stayed in was decent. That said, I booked a later stay in the same building (SECRT) with a different host and that apartment was much much nicer and for cheaper. I never got to see the property in the pictures so I can’t really comment on it
• Irina (10/5): Lovely place to stay in a center of San Jose - The apartment building is beautiful and specially designed. It's located near the Metropolitan Park. There are convenience stores and a couple of restaurants nearby. The Morro cafe offers excellent food and coffee. There is an evening bar in the lobby. Pablo, the apartment's owner, is a very nice person, friendly, proactive and helpful. He contacted me a day before, providing me with all the details. He also recommended I visit the 31st-floor rooms gallery. It was stunning! I visited it twice during my stay to enjoy the design and the views. The service people in the lobby do not speak English :((( Only one guy was speaking it a little bit. I find it inappropriate for a place like that with lots of tourists.
