• Saori (10/5): 大変快適なステイでしたー - 湖に面していながら、隣にバスターミナルも遊覧フェリーの乗り場もあるロケーション。 一階の部屋から湖面の小さなグリーンスペースに出られるので、チェックアウトの前も、コーヒー片手に朝の景色を楽しめた。
• Kalpesh (7/5): A lovely place it could be even better with a few tweaks - Location and closeness to the lake. Very clean as well. They should install air conditioning and a mini fridge. The water from the shower tray would leak out onto the floor.

• Curtis (5/5): Great location, don’t stay for more than a day or you will be disappointed with the amenities available - Location, how clean it was. No fridge/microwave so trying to save meals from overpriced restaurants was impossible also didn’t have a place to put beer/drinks to keep it cold and everything closes at 9/10 so getting a hot meal or a beer at night is impossible. Staff also told us it was 6 euro for city tax for one night but clearly states it’s 3 on the booking
• Derek (10/5): Would absolutely recommend staying here. - Absolutely beautiful view from inside the apartment (photo) and backyard patio (photo). Excellent location to the city and for the service bus since the ferry is out until June. Excellent bathroom/shower, clothing space, and bedding. Small leak in shower seal but didn’t affect my trip!

Локація чудова, поруч є ресторан, де дуже смачно готують. Особливо приємно здивував сервіс: персонал був надзвичайно привітний і турботливий. Вони навіть самі запропонували занести сніданок прямо до кімнати, що було дуже зручно та приємно. Щиро вдячна за допомогу, тепле ставлення та увагу до гостей. Обов’язково повернуся ще раз і з радістю рекомендую це місце іншим 💛
• Audrey (10/5): - The check in was with clear instruction and the cafe staff is friendly and away from the tourist crowd. Staff support to carry the luggage and show how to lock the door. I stay at level one hence has little privacy as people pass by will look into the room. The scenery is too nice to close the curtain.

Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz ve başka bir durak aramayacağımız kesin. Banyomuzla alakalı ufak bir su problemi yaşadık ama tamir için geleceklerini sorundan haberdar olduklarını söylediler. Tek bir odayla ilgiliydi ve onun için de yeterince yardımcı davrandılar

The door of the shower rooms can’t close tightly, the water will overflow into the room, and also the light is sensor light, will put out every few minutes, will be little annoying during the night (The house keeper did not tell in advance, which make us little confused and scared at first)

• Nusara (10/5): One of the best moments of my life!! - Location right by the lake with such beautiful view! I can stare at that view out the window all day long😍 Imo the only thing I might improve on is having a waste basket by the table dining area, but that is really a minor concern.
• Jurij (9/5): Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay - The location is optimal, especially if you come without a car – easy to move around and reach all the main landmarks. The loose insulation at the bottom of the walk-in shower causes leakage.

Waking up with lake view was beautiful! Room is on corner next to restaurant and they have a storage room under the window of the room. late afternoon when trying to take a nap they slam storage door to retrieve more drink crates for restaurant. a bit noisy if looking for relaxing stay. Could hear other guests leaving and talking in hallway. Basic coffee machine and cutlery would have been nice as well as extra towels for swimming in the lake. a fridge would have been nice.

No tea, coffee, milk or spoons. Shower leaked and ran out of room to bedroom. Requested extra towels and had no response. Sadly beautiful location with no service and for $400 Australian dollars per night I would have expected more.

• Companion (7/5): Loved the view - The room was big and comfortable. There was a kettle. The best thing was the view from the window, which looks out to the lake and the city center. It was just a short walk to the Salt mine entrance. Similarly to what others had reviewed, we were irritated with the movement-controlled light, which goes off intermittently. The shower room's floor was faulty as the water flowed back into the room. The staff were aware of this, but it has not been fixed. As a result, the flooring was spoiled and raised. If one were not careful, one could get hurt. We resorted to putting a towel over it. Wish there were a fridge as well.

• Shuo (7/5): Good - The staff was nice and helpful; the location is very good; it was also reasonably priced given the location; a communal garden area that is just beside the lake - could chill and have snacks there The bed was making very loud noise with minimal movement; water was leaking from the shower room into the bedroom; lights in the bedroom automatically switched off every few minutes, and a large movement was needed to activate the lights again - hard to just stay and chill in the room.
• Ashok (10/5): Beautiful room besides the lake and away from the busy street - Almost at the end of Hallstatt you will find this gem. Overlooking the lake, it's a beautiful and clean property with amazing helpful staff. The room was quite spacious. The location is almost at the end of Hallstatt but it's such a small town that it doesn't really matter. In fact it may be a blessing as it's away from the tourists. Not a deal breaker and I am being really picky here but a trash can in the room could've been provided. There is one in the bathroom though.
• Brianna (9/5): Superb - The view of the lake and town were spectacular from my room window. It was clean with lots of storage space for your things. The room was very comfortable. Location is perfect for getting elsewhere around the lake and just a short walk to the main square of Hallstatt. Flooring in front of the bathroom was warped and it was a tripping hazard even with a small mat placed over top. Getting the keys from the cafe wasn’t the best as it’s a very small cafe and I can see it being very busy during the busy season making getting the keys with your luggage cumbersome. If the lock boxes are already there, those would be easier to use. I wish checkout time was a little later than 10AM.

• Maria (8/5): Great Location - The location of the property was amazing with a mesmerizing view from the apartment's window, just 1 minute away from the local buses. There was an intense sewer smell in the room, we've encountered this in many properties in Austria, so i dont think it was the accomodation's fault, but its worth mentioning.

Michael (the owner) was very polite, we were always in touch if something was needed and ready to answer to every question that may have . The people of the see cafe was polite too. I recommend it with no hesitation. If we come back we will rebook it for sure.

• Tzuyi (10/5): Exceptional - - Great location to discover tourist attractions in Hallstatt and nearby towns. 10 minutes walk to city center, 5 minutes walk to salt mine (Salzwelten Hallstatt), and bus station is only 1 minute walk. - Amazing view from the garden, which is one of the best place to see Hallstatt lake and take pictures. - The room was comfortable enough for short stay, but it would be better if there’s a refrigerator. - There’s a cafe next door called Seecafe. The staffs were helpful, friendly and always smiling. The meals were delicious as well.
• Sharni (7/5): Basic room with ongoing shower issues, beautiful location. - Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and tourist attractions. Beautiful view across the lake from bedroom window. Shower leak flooded the bedroom each time we used it. Staff from restaurant next door were very helpful and provided extra towels and mopped up excess water. We stayed for 3 nights and were unable to shower in the room. The owner did not seem concerned. Other minor issues: no balcony (advertised there was one), very dusty bedside tables, loud noises overhead as neighbours use stairs.

The room and bathroom were big for 2 people, perfect for 1 or 2 nights. You can have breakfast in the Seecafe next to the apartment, where the staff was very kind and helpful!!!! Thank you! There was no fridge.

• Sai (1/5): Bad - Food is good at restaurants Locales next to bus stop but there is no way you can stop by and drop off the luggage. The public parking located 10 mins away and always full. Be prepared to carry the luggage to walk the distance. When I booked the room , it clearly stated that there is a balcony but it is not. No compensation offered as they changed their listing recently . It is misleading and mis advertising.

• Marilou (7/5): We would definitely stay here again. - Though the location is not in the center of town, it was a perfect location for us. Hallstatt is pretty compact so it’s still an easy walk from the ferry to the hotel. The room itself is modern and just the right size for two. There’s a kettle & cups but you have to bring your own teabags. I was going to say we didn’t like not having a TV in the room but we didn’t miss it at all.
